Muy buen hotel, precio de spa razonable, 20% de descuento para los huéspedes del hotel, técnicos especiales están en el lugar para cumplir con la ley, Ctrip también ofrece una cena y desayuno buffet a tarifas bajas, lo cual es realmente una agradable sorpresa. También hay una FIESTA de karaoke en el vestíbulo del hotel por la noche. En resumen, ¡esta es una experiencia de alojamiento perfecta!

Esta es la segunda vez que hemos venido a esta aldea de vacaciones. El estacionamiento es muy remoto, seguro, el entorno es muy seguro, tranquilo y relajante. El buffet es muy rico, el personal es muy amigable y muy entusiasta, siempre puede proporcionar ayuda en el momento necesario. El personal es fluido y sin obstáculos para comunicarse! El precio es muy alto en las vacaciones. La próxima vez debe ser en verano, porque la piscina es muy bonita!

**Decent Value for the Price, But Far From a 4-Star Experience** We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights with bed & breakfast for €60, and while the price is definitely attractive, the experience was a mixed bag. **Cleanliness:** The hotel and rooms were generally clean, and the bedsheets were fresh. However, the mattress itself was stained and not very pleasant, which was disappointing. **Bed Comfort:** This was by far one of the worst parts of the stay. The mattress was rock hard—honestly felt like sleeping on the floor. Pillows were thin, lumpy, and offered no support. We requested extra pillows three times, and although staff promised to bring them, they never followed through. **Bathroom:** Cleanliness was acceptable, but the setup was inconvenient. There was no shower head hanger, so you had to hold the shower with one hand while bathing. Towels were rough and uncomfortable, and there was always at least one missing (sometimes the floor towel, sometimes the bath towel). The courtesy toiletries were taken but never replaced. **Breakfast:** A very basic buffet with a limited selection. Pastries were inconsistent—sometimes decent, other times stale and clearly reheated leftovers. Not the kind of quality you’d expect from a supposed 4-star hotel. **Service:** A few staff members were friendly and helpful, but most seemed uninterested and disengaged, like they didn’t want to be there. We didn’t feel particularly welcomed or well-attended. **Swimming Pool Area:** This was the highlight of the hotel—clean, with clear water, nice outdoor showers, and a good vibe thanks to lively music and entertainment. **Overall:** While the hotel is clearly outdated and stuck in the late '90s in terms of decor and service, the location and pool are definite pluses. Despite the many issues, for €60 for two nights with breakfast, the price/quality ratio was decent. Just don’t expect a real 4-star experience.

Decepcionante por este precio y por un hotel de 4 estrellas. La habitación era casi aceptable, claramente no limpiada por debajo de las camas, no hay gafas, no toallas, jabón y contenedores de champú casi si no están vacíos a la llegada y no se llenaron en absoluto durante nuestra estadía. Las toallas eran una pesadilla para conseguir: a veces basta, a veces falta uno, a veces falta dos. Obtener un hierro fue una batalla y olvidar el servicio de lavandería. Las solicitudes no siempre se reunieron con una buena respuesta, pintaron una habitación junto a nosotros, sin tomar precauciones, y se acercaron al olor a nosotros. El almuerzo fue muy caro para la zona, olvidelo. El desayuno y la cena están bien. La ubicación era muy agradable, aunque el entorno está un poco muerto.

Un très bon hôtel je conseille fortement, personnel très compétent, nourriture variées et délicieux, c'était un séjour fantastique. Le négatif c'est les serviettes sont propres mais vieilles.

Good location. Hotel clean and staff at the reception excellent and easygoing, always with a smile and kindness. Massage also incredible. Food could be a bit better, everything else was perfect!

A professionally run five star hotel at the center of sousse. Interior design in the hotel is impressive and eye-catching. Flawless cleaning service. Rooms are immaculate, furniture is new. We stayed there three nights, and had room service every day without an interuption, which was great. Staffs are friendly and welcoming, especially those working at the reception. Muhammed was extremely professional, has resolved a couple of issues pretty quickly. He was so kind, he allowed us late check out as our flight was running in the evening. Food was delicious and was enough for us. We loved their freshly made smoothie in the breakfast and in the dinner.
