The hotel was immaculate and the staff were so friendly. The pool was a great way to keep the children entertained, and they even had some pool toys available over the weekend. The Christmas decorations were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—I’m sure there’s a fantastic cook on staff. Coffee and tea are complimentary in reception and always in a clean area. The one-bedroom king suite had a lovely kitchenette, which was perfect for cooking up a storm. The location was great, just a short walk to a shopping centre, Target, Dave’s Hot Chicken, Chipotle and a few other shops. It’s also a short drive to town, and there’s plenty of parking available. The room is usually cleaned upon request, but once you ask, it’s done. One thing that could have been improved was the sofa bed. It was quite uncomfortable, and since we booked the room for a family of four, it would have been lovely if the bed had been made for us on the first night. Unfortunately, we noticed some reddish-brown stains on the mattress, which were quite unsightly and could have been blood or some kind of spillage.

Este hotel está a 16 minutos de la playa del Norte, que fue sorprendente ! El interior del hotel le hará sentirse como si estuviera en vacaciones en un resort.

Concierge no sabía cómo usar la televisor remota; ambos luchamos con la televisor/remoto en el lobby hasta que tuvimos el canal que estaba buscando. La habitación era muy atractiva, me di cuenta de cómo conseguir calor en la habitación y qué contraseña Wifi era (no se proporcionaron instrucciones verbales o escritas). La habitación está muy bien, muy agradable para tener refrigerador/congelador, microondas. Sólo un aspecto significativamente negativo fue el duche: fue un flujo fuerte y no encontré manera de hacer la fuerza del agua más suave. El agua se desapareció del tubo más lentamente que el proyectado de la cabeza de la ducha, así que el tubo se mantuvo rápidamente el agua y me puse en pie en agua de sopa todo el tiempo en la ducha.

Very nice place and location excellent. When I first checked in, I was underwhelmed by the lack of help from the girl at reception. I asked her if there were any pumpkin patches locally and she told me to Google it. Another reception lady later gave me a whole list of local activities without even asking. The whip was lovely but the online menu is not the same as the one in the restaurant. There is no cheese board available for example. Parking was tough at times. Other than that the place was very nice and staff were lovely.

Room was spacious and felt well maintained Breakfast was good One issue I had during my stay was at least twice someone tried to enter my room without knocking and the door was stopped by the door latch. I assume it was hotel staff as the door was opened without my 2 access cards. But no knocking or calling of room service before the door was opened and by the time i went to open the door, no one was outside Felt strange Reported the first encounter to the front desk but still it happened a second time

The fire pjt was excellent at night for a quiet wind down. The room could probably be cleaner or maintained better as the pipe in the room are quite obvious and can see the holes near the edge of all walls inside the guest room. but appreciate it as the hotel is located at a country side. My personal white bath towel was taken away by the housekeeping team because it looked similar to the hotel's towel. luckily it was found right before we check out. Thanks to the concierge and housekeeping team.

The hotel was clean and in great condition. The staff was fantastic and friendly and always went the extra mile. The breakfast was great with many options and again the staff was so friendly and accommodating. Pool was clean and the kids had fun. I would 100% stay at this hotel again and I recommend it to others. Their service, care, friendliness and customer service should be a benchmark to all hotel and customer service representatives
