El hotel está situado justo en medio de la concurrida zona del centro de la ciudad. Todo está cerca. También se encuentra en una zona costera con un lugar lleno de turistas. La habitación está muy limpia. Todo el personal es amable y la comida es muy buena. Disfruté de mi estancia en este hotel y recomendaría a todos que prueben este hotel si vienen a Kota Kinabalu.

I recently stayed at the Promenade Hotel Kota Kinabalu, and it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent—right in the city center, making it easy to walk to nearby restaurants, shopping malls, and the waterfront. It’s convenient whether you’re here for business or sightseeing. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked well, and the Wi-Fi was stable. I also appreciated the small touches like the coffee/tea facilities and a good-sized work desk. If you’re lucky to get a sea-view room, waking up to the South China Sea is definitely a bonus. The hotel facilities are also great. The breakfast selection was good with plenty of choices, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The check-in process was smooth, and I felt well taken care of. Overall, I had a very good stay at Promenade Hotel. It has great value for its location, comfort, and service. I would gladly choose this hotel again the next time I visit Kota Kinabalu.

This is around town area, it is close to the two major shopping mall, Suria Sabah and Imago. Room is spacious, bathroom with a bathtub, wanted to get a bath but unable to due to faulty stopper. Slipper quality is really bad. There's a fridge in the room. No water bottles provided as there's a filter drinking water tap in the toilet that you can directly drink from but I chose to buy mineral water myself. The windows however are kind of higher up from the wall. Noises from motorbikes and cars could be heard from the room. Entertainment wise, not much of TV channel options but there's YouTube you can watch from. Aircon is centralised aircon, can only adjust from the maintenance team, so you can't adjust the temperature or fan speed at all. The bathroom door is air ventilated door, so all the cool air would be coming into the bathroom from the room when you are having a shower, so it is quite cold after shower that's why we tried to adjust the temperature or fan speed and found that there is nothing to adjust until we call the front desk and was being informed that it is a centralised aircon which can only be adjusted by the maintenance team. There's 7-eleven just 2 mins walking distance from the hotel. Overall, a good stay, would consider again if I'm going for a shopping trip.

For that price was fair Enough. The only thing it was very noisy during midnight. Seems the walls are thin . I was missing shampoo but had three tooth brushes there .

It is an amazing hotel, centrally located with very generous amount of freebies like water different types of coffee and tea. The flow coffee also has very nice cakes.

The Hotel is located at the area with many seafood restaurants and it is also convenient to access to different shops. On the first day, we were given a room without views that made us very unhappy. Then they agreed to change it to better views. The sensor of the light control was out of order on the third day, but they could fix it on the same day. The staff of the Hotel would send messages to connect with us. It was very helpful Hotel. Their breakfast was really fantastic, we highly recommended it.

Sandakan es un lugar pequeño, perfecto para hacer una parada y explorarlo. El Sabah Grand Hotel es una muy buena opción; aunque tiene sus años, sus instalaciones están bastante bien. Llegamos a las dos y el check-in se realizó sin problemas. La comida del restaurante también ofrece muy buena relación calidad-precio, aunque el desayuno es mayoritariamente comida malaya, lo que podría no ser del gusto de todos. Coincidiendo con la temporada festiva, el hotel estaba lleno de un ambiente navideño muy acogedor. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

El hotel es un hotel de gran calidad y es un hotel de gran calidad. La habitación está todavía en su estilo Vintage , la televisión sólo tiene esas viejas cadenas , hay un baño en la habitación que amamos especialmente a mi hijo, porque el desayuno creo que pueden añadir más opciones como son más platos coreanos centrados, Será agradable tener un Kui local (hinompuka/pais pisang) distinto de Kui pisang sólo.. Pero además, usted realmente se alquila 1 hora de bicicleta en el horario que sólo sabemos cuando nos preguntamos, estaba situado justo delante de la piscina de niños , excepto que tienen un pequeño tren que va desde Magellan a Pacific sutera y Su FOC!!! Me encantó la energía del personal todo el tiempo, pidió a nuestro hijo que estuviera en su asiento como conductor e incluso deja que mi hijo presione algunos botones y actúe como si estuviera conduciendo el tren!! Dios bendiga su divertido alma señor!! mantenga el buen trabajo!! definitivamente volveremos pronto 🥰❣️

Our stay in this hotel is superb , the room is very very nice and updated to the latest (i believe) , it has a good view of the sea where you can see the boat go and come back from the island, bed is super comfy and large , toilet and vanity area is very very spacious (we looovedd it!!) for in house guest, parking is just Rm10 (once) with unlimited time (in/out) you just need to let the front desk team know ur car plate number. We add on the breakfast upon check in at a cost of Rm65/adult, it was okay, choices can be improve but we love the beef noodle and tea tarik very much! we will definitely come back again for our staycation🥰❣️
