Great location, excellent service, and a lovely breakfast! The room was very clean and tidy, and the staff at breakfast were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was included in the price, which made the stay even better value. There is a huge open field and a very clean river right next to the hotel. You can see people practising rowing, and walking along both sides of the river is really relaxing. There are also mallards and swans nearby, and you can buy special swan food from the hotel bar to feed them. I originally chose this place because the town is close to Cambridge and the price was reasonable, but I ended up really enjoying the town itself. With such a beautiful location, good service, and affordable price, this hotel is definitely great value for money.

It is close to Cambridge university and quite convenient to anywhere you wanna visit, the room is lovely with Cam river view. The stuff are all kind and supportful, I have to give my biggest thanks to stuff Emma who is so nice and unforgettable . Will absolutely choose this hotel next time when i am in Cambridge .

Excellent hotel for a night away, facilties were excellent in room, bar area and leisure facilties. Parking was a breeze also. Only minor grip was room 249 the sofa appeared to be sofa bed frame and was broken so difficult ralxing in lounge area.

Had trouble with hot water on shower control,very hot fine for me but would be concern for children  The control needs looking at The room was very clean and the facilities were good would recommend to anyone

Clásico, cómodo, especialmente en camas. Pero el otro lado es un suelo de humor, lo mejor que puede aceptar en el corazón.

Este hotel fue sorprendentemente bueno. Solo me alojé en Cambridge una noche y era bastante tarde cuando llegué, sobre las 8:00 p. m. Sin embargo, el hotel está cerca del centro y se puede ir caminando, así que fue muy práctico para salir a dar un paseo por la noche. La decoración del hotel era muy cómoda y el desayuno continental estaba delicioso. Recomiendo ampliamente este hotel.

Tenemos una hermosa habitación. La ubicación ideal para viajar al Museo Aéreo de Duxford o para el tren a Cambridge. El hotel está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Nos encontramos en la sala de estar, y vi que los artículos que habían sido dejados en otras mesas quedaban allí, y los que había movido también quedaban. No había suficiente cutlery fuera - yo pidió más, y oí a otros hacer lo mismo después. Sentía caótica. Sólo no estaba bien personalizado - el recepcionista también estaba ayudando con desayuno. El hotel está muy bien, pero no se puede hacer nada. Era una habitación húmeda, que era buena, pero extraño que el piso parecía abrazar el camino equivocado (lo descubrí más tarde) como el agua del duche se extendió por todo el baño, mojando mis ropas que yo había dejado en el punto más largo de la vida (no hay lugar para ponerlos en el piso), y casi se fue a la puerta a la habitación. No había uno de esos aseos de piso que a menudo se encuentran en una habitación húmeda para limpiar el piso, así que aunque se desplomó lentamente el agujero de plug, todo el piso de la baño se dejó muy húmedo, y tuve que usar toallas para secarlo un poco. Lo mencioné al receptor como una denuncia; ella acaba de decir que lo transmitirá. El hotel está bien situado, y espero que los temas que mencionaré se resuelvan.

As Always Novotel has been our preferred Home Away from Home and this time at Cambridge Novotel kept the promise and we really enjoyed our stay. Room 318 Special Kudos to Zordar at the front desk with long hairs(sorry if i misspelled the name), extremely helpful during our checkin process. Also Special Kudos to Cameron who really understood and did the needful for kid as we missed today's breakfast. Really appreciate Cameron. :) Thankyou Novotel for making our stay wonderful

Does everything it says on the tin. Staff were nice, food was good. The rooms were spacious with working tv. Bathroom had a hot shower with bath. All clean and comfy beds

Despite the slightly tired looking exterior, this is an excellent choice if you want a hotel in Cambridge, with parking, and walking distance to the city centre. Our room was on the ground floor but facing the rear and was very peaceful. The room is quite small but everything worked, it was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and the shower water pressure was fantastic. Breakfast, included in our package, was very very good. Plenty of choice and the cooked food was served on piping hot plates. Best of all, Jackie and Jan, the two wonderful ladies who served us. Actually they did more than serve, they made our breakfast memorable and warm. I hope these two ladies are well regarded by the hotel management, as we really want to return based upon their personal and very welcoming characters. Lovely, lovely ladies. In case you didn’t realise, we thoroughly recommend this hotel.
