We stayed for one night before starting our North Island trip. I liked that we could park right in front of the room, which was convenient. However, the overall facilities were just average. The bathroom fan was quite noisy, and the sound continued for a while even after the light was turned off.

Excellent property with an equally spectacular view of the bay from the Moulin Rouge suite. Everything you will need to enjoy your stay has been thought of and provided by the hosts. Blue tooth music player? Check. Chest set with medieval figurines? Check. Cosy electric fireplace? Check. Spa bath with romantic candles ? Check. Washing machine with dryer? Check. Fully equipped kitchen with spices and cooking oil ? Check. Electric blanket? Check. You have your own parking spot , just don’t drive a big car/van cos parking space is tight. The property is up a hill. If you don’t have a car, the walk to the lake side takes quite an effort. If only we could have met the owners personally and got to know them better. In fairness the owners Sharron and Paul did indicate they live on site and is contactable 24/7. Check in instructions were sent to you via email and you check out by simply shutting the door and leaving. Overall, a highly recommended stay.

Such a beautiful location right on the waters edge. I stayed in one of the four standalone cabins. Each had their own covered outdoor seating area facing the water which was great when it was both sunny and raining. The cabin was clean and had all the equipment I needed. I was impressed that they provided washing up liquid, scrubbing brushes etc as often these sorts of things are not provided. There was no air con but fans were provided which helped and the bed was comfortable. The shower/kitchen block was close by with plenty of toilets and two showers. Both showers were hot and powerful, although one was so powerful it was painful! The other was much better. The kitchen /laundry area was well equipped although the oven was missing the shelves inside. Again it was all very clean.

I didn't know what to expect when I booked this establishment. It looked OK though I thought I might find it a bit further from the main Paihia town than I liked, but it turned out that I really enjoyed the walk to and from the town. We've booked ourselves in the cruise to Hole in the Rock the next day and talking to the helpful staff, we booked the spa followed by dinner at The Glass House on that day and we really enjoyed our day. The massage and facial was really relaxing, and the dinner was superb. On top of that, I love the room we had which was just by the pool. We are able to enjoy the hot tub which was really relaxing too. Everything was just fantastic. Overall the hotel was just a joy to stay in and I was glad I booked 3 nights.

We spent 2 nights recently and found everything to be excellent. The room and location was beyond our expectations. We had room service and breakfast in the restaurant. The food was excellent. A truly enjoyable experience.

El hotel está muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa, muy cerca de los restaurantes, etc. Las pequeñas cosas podrían haber ganado una calificación completa de 5 estrellas como las piñas extras como nuestras fueron un poco plano, con más papel higiénico como 3 rollos de pliego único para 4 personas en un viaje de 5 días no lo cortó, pero en general una buena experiencia. La lavandería fue un poco fechada, así que terminamos usando el lavabo abajo, y no teníamos idea de dónde estaba el gimnasio o el restaurante que sería agradable haber sido informado de cuando nos inspeccionamos.

Stayed for 2 nights with wife and 8 year old son. The staff was super kind and welcoming. Our suite had amazing wraparound views of the bay. Parking spot was free and right next to our suite. WiFi was a bit spotty. Comfy bed. Walk to the beach was 10 min. Wonderful cafe in 2-3 min walk. The town was beautiful as well. Short drive north to the hot water beach was fun. I really liked this place. We made sure to clean up and do our dishes as note said extra fee if you left dirty dishes. Would highly recommend.

La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy fácil. El hotel es un hotel muy agradable, muy agradable, muy agradable, muy tranquilo y muy bien aquí a la noche, quizás parte de la especialidad de Keri Keri. Disfruté de mi estancia aquí con la piscina y el servicio de lavandería proporcionado (cargable) pero conveniente para tener todavía. La habitación era impresionante y espacial con buenas instalaciones y bien equipado. La cama fue muy cómoda así .... seguramente volverá !!!

Lovely villas sitting up a hill with stunning and unparalleled views of the Pacific Ocean in the quaint Cable Bay, which is one of a few towns that make up Doubtless Bay. A great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life and just relax and chill while listening to the sound of the waves. If you book the one- or two-bedroom units, you’ll have access to a living area, kitchen and laundry facilities. Our family really loved our stay! Highly recommended to all!
