Returned Customer. Had been staying with Swiss Bel-Hotel whenever I visit Palangkaraya. The room has always been well maintained and cleaned making the stay great. Food has always been delicious and in the recent stay there is a change of menu. The only feedback is due the high popularity, the traffic whenever drive towards carpark can get complicated whenever there is an event held at the hotel. Else I will definitely recommend to book a room with them and I will visit again!

Les informé con bastante antelación (4 días) que finalmente no podría disfrutar de mi reserva (vuelo cambiado por la aerolínea) y les pedí que cancelaran la noche, pero se negaron. Claro que la política de reserva no era reembolsable, pero habría agradecido su consideración y que me devolvieran el dinero. Avisé con antelación, lo pedí amablemente, pero de ninguna manera. Bueno, no era su obligación, pero no fue tan difícil.

Hotel was a memorable and relaxing experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a blend of comfort, excellent service, and a tranquil environment.

Convenient hotel but needs a refresh. I was given a smoking room even though I had requested for non smoking. Comfortable bed but the toilet and areas need to clean properly. Silicon fillers in the toilet area was already brown with grime. I had expected more.

Just got to Palangka Raya from a long haul. When we entered the hotel, we smell nice ambiance in the lobby that felt welcoming. The beed was nice and comfy, the non-smoking room also smell fresh. The staffs also very nice. Very recommended 👌🏽

The service was very very good but the room felt quite dusty and all the towels generally got stains. Location wise is super good, quite central, near airport and near good foods.

La habitación es cómoda, la piscina es también buena, el desayuno también es muy bueno. Muy recomendado aquí ... No hay depósito más. Es muy bueno de todos modos ... El guardarropa también es amigable. Top marcotop. Mantenga el servicio ... La próxima vez que me quederé aquí, seguro que me quedaré aquí.

Personnel au top et hotel bien entretenu, ça fait du bien après une croisière de 2 nuits à Tanjung Putih ! Large choix pour le petit dej ! Seul hic : la salle de sport n’est pas entretenue…
