The staffs offered us welcome drinks upon our arrival while the receptionist processing our check in. They also took additional efforts to understand our itinerary and gave us advices. Thus, we booked the Ba Den mountain tickets from the hotel reception (same price) after listening to them. Afterwards , the staff sent us the ticket via WhatsApp and one good thing is he is always contactable if you needed further assistance during your trip in Tau Ninh. The hotel room is cozy and have European design. We love it so much. The hotel breakfast also have variety of choices including Vietnamese and western cuisines. Can’t wait to revisit them in near future.

An absolutely amazing hotel! The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. They speak very good English and helped us every time we needed taxis. We even had an issue outside the hotel, and they didn’t hesitate to handle everything for us. The hotel was also spotlessly clean, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. It was my friend’s birthday, and they even surprised us with a cake, which made the moment really special. A true little paradise in Vietnam, incredibly relaxing, beautifully designed, and wonderfully refreshing. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I highly recommend this place, truly one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my trip. As a vegetarian, I was touched by their thoughtfulness; the restaurant staff proactively asked for my breakfast preference during dinner. The next morning, they served my pre-ordered meal and a refreshing drink promptly as soon as I arrived. The breakfast was delicious! Although the room was a bit small, it was spotless and well-equipped. Most importantly, I am deeply grateful to the team for coming to my rescue when I got lost in the forest—they truly went above and beyond. They also kindly allowed me a late check-out at 1 PM. Exceptional service that I won't forget!

Very Convenient and the Receptionist is super duper helpful! I am pretty sure make another trips again and again to Tay Ninh! The location is strategic as well. Grab is available, ATM, shopping mall, restaurants around there. Can also go for some short jogging nearby.

The location is also very convenient, with restaurants and shops nearby. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

La habitación de la habitación es muy agradable, pero no es muy agradable. Aunque muchos hoteles prometen lujo, Phu Thang Grand ofrece una promesa aún más rara: hacer que se siente completamente en casa. La habitación era muy bien diseñada, mezclando el confort moderno con toques elegantes, con una cama más grande que ofrecía el sueño más tranquilo. Si me gustaba un delicioso desayuno o relajaba después de la vista, la atmósfera se mantuvo constantemente tranquila y increíblemente bienvenida. El Phu Thang Grand Hotel redefine completamente la experiencia de hospitalidad en Vietnam. No sólo te tratan como un visitante temporal, sino como una familia. Para cualquiera que busque una mezcla perfecta de lujo y una verdadera casa lejos de la sensación de casa en Ho Chi Minh City, no puedo recomendar esta joya excepcional lo suficientemente alto.

Phong mới nâng cấp nên sạch sẽ lắm. Duy có cái hút mùi phòng vệ sinh hơi tệ, nên mùi rất lâu thoát hơi. Đậu xe thì bảo vệ ko hướng dẫn, cũng ko thấy ai hướng dẫn nên đậu đại. Chung qui mọi thứ rất ổn chỉ trừ 2 cái còn lại.

Perfect, Vị trí trung tâm thành phố, thuận tiện đi lại. Nhân viên lễ tân nhiệt tình.
