La habitación es muy agradable, pero muy agradable, pero muy agradable. Stonehaven tiene todo lo que necesita para un corto estancia: lugares para comer, tiendas de comidas, etc. La habitación era limpia y adecuada para mis necesidades. El desayuno es un negocio de autoservicio con acceso a cereales, pan/tost, productos de mañana envasados, bebidas calientes y zumo. La ventaja de este establecimiento es que puedes tener desayuno en cualquier momento y no se limita a tiempos de servicio limitados como normalmente tendrías en un B&B. Habría sido útil tener un mini refrigerador en la habitación y tener acceso a una microonda, quizás, para poder calentar alimentos cuando se come fuera no es posible/desejable. En el hotel, el hotel está muy bien situado, pero no se encuentra en el centro de la ciudad. En general, encontré la estancia bastante inpersonal, no vi a nadie más para mi estancia, excepto para una reunión muy corta una mañana en el desayuno con el que sospeché haber sido el dueño. Si no hubiera estado visitando a la familia, habría sido una estancia bastante sola. ¡Puedo ver cómo funcionaría bien para los viajeros de negocios o para cualquier persona que prefiera el auto-chequeo en un supermercado y no tratar con otros seres humanos!

My trip was totally ruined by the end/check out. Upon checking out they asked me to settle a £36 bill. I queried this as the previous night I ate in the Luna Dome but had paid the bill after my meal. I was advised by the receptionist that the drinks bill related to my first night's stay, where 3 drinks were ordered in the Titan Bar, then shoved a signed receipt in my face. The signature was not mine but it did have the same surname as my mum, who was also present for my weekend stay. It definitely was NOT my mum's signature but the receptionist clearly did not believe me, so as embarrassing as the whole situation was, with a queue gathering behind me, I had to bring my mum into reception to explain. My mum explained that she had not been in the Titan Bar, never mind order £36 worth of drinks! We were experiencing a chilled out weekend away with my 2 year old daughter, not on a boozy weekend. When queried why the bill was stapled to our room number, we were advised that due to the hotel being cashless, patrons simply sign a receipt and staff match it too guests who stay surnames! What!? So you merely play snap with bills and patrons surnames? If your a Smith/Jones, good luck, dread to think how many bills you'll be hit with. What was a lovely weekend away, was ruined in the last 5 minutes.

Lovely little hotel, food was fab and staff were friendly and helpful x We had an issue with the TV remote they sorted it as soon as we asked. I would recommend the hotel replace the sofa bed in the flat it was awful, no springs left at one end, the thinnest mattress so you felt every spring that was left and we had to put a pillow in the big dip in the middle. Also they put what seemed like a single quilt in a double quilt cover. The bed upstairs was comfortable enough though so 2 out of the four of us managed to sleep. The location was perfect for our requirements, but there isn't much going on in the area at all. You are very close to Aldi and some nice little cafes and a few shops. There was entertainment but unfortunately as we had a traveller with us under the age of 18 we couldn't take up the quiz night or live music night as children needed to be out by 8pm. So it's definitely more for the older travellers not really for families with younger children.

It’s been many years since I’ve been to Pittodrie house and the first time I’ve stayed. It’s a beautiful location and a stunning building, but looking a little tired just now, paint / wallpaper hanging from the ceiling in the drawing room / lounge and various other areas inside and out in need of attention. All the Staff we met were lovely: friendly and helpful. Our room wasn’t ready when we got there at 4pm, but we weren’t in a rush and a complimentary drink sitting in the lounge was very nice. Another couple were waiting longer than us for their room and were getting a little agitated. The birthday party we attended at the hotel was great, nice room, nice food and staff. Breakfast buffet was great and staff were again nice (although some had been working at midnight the previous night). Overall an enjoyable stay thank you.

Nos quedamos como un par por 3 noches en una habitación accesible, la habitación era un buen tamaño y un montón de espacio de almacenamiento, canales limitados en la televisión inteligente que era una vergüenza, la mamá podría hacer trabajo actualizado también como usted podría sentir las fuentes a través de ella . Cuando vi la ducha, me alegro de que, después de usarla, formé una opinión diferente, todo el piso se veló y se convirtió en muy peligroso tratando de salir por encima de las azulejos. Me caí y, por suerte, mi marido pudo venir y ayudarme a recuperar, si esto era una persona mayor o podría ser un escenario muy diferente, el desayuno era absolutamente fantástico y todo el personal estaba amigable y acomodable. Me quedaría otra vez pero no en la habitación M accesible con techos en el piso

Honestly love how near the hotel from the airport is with one of the comfiest bed! The reception ladies were nice and helpful helping us check in past midnight. And the free shuttle takes the highlight. They had 3 shuttle at the hotel ready for guests to catch their early flights.

Totalmente diferente en nuestra segunda noche en el servicio de la habitación verde fue extremadamente lento y erratic nuestros iniciadores tomaron casi una hora con bastantes otras mesas encontramos lo mismo que terminamos con la mesa de queso pero tuvimos que quejarse de que había sido enviado que no era comestible. Esto destruyó nuestra estadía.

Excellent location at the main roundabout just south of the town. Room was comfortable, but bare bones. One highlight was the speed of the wifi, which was outstanding. Check in takes place in the pub on the other side of the car park -- not so convenient in icy or wet conditions.

Really loved our first visit to the Banchory Lodge. The staff were amazing, nothing was too much bother to them. The view from our room was amazing. Breakfast lovely. Evening meal, just ok. Definitely going again.
