The hotel was superb, right on the beach and had spectacular views. The rooms were excellent with great facilities. The iPad in the room giving you up to date information was very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel. The evening buffet on the top floor was expensive so we didn’t eat there. 108,000 won per person. There were cheaper alternatives in the lobby. Unfortunately, you had to pay extra to use the infinity pool and gym so we didn’t do this. 35,000 won to use a pool seemed unfair and should be built into the price of the room. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊

신라모노그램 와보고싶었는데 이번에 여행와서 묵게되서 기대도 좀 있었어요☺️ 시설은 새거니 물론 좋았지만 생각보다 로비가 좀 작아서 주말이기도 했고, 관광도시에 생긴 호텔인만큼 객실대비 투숙객들 몰리는 인원이 어느정도 있는데 대기하는 로비가 좀 번잡했구요. 그러나 직원들이 너무나 친절하게 프로페셔널하게 응대해주셔서 괜찮았습니다. 또 지하주차장에서 들어오는 입구가 좀 애매했어요. 너무 비상구같은? 문이라 입구표시도 잘없구.. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ 룸상태나 구조는 괜찮았습니다. 레지던스라 좀 넓다는 장점이 있구요. 커피내려마시려고 컵을 확인했는데 얼룩이 심하게 있어서 세쳑해서 마셨어요. ㅎ 테이블에 지난 투숙객이 남겨놓은 체크리스트가 그대로 있긴해서 꼼꼼하게 확인하지 않나? 싶은 생각이.. 큰 문제아니니 괜찮았지만요.^^ 그냥 사소한부분에서. ‘신라‘ 라는 네임벨류가. 있으니 더 기대했나 싶기도하구요. 조식은 골고루 잘 나와서 배불리 잘 먹을 수 있었구요. 저녁에 식당들 모여있는 그 푸드존에는 먹을만한 곳은 이미 예약으로 꽉차있고, 조금은 아쉬운 면이 많았네요.^^ 외곽으로 나가지 않아도 그 부대시설 안에서 좀 다양하게 즐길 수 있었으면 좋겠네요. 자리가 좀더 잡히면 다음번에 또 재방문 해보고싶어요

3박4일 겨울여행으로 가게된 소노펠리체 델피노는 최고의 선택이였어요. 체크인시 원하는층의 룸은 늦게 입실이 가능할것 같아 바로 쉬고싶다는 가족들의 요청에 낮은층인 3층에 바로 입실하겠다 하였더니 너무 감사하게도 기존 예약했던 실버스위트가 아니라 룸3개인 로얄골드로 업그레이드 해주셨어요. 덕분에 덩치큰 초.중학생도 넓고 편안한룸에서 3박4일을 여유롭게 보냈어요. 여행 숙박예약은 트립닷컴을 통해 항상 예약하는데 요청사항이나 변경사항이 생겼을때 바로바로 답변 및 변경 해주시니 믿고 예약하게 되네요. 이번 여행도 더할나위없이 좋았습니다👍

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

Fui de viaje familiar e hice una reserva porque estaba cerca de la playa y estaba en un piso alto, así que pensé que tendría una buena vista del océano. ㅎㅎ La vista al mar no era tan amplia como pensaba, pero estaba bien porque estaba en un piso alto. Tan pronto como entré, la habitación estaba cálida y las mantas estaban limpias, lo cual fue agradable. Fue genial porque la playa de Haeshu también estaba cercaㅎㅎ Creo que volveré la próxima vez que viaje a Sokcho.

첫날 들어간방이 매우 청결하지 못했음. - 침대만 깨끗! - 테이블 얼룩 그대로 - 바닥곳곳에 머리카락...욕실 마찬가지 - 쇼파에 무언가 먹은 흔적이 가득... 새벽 체크인이고 이미 짐을 옮긴 상태라, 사정설명 후 익을 방을 바꿔줄 것을 요청. 프론트에서 말하길 3박중, 1박만 청소해 주는데 그 청소를 내일 해줄것인지 물었다... (????) 내가 안치운게 아닌데...새벽이라 방체인지 어려울것을 감안 담날 바꿔달라는것이었는데..왜 응당 해줘야할 청소를 인심쓰듯 내일 해준다는 것인지...? 다시 얘기했더니, 익일 방 바꿔주기로 했고 다행히! 바뀐방은 청결했음. * 3일째 되는 날, 자고있는데 룸청소한다고 노크소리들리고 바로 밖에서 문열려고 하길래, 자다가 놀라서 청소 안해주셔도 되니 들어오지 말라고 했으나, 계속해서 들어와서 카드태그만 하겠다고 하심.. 태그를 해야 돈을 받는다고..하셨음...(??) 출장이 많아 여기저기 호텔 자주이용하는데, 이런경우는 또 처음... 자다가 비몽사몽간에 뭔소린지 이해도 안가고 잠옷차림에 엉망인상태라 계속들어오겠다는걸, 절대 들어오시지 말라고 말씀드림.. 결론적으로 안들어오셨으나, 나중에 생각해도 황당함. 호텔시스템이 이상한듯.... 3박씩 2번을 이용했으나, 갈때마다 4성급이 맞나싶게 청결및 프론트 및 여러 서비스면에서 만족한적 없다... 위치 및 부대시설 등으로 이용했으나... 글쎄... 앞으로는 잘 모르겠다. * 사진은 지극히 일부분, 사진으로 잘 안보이는 머리카락 얼룩또한 여기저기...

Excellent stay. Better than expected. I was worried that it would be crowded at the lobby/ common areas due to proximity to casino which was not a preference. The lobby of convention hotel is grand, peaceful and modern. I was also worried that it would be inconvenient to reach the ski slopes however the shuttle buses were frequent and you can get to the slopes quickly. The bus stop drop off point is right outside the ticket office for ski passes Hotel service was welcoming and superb from check in/out to housekeeping. As foreigners we received discount coupons for ski rental and pass. View from room was nice and loved the cream and shower gel etc. Room service was quick and portions are huge. Also how it was delivered was really good too with the robot. Overall very good and comfortable stay.

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.
