Our plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec. Hilton overall are very reliable major-chain hotels worldwide, but at the same time it won’t have any particular charms of the local uniqueness of the region, so if you are looking for a charming place resembling Old Quebec, this place might not be your first choice.. but anyways we liked our stay here because of a hot shower and clean rooms for a reasonable prices. Our room was facing opposite the famous Le Chateau Frontenac view, so it’s better to request beforehand if you are keen on staying on the Chateau view.

The service was truly wonderful — the staff were warm, attentive, and made the entire stay feel effortless and relaxing. The location is ideal for exploring Old Quebec, and the hotel’s charming atmosphere really enhances the overall experience. The little shop inside the hotel is also a lovely bonus — beautifully curated with quality local items, perfect for souvenirs or small treats. I would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Quebec!

Good location just right in the airport building so walking to the departure or meeting someone at arrivals is less than 5 minutes from the hotel. The customer service was great and the folks at reception deserve a special mention. The rooms are spacious and modern. The food was delicious and thumbs 👍

La ubicación es excelente. Si el piso es alto y la habitación se dirige al este, el paisaje del hotel puede basicamente abarcar toda la ciudad y el castillo de Beijing. Durante la estancia se le dijo que el restaurante de la mañana en el piso superior sólo estaba abierto durante el fin de semana. Una cosa más incondicional es que no había nadie en la recepción a las 11:30 de la noche. La única forma de contactar es llamar a la recepción, esperando unos diez minutos para que los empleados de la recepción ayuden a hacerlo. Las instalaciones de los cuartos también son más antiguas.

✅ *Excelente ubicación*: muy conveniente y cerca de tiendas, restaurantes y transporte público. ✅ *Habitación limpia y cómoda*, personal amable y un proceso de entrada y salida sin complicaciones. ✅ Ambiente tranquilo, ideal para descansar después de un largo día. ❗️Un pequeño inconveniente: no hay agua mineral de cortesía en la habitación; sería un detalle muy agradable para los huéspedes. Located near McGill, walking distance (10-15min) to the center of Montreal.  The building looks as if it has been there since 80’s, though the facility worked perfectly fine. Our room had a small kitchen with small dining table. There’s coin operated laundry & small indoor swimming pool upstairs, and free breakfast was a nice addition to our stay.

El hotel tiene muy buena pinta por dentro y por fuera. La habitación está muy limpia y organizada, con dos camas grandes tamaño queen. El servicio es rápido y el transporte es cómodo, con servicio de traslado al aeropuerto. Muy recomendable.

This is our second visit to the Bonaventure. Both visits we have had trouble with paying for parking, and I am now calling because I think I was billed twice. I prepaid through Trip.com, and was charged again at the hotel. That bruised a really nice visit. This was a rare family visit, and we were able to get a adjoining rooms. Hotel is located on the 10th floor “penthouse “. There is access to the underground so no need to go outside in the cold, unless you want to take a dip in the pool. A unique experience for many guests We miss placed our parking receipt and was given a voucher to give the parking attendant that never showed up. We waited 45 minutes to leave, had to go back up to the desk to explain and get another receipt. This morning I have to call the hotel because I believe I was charged again for the rooms. Front desk mixup? Probably, but
