Hoteles con Desayuno en Merseyside, Reino Unido

Desde Glasgow hasta Liverpool, el hotel estaba impecable y quedamos muy satisfechos. Durante nuestro viaje de 16 días por el Reino Unido, cada hotel fue muy cómodo. Este en Liverpool, además, es muy conveniente por su ubicación; justo abajo está la entrada del metro y se puede llegar al puerto en unos 10 minutos. Se puede ir a New Brighton. Enfrente hay un restaurante occidental con una excelente relación calidad-precio (no recuerdo el nombre), pero siempre está lleno, así que hay que ir temprano.

I have stayed at The Pullman before and had no issues, however this time we were not overly impressed. I paid for a king room, but when it came to the evening we soon discovered we had been placed in a room with a zip lock bed which had not been connected, causing there to be an uncomfortable and noticeable gap between the 2 singles. There was also dried blood on the sheets. We spoke to reception and we were offered an alternative room with a king sized bed. Unfortunately, the room we were placed in was directly above the arena where a rave was taking place meaning the bass reverberated around the whole room until approx 11pm. We had been out for a meal on the docks, and upon returning to the hotel we were met with rave goers slumped in the doorway, and a guy urinating outside one of the entrances, as well as groups fighting directly outside and gathering in the hotel bar/foyer. Not a great experience at all!

On arrival, the receptionist was pleasant. No issues directing me to my room. However, once in the room, when trying to open the window, the top handle broke off in my hand. The cold water for the sink was not working, so I had to use a shower for cold water. There were also stains in the pillow. The TV had no service, and although I informed the receptionist but nothing was done. I was advised that they would inform the manager. Overall, for a night stay, it was ok, but I will not be staying here again.

Booked for Haydock Races however the race day got cancelled unfortunately.  We were a group of 10 and still went to the hotel.  We went into Newton Le Willow had drinks and a curry.  Hotel is nice however looking tired.  Towel rail was on roasting all day/night which made the bathroom far too hot.  Otherwise a nice room.

This was one of the worst hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. When we arrived, we were greeted by a pleasant front desk clerk. The lobby has a lot of character in keeping with the Titanic theme and the pictures of the rooms had the same theme. We arrived at our room (fourth floor #46) located on a dark hallway that was being painted. The room was large and also had some plush features like the curtains, furniture, chandelier and wallpaper. Unfortunately, that's where the positives ended. Our room was very hot, with no ventilation and one small fan. The desk clerk offered to bring a second fan when we requested a hair dryer, but the second fan never arrived. The windows could not be opened even a crack ”due to safety reasons”. The room was sweltering and sleeping was extremely uncomfortable. In addition, the carpet was very dirty, there was mold on the wall above the bathtub and the sink, the lights beside the beds needed to be replaced, and the towel rack was missing from the wall. There was a small kitchen which was nice, but it was missing the basics (glassware, silverware, plates) and one of the drawers was missing its front. In short, the room was in bad shape and we are very surprised they would host anyone in that room. In the lobby, there was a young man sitting at the Concierge desk and when we asked him for directions, he said he was security and had no idea. He could not have been less interested and barely looked up from his phone. Apparently, the rooftop bar is nice, but we did not go there. We have stayed in a lot of hotels and are pretty easy going when it comes to our expectations. This hotel has so much potential, but the experience was a huge disappointment and we would not stay there again and cannot recommend anyone stay there.

We checked-in quite late, but was helped instantly by a member of staff. Very efficient. Breakfast was great, with a lot of different options. I did however find a used mug and spoon in our room, but as we checked-in late, we didnt go and complain.

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

The hotel was ideally situated where we didn't have to walk far to the venues which were approx 6-10 minutes walk. The hotel has a large underground car park that kept our car safe and secure, not many hotels have a bar and seating for guests which we thought was convenient, the room was modern, very clean and loved the high pressure shower that is adjustable, breakfast was lovely we prefer a full English with all the trimmings, though there is the continental option and as it was a buffet we ate as much as we pleased. Lots of things to do and see in Liverpool and a large shopping centre that we discovered on our way back from the Cavern club and eateries on the dock side All in all a brilliant first stay in this hotel and 2nd time in Liverpool...oh and a shout out to the receptionist who helped me with our parking, very patient. We are planning our next stay at this hotel for the near future.

La habitación está muy bien equipada, con una cama muy cómoda con una pequeña caja para mantener el teléfono y ver la hora de cargar mientras duerme. La vibe es grande y es muy vintage. La ubicación es increíble. Desafortunadamente este albergue falla principalmente en esto. Estaba en una cama de 8 y había 1 baño y 2 duchas. ( Felizmente sólo había 3 personas en mi habitación para mis 2 noches) para que podamos gestionar. Pero los duches son absolutamente horribles no tiene tapón independiente para agua caliente o fría, tiene un botón de empuja para agua y el botón de empuja sólo dura 3 segundos (AUDIENTA QUE DEBE SER QUE EL botón DEBE SER CONSTANTE A DUchar) Así que tienes una mano para duchar con si quieres agua constante sobre ti, Pero adivina qué.... El agua caliente de ducha no existe el agua caliente es caliente como una piscina en un día de verano caliente o un luque caliente en el mejor. Así que si piensas que vas a tener una buena ducha después de un largo día de exploración o te quedas aburrida de una noche, sorpresa que tengas la ducha más terrible. Así que tienes que tomar una ducha horrible para una cama cómoda y una habitación limpia o permanecer en otro lugar. Si vuelvo a visitar Liverpool, me dejaría pasar este albergue sólo porque me gusta una hermosa ducha caliente al final del día para descansar con antes de ir a la cama.
