Estupenda relación calidad precio. Fueron muy amables en todo momento, incluso nos adelantaron la entrada varias horas sin solicitarlo. El desayuno estupendo. Recomiendo cien por cien. También nos facilitaron un viaje en globo fantástico y con muy buen precio.

All the staffs are extremely friendly and i cannot find any hospitality like this good anywhere else. There are always warm welcome tea and sweets, all served free of charge, they will assist you for booking any activities or arrange any transportation if needed. Special thanks to Mel for assisting me all the journey and all the kind offers. I had been to many 5 stars hotels and no place like here. The view is incredibly amazing and the room is clean with beautiful view. Location is convenient, walk within 8mins, there are restaurants and market, also the tourist spots is next to it. White heaven is the best hotel i've ever been, not just compare in Turkey but all around the world. Thanks again for the unforgettable expedience and memory! 酒店環境舒適宜人，空氣清新，游泳池是特色，主打度假休閑！早晚餐還是比較豐富，對於在棉花堡小鎮來説，這家酒店的整理設施、環境和服務屬於小鎮裏算非常好的.這裏的服務員淳樸，在這要特別感謝Hasibe女士和酒店裡的甜點師們，感謝Hasibe熱心幫助我們在酒店裡為小朋友預訂了生日蛋糕。感謝酒店裡的甜點師給小朋友製作了精美的生日蛋糕。因為小鎮離Denizli 市區近30公里，交通不是很便利，訂蛋糕不是很容易的事情。

Es un pequeño hotel con 4 habitaciones incluidas, gestionado por una pareja. Todas las habitaciones son bastante grandes y están muy limpias. El hotel está situado cerca del centro de Pamukkale y el autobús que va y viene de Denizil para frente al hotel. El propietario prepara un delicioso desayuno y lo envía a la habitación de los huéspedes todos los días. También ayuda siempre a sus huéspedes a organizar excursiones o actividades locales, como volar en globo o hacer parapente. Debemos volver a alojarnos allí en caso de que visitemos Pamukkale.

El hotel esta muy bien. Lo gestiona una familia muy maja. Nos permieron usar la piscina mientras esperamos la hora de entrada. Nos facilaron incluso entrar un poco antes en la habicion, ya que llegamos muy cansados. Cerca de la entrada a todo lo que hay que visitar. Nos dieron consejos. Buen desayuno. Muy agradables.

The Özbay hotel is perfectly fine for a stay in Pamukkale. It was a good value room for the price. Conveniently located near the Travertines and several restaurants. Linens are clean and beds are comfy. Unfortunately, our heater wasn’t working and the room was cold. We asked staff to take a look at the heater, but they only gave us the option to move rooms. We had already unpacked, so we didn’t want to move. But even the next day the staff didn’t try to fix it. The front desk team also didn’t seem to know anything about prices for the travertines, nor have a recommended plan for visiting Hieropolis, nor have any info about returning to the airport besides ordering a private car. All this information is available from other sources in town, but it would have been nice if our hotel could have provided some information.

Este hotel superó mis expectativas, con un precio excelente y un servicio excelente. Salí de casa a las 5:00 a. m. y mi perro, preocupado por mí, me siguió hasta Pamukkale y nunca regresó. ¡Me partí de risa! Había un montón de perros y gatos en el patio, la piscina estaba limpia y el servicio fue excelente. El personal de recepción fue muy amable y hablaba chino. El desayuno era fresco y abundante. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel y tiene una excelente relación calidad-precio. Sin duda, me alojaré aquí de nuevo si vuelvo a Pamukkale. ¡No lo duden! ¡Es el lugar perfecto!

El hotel donde me alojé después de Pamukkale era uno de los mejores de la zona. Ofrecía servicio de spa al llegar, con opciones que oscilaban entre 35 y 50 euros, según la elección; era bastante caro. Había bancos y supermercados en la planta baja, lo cual era muy práctico. El hotel tenía restaurantes y también se podía ir andando al pueblo.

Personeller çok ilgili ve nazik. Vale araç yeri otelin önünde yoktu. Kendi araçlarını arka otoparka çekip yardımcı oldu.resepsiyon görevlileri çok kibar yardımsever. Park yatak talep ettik.Geldiğimizde kurulu halde odadaydı. Kahvaltıları 4 yıldızlı otele uygun çeşitlilikte üstelik gittiğimiz Antalyadaki 5 yıldızlara göre çok daha lezzetliydi. Menemen özellikle harikaydı. Galiba tarifi Samsundaki aşçılardan almışlar ☺️ bebeğimiz olduğu için sessiz sakin oda istedik. En üst katta cadde sesinden uzak yere verdiler. Çok teşekkür ederiz. Çok memnun kaldık genel olarak. Sadece havuzu tadilat nedenli biz geldiğimizde yeni bitmişti tadilatı kullanamadık. Ama çok temiz duruyordu.

En general, está bastante bien. La ubicación es ideal, muy cerca de las atracciones turísticas, a poca distancia a pie. Las habitaciones son limpias y tranquilas, y cuentan con todas las comodidades necesarias. Sin embargo, hay algunos inconvenientes menores: el agua caliente no sale muy caliente, y solo estaba tibia al ducharse por la noche; la encimera del lavabo está inclinada, lo que provoca que las gotas de agua caigan al suelo y lo mojen; y cuando se cortó la luz al retirar la llave de la habitación, también se cortó la luz del refrigerador, lo que hizo que la comida se echara a perder.
