Hoteles con parking en West Midlands, Reino Unido

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Se trata de un típico hotel económico de ciudad. En general está bien, pero tiene un problema bastante grave con el acceso a Internet, ya que la wifi es tan lenta que no se puede ver ni un video de YouTube y a veces ni acceder a Instagram. No hay nevera en la habitación y la calefacción es por aire y no se puede pasar de cierto nivel. Aún así es una buena alternativa si consigues reservarlo por poco dinero.

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

La ubicación del hotel es relativamente amigable, donde se puede caminar, el entorno es muy limpio y limpio, la recepción también es modesta y educada, la habitación es muy rica, las instalaciones están completas, vivimos tres noches en total, la primera noche no tiene calor, vivimos dos días después, pero no siempre, Debería ajustarse el hotel por sí mismo. Bueno, no es frío en el día, en general, todavía está satisfecho

Located on part of the Birmingham University campus in Edgbaston so good location for academic conferences / visiting the university, also short distance to dental hospital, cricket ground, tennis centre etc. Plenty of free parking including blue badge and EV charging. Check-in was quick and efficient. Angela, who checked us in, was friendly and helpful. There is a large bar which serves smaller meals throughout the day and also a restaurant in the evening. The bar food was average price for hotel food (£12+ for sandwich with some soup)  and average quality. Room was clean and tidy, with modern decor. It was very spacious and well equipped with seating and table, ironing board, plenty of pillows, pod coffee machine and plenty of coffee pods, tea bags etc. Black out blinds worked well and there was minimal noise from other rooms / corridor. Would definitely stay again if in the Edgebaston / Birmingham area. 

Beware of hidden charges! They charged us £5 extra for parking because we booked through Trip.com, they claimed it was a travel agent and therefore chargeable. Where I booked it said parking included. Also I had pets with me, despite the 2 routes I went through while booking both said pets welcome, no mention of £15 extra PER pet not room. Every other hotel and I travel with pets a lot always says how much or additional charge may be applicable. Nothing on this one and they are putting it up to £20 per pet. I showed the way I booked and even checked it out, no mention of a charge. He showed me 3 ways it does through the Wyndham site. Like I am going to go through that because I know who their parent company is🤷. I was stuck over a barrel very tired and nowhere to go so had to pay. However normally I wouldn't, it's wrong, false advertising by commission and I will never use them again. Someone else who used a different method to book was getting a £5 parking charge too, they weren't happy either.

it was lovely. very clean. the room was small but we appreciated it. i had the room with nowindow but i don’t think that was a problem. everything was really fresh. only thing i didnt like was that the bathroom was a wet room so its really difficult to shower without soaking up the sink and toilet and whole room really

Mi amigo chino se quedó aquí con su hijo de 6 años, porque no estaba contenta con la ubicación y el hotel en Snow Hill. El hotel está cerca del hotel, así que la biblioteca es muy agradable para las familias. El niño le gusta la pizza en Greggs y hay un restaurante chino cerca que comen, que no es demasiado caro. The hotel was fine - Staff at breakfast and in the bar were really lovely. However we were charged twice for this booking. I prepaid through the trip app but my brother arrived first at the hotel and he was charged again. Only by accident did we realise this and said it at the reservations desk. They could not help saying that I would probably get a refund for one of the payments but this has not happened. Have now sent an email to the oops manager so hopefully it won’t be long before we get one of the payments back.
