Simple but lovely hotel. Right in the centre of all the local amenities. Loads of parking available right outside the front of the hotel. Get yourself in the coaster opposite the hotel live singers and cheap drinks in the daytime.

Reservé una habitación con cama doble para 2 días, pero antes de llegar el primer día, vendieron la habitación para el segundo día a otra persona... Finalmente, después de que se negaron a reembolsarme, me dieron una cama individual. ¡Qué desastre!

Hemos comprobado en horas muy tarde/prematuras de la mañana, y tuvimos un problema con el pago, que el bloque de recepción no estaba seguro de cómo resolver, ya que normalmente no manejaba los pagos, etc., sin embargo, la habitación era muy limpia y agradable. La cama era muy cómoda. Las habitaciones superiores parecen ser ligeramente diferentes, pero son todas agradables

My partner and i have just returned from a 3 night stay over Easter Bank holiday weekend with our french bulldog skyler. This is a brilliant hotel, lovely and clean, staff were very helpful and very accommodating. breakfast was lovely. I would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends. I would definitely return next time we visit southport. Thanks to all the royal clifton staff that made our short break amazing

We arrived at the hotel after 10pm having drove from London, it was my seven year old daughter and I. On check in we weren’t given any sort of induction and just given our room key. Our room was spacious, but had a few carpet stains and smelled musty. We had asked for a quiet room but was placed next to a conference room on a main thoroughfare. We also had a courtyard at the back of our room with people drinking and smoking of an evening. We had to ask for a pass for the pool which wasn’t provided at check in. Breakfast was okay but not as good as The Holiday Inn and other than Tony the staff were miserable. On checking out I spoke to the manager about the noisey room and he offered a free nights stay. I worked at the hotel 1998-2001 and it has been upgraded since and is fairly nice. However noisey rooms is the main issue.

La habitación es super grande y la vajilla muy rica. Me preparé una cena de verduras con la vajilla y los utensilios de cocina del hotel. La ubicación es muy buena. Está justo en la playa. No está lejos de las tiendas. El estacionamiento es muy conveniente y seguro. Es el aparcamiento exclusivo del hotel. La tarifa es de 20 libras por día. El desayuno es muy bueno y también hay un snack bar.

The room was very, supportive and friendly staff. Check in was very smooth. Nice bar for a drink. The environment was easy to find. Parking was pricy though. But there was a cheaper parking just few minutes walk away

We loved this hotel and would definitely stay again. Fantastic location and the room was large, clean and had everything we needed. The bedroom had ambient lighting which was nice until you need to put make up on. It lacked lighting and a mirror for getting ready. When we arrived at 3 we were told the room wasn’t ready. We, along with several other families had to wait half an hour. It would have been a good idea to offer drinks while we waited. Breakfast was good and plenty of choice.

He should ask me nicely without pushing me because i didn’t wear ring .
