Hoteles con Piscinas en Gangwon, Corea del Sur

La ubicación era buena. El hotel era impresionante. Sin embargo, las habitaciones eran un poco estrechas. Lo peor fue el aire acondicionado, que no funcionaba. No sé si la temperatura está configurada de forma central o qué. Aparte de eso (el problema del aire acondicionado), fue una estancia muy agradable. El personal era muy bueno. Algunos de ellos hablaban inglés perfectamente, lo cual es fantástico. También fueron muy serviciales, lo cual agradecemos.

Todo estaba limpio y el personal era tan amable. No me echaron de la habitación. Las fotos coinciden con la habitación real, así que me alegraba de eso. La piscina y las vistas fueron increíbles. Muchas gracias. Volveré. También me encantaba la ubicación, ya que es fácil para los viajeros sin coches.

Would like to commend front desk staff Jason for personally attending to our check-in. He had painstakingly showed us to our Block B apartment room helping to also push 1 of our bags. As the room did not provide us with a sunrise view, had requested for a room change for the 2nd night and Jason himself again personally came to help us with the room transfer movement. His good english was a also pleasant surprise.as also his charming attitude and smiling look. The resort should cherish such young & kind-hearted staff. Kudos to him! Also, there was a manager (unfortunately could not remember his name who had a christian name to his name tag and slightly burly sized) @ the indoor pool/spa reception who should be praised for also taking the trouble to allow us entry (though we did not book any slot) on our check out day for us to take some photo pics for remembrance. He actually helped us take our couple shot, took the time to showcase us the nice indoor pool and its magnificent balcony view before accompanying us out and showing us the way to the beach. Thank you kind sir! The fantastic service we received from above 2 gentlemen is really testament to Shillamonogram's astute and comprehensive staff training especially with focus on customer satisfaction. Well done Shillamonogram. Will certainly recommend the resort for a wonderful staycation.

Me quedé en el edificio del resort por un día, pero cuando me quedé en el hotel y luego fui al resort, no había nada, no había minibar, ni toalla de baño, ni toalla de cara, y como el número estándar de personas era 4, Había 4 toallas y tuve que usar el jabón que todos los demás habían usado, tampoco hay acondicionador. Creo que hubiera sido mejor si se hubiera proporcionado lavado de manos en lugar de jabón. Sin embargo, hay champú y gel de baño. Reservamos un resort para 4 personas el segundo día, pero creo que un hotel sería mejor para 3 personas. Aun así, el suelo está cálido porque está ondol, por lo que es agradable. El hotel tenía alfombra, por lo que el piso estaba frío, así que tuve que encender la calefacción, pero estaba demasiado seca. La vista era linda y la pasé bien. Vi el amanecer y fue increíble porque el sol era rosado.

The hotel is beautiful. There are nice restaurants within the hotel compound so you do not need to go anywhere. The view from the balcony was amazing (slop view). Amenities sufficient, room spacious. We took 2 of these rooms since we were 2 adults and 2 kids (12 years old). The beds are super single and 2 ppl sleeping on a bed is do-able or there is loads of space for an additional bed. We didn't have bfast but a lot of restaurants and a CU within the hotel compound. A word of advice, if you are coming from Seoul, stop at JINBU STATION and not Pyeongchang station. We made a mistake of going to Pyeongchang station which is far away and the cab will cost krw 60,000 per way. Jinbu station is just 5 minutes away.

Lo recomiendo muchísimo. Es realmente bueno. La playa de Sampo está justo enfrente. El precio es aceptable. Estoy satisfecho con el alojamiento. El personal es amable. Se puede hacer una barbacoa por la noche. No hay muchos comercios cerca, así que es tranquilo y limpio.

No se proporcionan toallas de baño, se parece más a un hotel de condominios para estadías prolongadas que a un hotel de servicio completo. La habitación está limpia y tiene un diseño minimalista. El área pública necesita una renovación, parece un hotel de los años 90. El onsen es genial, apto para niños, está convenientemente conectado con el alquiler de esquíes y los remontes. Calificación general: 4 de 5.

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk away from the Express Bus Terminal and Sokcho Beach. It is also near Chungchosoo Mulhoe. Service was 5-star. Even though they gave me a wrong room at the start, they quickly rectified it and I was given the correct room in the end. Needed help in the morning to get a taxi and the front desk staff was very helpful

남편과 1박2일 묶었는데 호텔방도 넓고 부대시설도 많이 좋고 여러모로 만족스러운 1박이었습니다. 다만 화장실 샤워부스문이 고장나서 열고 닫은 것이 뻑뻑하고 힘들어서 수리가 필요한 것 같았습니다. 그 점을 제외하고는 직원분들도 모두 친절하시고 프라이빗 비치도 즐길 수 있어 좋았고 내부식당도 퀄리티가 좋아서 참 좋았네요~^^

¡La ubicación es excelente, justo enfrente de la playa de Sokcho! El estacionamiento es grande y hay muchas instalaciones convenientes cerca. Fue construido recientemente, por lo que tanto el edificio como las habitaciones estaban limpios y tenían la comodidad del hogar y la sensación de un hotel, ¡lo cual era aún mejor! ¡Recomiendo este lugar para quedarse mientras viajas a Sokcho! Fue conveniente realizar el check in y el check out sin personal, y amablemente respondieron mis preguntas :)
