Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money. Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there. Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual. Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small. Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily. Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety. I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up. Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.

Estaba allí en el mismo año que abrió, en 2023, y honestamente, me explotó por el lujo del hotel, la ubicación, el servicio del personal, la tranquilidad general y las maravillosas habitaciones. La comida era excelente, creo que es la mejor que he tenido hasta ahora. Desde que fue mi primera estancia en el hotel en 2023 y me impresionó, volví a reservar una habitación para mi amigo para probarlo, y definitivamente visitaré y quedarme allí.

Nos gustó mucho alojarnos en el Novotel Taskher Mekkah. Los grandes nombres de Novotel son realmente PRECISOS. Nos gusta la habitación, que es increíble, la ubicación está bien y hay un autobús lanzadera listo para ir a Haram cada hora. En general, fue una buena experiencia. Lamentablemente, no tuvimos la oportunidad de probar la comida.

Dear Trip.com Customer Support Team, I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding my recent stay at Mövenpick Hotel & Residence Hajar Tower Makkah, which was booked through your platform. Unfortunately, my experience did not meet the standards expected from a hotel of this category, nor the information confirmed prior to arrival. 1. Early Check-in Confirmation Not Honored Before my arrival, I received a message from the hotel requesting confirmation of my check-in time if it was before 12:00 PM. I confirmed this accordingly. However, upon arrival, I was informed that no room was available and was asked to wait until around 4:00 PM, under the pretext that this is the standard check-in time. This was both disappointing and exhausting, especially after travel, and contradicted the prior communication from the hotel. 2. Bathroom Plumbing Issue On the first day, I encountered a serious issue in the bathroom where water overflowed and accumulated, making it impossible to shower or even use the sink properly. Although the issue was eventually repaired, it significantly affected my comfort during the first day of my stay. 3. Repeated Unfulfilled Requests (Pillow and Blanket) I requested an extra pillow and blanket multiple times (at least four separate requests). Each time, I was assured that they would be delivered shortly, yet they never arrived. This reflects poor service follow-up and lack of coordination. 4. Incorrect Breakfast Restaurant Assignment At check-in, the reception staff encoded my room key with access to a breakfast restaurant that was extremely limited in size, overcrowded, and of noticeably low quality. Often, there were no available tables, forcing guests to wait. Every morning, hotel staff verified my eligibility to enter this restaurant. However, on the last day, a different employee informed me—unexpectedly—that my booking actually entitled me to access a higher-quality, more premium breakfast restaurant, which I immediately visited. This means I was wrongly deprived of the service level included in my booking for the majority of my stay. --- Considering all the above issues—miscommunication, delayed room availability, maintenance problems, poor service responsiveness, and incorrect service allocation—I believe this stay fell far below reasonable expectations. I kindly request that Trip.com review this matter and provide appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and service failures I experienced, whether in the form of a partial refund, Trip.com credit, or another suitable resolution. ¡La oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel me ha abierto un mundo de posibilidades! El hotel está conectado con la Gran Mezquita a través de un pasaje subterráneo. Las habitaciones son amplias, cómodas, tranquilas e impecables. El desayuno es bastante variado y completo. Y lo más importante, ¡las vistas desde la habitación son espectaculares! El personal es amable y atento. Lo único es que, durante las horas punta, el proceso de check-in fue un poco lento; esperamos media hora. Por lo demás, todo perfecto. En general, me encantó. ¡Volvería sin dudarlo!

Excellent hotel with great service and a nice breakfast. Highly recommended! Compared to other hotels, this offers the best value for money. However, the location is on a hill, which may be difficult for elderly guests to access.

Very nicely built hotel right next to Masjid Al-Haram. The hotel provided a spacious room with lots of facilities. The staff were kind, warm and approchable. Breakfast and dinner were great with lots of variety provided.
