The hotel was superb, right on the beach and had spectacular views. The rooms were excellent with great facilities. The iPad in the room giving you up to date information was very useful. The staff were friendly and helpful. There were plenty of restaurant choices in the hotel. The evening buffet on the top floor was expensive so we didn’t eat there. 108,000 won per person. There were cheaper alternatives in the lobby. Unfortunately, you had to pay extra to use the infinity pool and gym so we didn’t do this. 35,000 won to use a pool seemed unfair and should be built into the price of the room. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there.

Everything was clean and the staff was so polite. They didn’t rush me out of the room. The photos match the actual room so I was happy about that. The pool and views were amazing. Thank you so much. Will come again. I also loved the location as it’s easy for travelers without cars. I didn’t get a chance to have breakfast as I woke up late but hopefully next time 😊

El personal de Silla Monogram fue muy amable y fue un agradable cumpleaños y un viaje familiar. La próxima vez, volveré a visitar con mis padres.

Este fue nuestro primer viaje en familia, así que nos costó elegir alojamiento, pero al final quedamos completamente satisfechos. El jacuzzi del hotel era excelente y las habitaciones estaban impecables, lo que hizo que nuestra estancia fuera muy cómoda.

It was a last minute reservation we have made to enjoy our national holiday and it surely was a great decision! The location of this resort is in prime spot right next to the Dae-po dock where for the seafood lovers you are in for a delight of fresh and cost efficient sashimi and steamed crabs. Not only that, the resort itself was very resourceful for the families who bring their youngs - massive indoor playground - arcade for the little gamers - quiet family friendly walk way into the shorelines - indoor water park (Stopping here because my fingers hurt trying to write everything down!) Lastly, the rooms were cleaned at exceptional quality with the ocean view. Definitely coming back here next year!

Fui de viaje familiar e hice una reserva porque estaba cerca de la playa y estaba en un piso alto, así que pensé que tendría una buena vista del océano. ㅎㅎ La vista al mar no era tan amplia como pensaba, pero estaba bien porque estaba en un piso alto. Tan pronto como entré, la habitación estaba cálida y las mantas estaban limpias, lo cual fue agradable. Fue genial porque la playa de Haeshu también estaba cercaㅎㅎ Creo que volveré la próxima vez que viaje a Sokcho.

Lindo limpio y espacioua. Mucho lugar para comer cerca de btly. Cerca del mercado de centavo y playas. Has calentado piscina nintendo con cafetería infantil. Nice para familias.

Excelente estancia. Mejor que esperado. Me preocupaba que sería llena en los lobby / áreas comunes debido a la proximidad al casino que no era una preferencia. El lobby del hotel de convenciones es grande, pacífico y moderno. Me preocupaba que llegar a las pistas de esquí no sería conveniente, pero los autobuses de transbordador son frecuentes y se pueden llegar a las pistas rápidamente. El hotel está bienvenido y es excelente desde el check-in/out hasta el mantenimiento de la casa. Como extranjeros recibimos bonos de descuento para el alquiler de esquí y paseo. Vista desde la habitación era agradable y amar la crema y el gel de ducha, etc. El servicio de la habitación era rápido y las porciones son enormes. También cómo se entregó fue muy bueno también con el robot. En general, muy agradable y cómodo.

At the check-in all are ok, but when we arrive at the door step of our room，realised the door was unlocked,l. Went in and found some chips bit and half consumed bottle unclear I'm the room. What frustratefevwas was we head back ABT 11pm after skiing then realised that they only provided us with 1bath towel , tried calling front desk not one pick , calling house keeping also no one pick up. Only got to kn the next day that hotel front desk is closed at 9pm. And not many can speak English this make it even more challenging.

Waking up to the sight of the sea was both relaxing and refreshing. The cleanliness of the room and the entire hotel was very well-maintained . However, there are some areas that could use improvement. The amenities were quite limited. Toiletries weren’t provided, which was fine, but having them would have made the stay more convenient. Also, access to the pool, sauna, and gym required a separate payment, which was a bit disappointing given that many hotels usually include those facilities. The breakfast was enjoyable, though it came at an additional cost. It was good, but nothing particularly special. Overall, the best part of this hotel is the beautiful view and the friendly, helpful service from the staff. If you're looking for a clean place with a great view and don’t mind paying extra for amenities, this could be a decent choice.
