Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.

El hotel Royal Jinene Sousse es fácilmente accesible Dispone de aparcamiento gratuito para los residentes del hotel. La recepción es muy buena, el personal es educado y servicial. Las comidas son buenas. El hotel tiene una piscina al aire libre y una piscina cubierta. La playa está frente al hotel, el acceso es fácil y rápido. La habitación está limpia, como había solicitado durante mi reserva, quería una vista al mar. Tenía derecho a una habitación en el quinto y último piso del hotel con una hermosa vista al mar. Solo que el equipo es un poco viejo, eso es todo lo que noté. Lo recomiendo y volveré.

Personal muy amable. El espacio era bueno, pero se vio que hace un tiempo había camisas de cama. La comida era muy limitada. El costo es un poco excesivo para el cuarto. La piscina (/ interior y exterior) estaba muy bien iluminada y higiénica. La vista del hotel era muy bonita.

The hotel is nice, and the staff who works there is very helpful and friendly. The food was quite good, you could find options you needed. I felt that the loud music in the evening as entertainment for kids was annoying. Rather than that, I enjoyed it.

Personnel très compétent, souriant et agréable. Ousra et Aymen 🥰ont était a l écoute et  arrangeant, pour ma sortie tardive de l’hôtel, Bel emplacement toute commodité  à recommander vivement👍
