ماشاء الله الاستقبال رائع والموظفين محترمين يلبون طلبات ومهتمين بالخدمات الاخت زهرة الشهرى بالاستقبال ماقصرت وسوت ترقية للغرفة بوفيهالافطار جيد ومتنوع النظافة جيدة ومعظم الادوات متاحة بالغرفة ينفصها فرشاة اسنان فقط الموقع قريب من جميع الخدمات All employees are helpful and respectful, especially the reception Very good location and breakfast is varied All tools and services are available

I was disappointed with the room assigned to me because the water heater was not working. I reported the issue to the reception, and a staff member came to inspect it. He informed me that the hotel electrician was not available at that time and that the issue would be fixed the following morning. I explained that I needed hot water for a shower, and he said he would check with the receptionist—but he never returned. I called the reception again to follow up, and the receptionist told me that the staff member had reported the issue as resolved, which was not true. The receptionist then offered to transfer me to another room. I agreed because I needed to take a shower. Unfortunately, the new room was smaller and lacked some basic facilities. I called the reception once more to request a floor towel, but I was told that none were available at the moment due to certain reasons. Overall, the experience was very inconvenient.

المكان رائع لكن لايخدم المحجبات للأسف

المبنى موقعه ممتاز والخدمات قريبة والفندق نظيف لكن تعامل الموظف السوداني كان غير محترم طلبنا بطانية اضافية الغرفة جلسنا يومين بنفس البطانية حتى ما غيروها بعد ما طلبنا البطانية يقول ما عندنا بطانيات وش نسوي لك !

來之前：“啥度假村啊收我兩萬五一晚還不含交通費” 來之後：“好**，真值” Desert Rock和Shebara都住了，都屬於red sea global旗下，住下來體驗兩家都完全值這個價 並且這種體驗感放在全世界我去過的所有地方都是獨一無二的存在，跟大溪地borabora一樣適合作為每個人的人生終極旅行目標 Shebara像是外星飛船停靠站，而Desert Rock更像是枕山棲谷的火星基地 這裏千百萬年前曾是海床，所以巖石形態非常獨特。房間和山體融為一體，每一個微小的設計細節都體現着超凡的審美。傍晚走在這吊橋上看着這世間美景，頗有白商素節的感覺 這兩個酒店也加入了我會一直n刷來很多次的清單

Absolutamente perfecto. Sería aún mejor si los restaurantes japonés e italiano pudieran abrir. El restaurante cerca de recepción también estaba bastante bien; pedimos arroz con champiñones y filete, que fueron los platos más deliciosos que hemos probado en Arabia Saudita estos últimos días. Todo el proceso de recogida y entrega requirió comunicación por correo electrónico, y tuvimos que proporcionar el carnet de conducir, el seguro, etc. Veníamos de Al-Ola, lo que nos llevó unas 4 horas, y habíamos reservado un taxi con antelación, así que todo salió a la perfección.

الفندق جميل جدا من تعامل الموظفين والموقع والاطلاله على البحر شيء خرافي والأكل ماشاء الله الشيف مبدع طلبت من عندهم أصناف ايطاليه على العشاء لذيذه بس ياليت يطورون من مينيو الإفطار او يخلونه بوفيه مفتوح افضل تكرار الأطباق الرئيسيه في وجبة الافطار لمدة 3 ايام ماكان شيء مرضي ونتمنى الأفضل

قضينا وقتا ممتعاً ٢٥-٢٧ يناير في هذا المنتجع الفاخر جدا كل شي بيرفكت فوق الخيال لا استطع الوصف بدقه الموظفين رائعين مهنيين لديهم تدريب عالي وأخلاقهم عاليه . وأخص بالشكر الانسه ريناد والسيد منصور خالد اخجلونا من شدة حفاوتهم واهتمامهم قررنا العوده مراراً في هذا المنتجع شكرا لصاحب فكرة هذا الصرح في هذا المكان المناسب الخلاب وشكراً للاداره على اختيار هؤلاء الشباب الرائع وعلى الجوده في كل مكان بالمنتجع We had a wonderful time in this luxurious resort. Every was thoughtful and perfection and it was an indescribable experience. The staff are professional and highly trained and have been a great addition to our experience. The hotel location is very near the airport. Also, the car rental company AVIS has a staff inside the hotel. I rent a car from.AVIS in Jeddah, I return the car in Tabuk. The AVIS staff can come to this hotel to complete the car return and use the same car to take me to the airport. It is very convenient. Other things of the hotel are good also

As you are advertising your hotel to Westerners, they will be coming in increasing numbers thanks to the opening up, receptionists will need to receive increased training to deal with them. They must learn to less intimidating
