We stayed in a 2 queen bed room for a night. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is perfect and just a walking distance to Empire Hextar Mall. I liked the atmosphere here. Amazing pool view and the sunrise view.

La habitación era limpia, espaciosa y muy bien mantenida, lo que lo hizo muy cómodo durante mi estancia. El espectáculo fue definitivamente la maravillosa vista del paisaje urbano despertar hasta la línea del cielo y disfrutar de las luces de la noche fue realmente refresco y relajado. El edificio ofrece excelentes instalaciones, incluyendo un gimnasio bien equipado, piscina y acceso seguro, que añadió una gran comodidad y paz mental. Todo fue fácilmente accesible y bien gestionado. En general, Mutiara Ville es un gran lugar para permanecer en Cyberjaya, especialmente si se disfruta de una hermosa vista de la ciudad combinada con unas instalaciones modernas y un ambiente tranquilo.

El desayuno es variado, pero el sabor es mediocre. El centro comercial Aeon está justo enfrente, a pocos minutos a pie, lo cual es genial. El desayuno es variado, pero el sabor es mediocre. El centro comercial Aeon está justo enfrente, a pocos minutos a pie, lo cual es muy práctico.

The corridor had cigarette smell, which made the stay uncomfortable. The front desk service was also disappointing. I only asked to borrow a pen and some paper, but instead of simply assisting me, the staff questioned me about why I needed them. I found the attitude rather impolite and unwelcoming. Hopefully, the hotel can improve both the cleanliness of the common areas and the professionalism of the front desk staff.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

¡Soy una clienta frecuente y orgullosa de venir aquí 😍! RCD tiene una ubicación estratégica, a solo 5 minutos a pie de The Curve, el centro comercial IPC, justo al lado de la estación de tren de Mutiara Damansara, y hay muchísimos restaurantes buenos por aquí... ¡es muy fácil desplazarse! ¡Muchas más razones para volver! 😂

La piscina de lavabos en mi habitación estaba parcialmente cerrada, lo que resultó en un drenaje lento. Además, las ventanas del gran lujo están completamente selladas, por lo que es imposible obtener aire fresco. Sin embargo, debido al ruido de una familia con niños en el octavo piso y a una mejor protección sonora, necesito cambiar las habitaciones debido a un frío grave, su posterior disposición del décimo piso. Durante mi estancia, me di cuenta de una tendencia en la que la mayoría de los huéspedes extranjeros, especialmente los occidentales, fueron asignados típicamente a pisos superiores. Espero que no sea mi sensibilidad y que el hotel no discrimina por diferentes etnias, especialmente dado que pague por mi estancia!
