Ventajas: - Buena relación calidad-precio, menos de RM50 por persona para 4 personas - Cama cómoda (marca King Koil) + muebles nuevos - El apartamento es de nueva construcción, así que todo es nuevo - Aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano - Registro rápido en la planta G, sin colas y con la llave en el mostrador muy rápida - Utensilios de cocina: horno, cocina de inducción, nevera, todo incluido Desventajas: - Solo se proporcionan 2 botellas de agua, no hay dispensador de agua (consejo: hay uno fuera del gimnasio en la planta 39) - La limpieza del suelo es mejorable; encontramos algo de suciedad y arena - La piscina no está muy limpia; el guardia de seguridad nos dijo que no podíamos usarla ese día; no sé por qué - El ascensor tarda muchísimo en llegar; se recomienda evitar las horas punta, como el mediodía y las 12 p. m., hora de salida - Entorno tranquilo; solo hay un supermercado en la planta baja; todo lo demás debe llevarse a casa. Coche =En general, una buena experiencia gracias a la buena relación calidad-precio.

Repito quedarme en el Concorde Hotel Shah Alam y tuve una agradable experiencia. La habitación era limpia y cómoda, con todas las comodidades básicas. El personal fue amigable y útil durante todo el estancia. La ubicación fue conveniente para explorar Shah Alam. En general, una estancia satisfactoria y relajada todavía se recomienda!

Stayed 2 nights, The unit was exactly as shown in the photos. Clean, quiet, and the best part was having my own bathroom — no waiting, no sharing. AC worked well, water was hot, and towels were provided. Host replied within 10 mins when I had questions about check-in.

Good hotel with good breakfast. Staffs are friendly & free parking eventhough we went out hours after check-out time. Bed are decent & clean.

This canvas hotel use to be my favourite I have no complain but this time I need to said something. This time I was with my aunt who back from California for vacation. The room they stay in is not clean they found hair at the toilet , floor and bed the reason the gave is part time staff who do the cleaning. Is ok we accept than they change the room for them but the second room is cover with grey dust at the table and bed and we ask they said sorry this might be is because before the refrigerator explode . Last is the fourth rooms is the only satisfy with the cleanliness this already like 45 min. I need as so embarrassed so the canvas management please take note hopefully next time I stay it getting better

The hotel is clean and comfortable, everything is just nice for the price. The service staff is also very friendly. But the parking is quite pricy during weekend as it counted by per time.

The unit itself is clean and fully furnished, which I appreciate. However, there are several serious issues that the owner should address before accepting future guests. 1. Air-conditioning issue (major concern) Please ensure the air-conditioner is properly fixed before hosting guests. During our stay, the unit became extremely hot, especially at night and even worse after sunrise. I was travelling with my elderly parents, and it was honestly uncomfortable and distressing to see them sweating while trying to sleep. This is not a minor inconvenience, it significantly affected our stay. 2. Inadequate cooling for unit size The unit is spacious, even IF the air-conditioner had been working, one small AC unit is clearly insufficient to cool the entire space. With the AC not functioning properly, the situation became unbearable. 3. Serious bathroom privacy and safety issues Both bathrooms have critical privacy concerns. One bathroom has a floor-to-ceiling frosted glass window, but one panel has lost its frosting, creating a large clear section where anyone could see someone showering. The second bathroom has a large unfrosted window near the top, facing the hallway. I personally checked from outside, and it is possible to see clearly into the bathroom. This is a serious safety and privacy issue, not a cosmetic flaw. These problems should be fixed immediately before allowing any other guests to stay. 4. Deposit amount and payment method The security deposit is very high, almost equivalent to the rental cost, which already feels unreasonable. What made it worse is that the deposit was required to be transferred outside the booking platform via WhatsApp. The full check-in guide was only release after transfer is made. One of the main reasons people use trusted platforms like Trip, Agoda, Booking or similar services is for safety and protection on both sides. I had already paid in full through the platform, and all my personal details were available there. Being pressured to transfer a large deposit outside the platform puts guests at unnecessary risk and defeats the purpose of using a secure booking system. I hope the owner takes this feedback seriously as an opportunity to improve, rather than dismissing it. With proper fixes and more transparent practices, this unit has potential but in its current condition, the experience was disappointing.

Royale Chulan Damansara was well connected with mrt mutiara Damansara. Check in process was smooth although there was some crowd. RM5 will be collected for environmental fee. The room was well maintain. Simple yet clasdic. Large android tv was provided and this was a huge point. YouTube, netflix and etc was installed. All toiletries was provided. The infinity swimming pool was good and towel was provided too. For breakfast, wide selection of food can be chosen. Very satisfied with the food. Please come early to avoid crowd during public holiday. Will come again next time.

Everything was great. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Great and convenient location. The staff are very helpful and service was amazing. Value for money.

Hotel was close to lots and lots of food. A little expensive compared but I think it was quite worth. Room was very clean and modern.
