Un buen presupuesto no frills hotel cerca de 15 minutos fuera de Gloucester, en el estacionamiento, limpio room.with ensuite (todo trabajado ).comfy y limpio grande cama doble , tranquilo , en el interior y fuera y un muy útil tipo en la recepción cuando me ingresé.Very goo valor por el dinero.

Beautiful hotel. Room is spacious and bedding very comfortable. Bathroom can improve in particular splash from shower n wetting the floor. Staff overall very nice and polite. Waiting staff in Brasserie Joanne and Megan are particularly impressive in accommodating customer’s requests.

Very helpful and professional staff at all levels. Large, clean room and bathroom. Exellent breakfast. Very good pool and leisure facilities.

I had trouble checking in and had to get help from the bar staff who were very helpful The bedrooms were a bit on the small side for 2 people, there was no air conditioning in the bedrooms and it was very hot weather. The breakfast menu was adequate. We did not have dinner at the hotel. The bottom step on the main stairway had no markings on the edge, and one of my party fell down that step on 2 occasions. Fortunately he was not injured, but the matter needs redressing. We pointed it out to one of the bar staff who said he would pass on the comment. The staff were very pleasant at all times.

It was a good place just a little bit stuffy and makes me choked all through the night

Had a great time staying in this hotel this was in fact our second time here! We did have to make the child’s bed up ourselves as it wasn’t ready but reception was quick to help, apologised and this was a very small inconvenience and did not have any impact on our stay.

Everything was fine except for the behavior of one employee at the reception—a lady, though I don’t want to mention her name. Also, in the room, there’s only one bottle of water provided, even if there are two guests. And if we ask for another bottle, they say we have to buy it. We’re paying £87 per night just for an overnight stay, and yet there are no additional services—not even complimentary water.

Everything about the hotel is amazing but the WiFi and network needs working on. Best hotel, Best location, close to the city centres, close to the bus station, close to the train station

La ubicación es excelente y tiene aparcamiento en la instalación que me alegra. Es un auto-chequeo, por lo que algunas orientaciones en términos de do & no, junto con qué instalaciones/facilidades están disponibles o algo para explicar las horas de check-out y algún tipo de contacto en términos de consultas podrían ayudar. La habitación estaba en el sótano (no se le dio ninguna opción ni lo sabía antes de que me encuentro en el hotel) y fue un poco huele a pesar de una buena limpieza.
