«Location is great 👍🏼 but room was tired and needs refurbishing, Huge hole in bathroom door where it looks like someone punched it, hotel tried filling it in with filler, looks awful, shower is good 👍🏼 cobwebs everywhere, didn’t really want to have a cup of tea with the kettle provided as it wasn’t very clean. Wall lights have never had a polish and duster near them, and net curtains on window ripped and dirty. Carpet throughout the hotel looked as though its seen better days.
Service was ok, for a mid week stay I thought it was quite noisy later on in evening with doors banging etc.
Bed was hard and pillows were flat, felt abit nippy so had the heating on most of the night.
Probably won’t stay here again unless they have a refurbishment.»

UUsuario invitadoWe stayed at the Pullman hotel for my birthday in a king superior room.
Had a great stay. Check-in was nice, and the check-out at 12 was a great fit, as we were travelling by train and our train was not until 2:30 pm. One thing that I want to mention is that I mentioned that I was staying there for my birthday, and we did not get anything in the room to mark the occasion.
SSqrz_96Great stay at the Knowsley. The staff were friendly and there is parking which is a bonus. The rooms were generally clean but the dining area could have been cleaner - some crockery needed re-cleaning. The fire alarm went off mid way through the night but was quickly dealt with. The breakfast was OK - a good selection of food but the ingredients were of low quality and quite greasy. I'd stay here again however but would go elsewhere for breakfast.
UUsuario invitadoBooked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately. We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel. We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry. Hotel is nice however looking tired. Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot. Otherwise a nice room.
UUsuario invitadoThis was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.
UUsuario invitadoWe had a lovely stay. The standard hotel room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, room very clean and really nice decor. Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, homemade baked bread and a good selection of hot and cold options. The White Bar was a great place for food and drinks.
Staff very friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.
UUsuario invitadoThe hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk.
The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased.
Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side
All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient.
We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.
UUsuario invitadoAn absolutely amazing hotel, beautifully decorated. Bed was big and very comfortable. You can definitely see where the £30M renovation 4 years ago was spent. Staff where super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, I didn't rate my evening meal but that's just down to personal taste. Would definitely go again. Loved it/
