I loved this hotel! The staff was really wonderful and accommodating. Juan was at the front desk each morning with a greeting of ”Good Morning Madame.” Nicolas was very helpful in arranging my stay prior to the visit, which was helpful. Every staff member was really friendly and accommodating. They served a small breakfast buffet in the main level each morning, even cooked eggs to order if you'd like. I went to this country traveling as a solo female. This was a nice location because it's walking distance to several restaurants and a lovely park. I felt completely safe in the area. My favorite was the Peruvian restaurant! I had this amazing seabass dish with scallops and calamari with a sauce on top. This was all on a bed of risotto. Chilian wine...fantastic! I wasn't familiar with this region's wine and was surprised at how good it was. My meal, paired with a lovely Chilian Sauvignon Blanc Reserve was so delicious that I went back and had the same thing the next night. There is also a hill about a mile away that has the Christ statue, that is very walkable. There is a Japanese Garden on the hill. If you can't walk there, there is a funicular and the Uber car service worked just as it does in the US. One tip, if you're from the US or North, the maps will be backwards on Google. Just google directions to get them in the direction you're going. I got lost the first day until I did my Google search on how to fix. The only problem I had was the language. Very few people speak English. I even went to a restaurant, fine dining at a park, quite lovely, but nobody spoke English and the menu was only in Spanish. To make matters worse, my phone died! Be prepared with how to use Google Translate, that will help, but if your phone dies, you're dead in the water. I found it very hard to communicate with people, which would not have been as bad had I not been traveling alone. I found it to be very isolating. I even took a tour with an English-speaking guide. I thought great, now I can chat with people, but NO! It was a guide who spoke Spanish, then translated to Portuguese, then English. I was the only English-speaking person on the bus. The museums, a few are only available in Spanish so no point going to those if you don't speak Spanish. Other than the language barrier, I had a lovely time. My highlight was my hotel and the staff!

El hotel está en una rotonda y el tráfico es bastante conveniente. Se tarda unos 10 minutos en caminar hasta el centro comercial de al lado. El área circundante es relativamente segura, hay más chinos viviendo allí y las instalaciones son relativamente antiguas. El servicio es bastante bueno, el lobby lo recibirá de manera proactiva, lo ayudará con el equipaje y le abrirá la puerta. El primer día de limpieza de la habitación, no se repuso el agua embotellada, no se reemplazaron las toallas y las toallas del piso todavía estaban mojadas desde el primer día. Después de permanecer 5 días, no se repusieron artículos de tocador ni loción corporal (los artículos de tocador están en botellas grandes colgadas en la pared, como en los hoteles exprés), y no se repusieron zapatillas desechables. La habitación se limpia dos veces al día, con servicio de descubierta y limpieza por la noche. El servicio de limpieza durante los dos días siguientes estuvo bien. El precio del pedido de habitaciones es bastante razonable, el servicio es bueno y el sabor es bueno. El desayuno es relativamente sencillo, casi todo comida fría, lo que no es apto para el estómago chino. Hay frutas embutidas, kiwis, naranjas, fresas, todas relativamente ácidas + plátanos y manzanas. Hay una mesa para cereales y frutos secos, una mesa para panes, una mesa para platos fríos, jamón y salmón ahumado, y nada más. Algunos de los camareros en el desayuno no fueron muy buenos. Uno de los camareros mayores simplemente sirvió una taza de café y no tuvo interacción. Cuando se fue, le pidió que esperara y le pidió que firmara la factura para recibir una propina. PARA firmar este proyecto de ley). Dicho esto, definitivamente no te lo daré. Mientras cenaba en el restaurante de fusión japonesa y peruana de la planta baja, cuando se sirvió el sashimi, la mitad del hielo de la capa inferior se había derretido en agua, lo que provocó que el sashimi se empapara en el agua. La salsa de soja es salsa de soja oscura, pero mi amigo argentino de al lado dijo que esta vez siempre usan este tipo de salsa de soja. Está bien tratarlo como un restaurante normal, pero todavía queda un largo camino por recorrer para tratarlo como un restaurante de alta gama.

Fue una estancia realmente satisfactoria que superó mis expectativas. El servicio fue impecable desde el registro de entrada hasta el de salida, lo que me permitió descansar cómodamente, y tanto la habitación como las instalaciones eran excelentes. ¡Sin duda, volveré!

Loved this hotel! I don’t like standard chain hotels, so this was perfect for me. Situated in a very safe and convenient area. Only took an Uber twice, one from the Funicular and the other time to the airport. We walked every else. Located right next to the Sculpture Garden and walking distance to the gondolas and downtown! The staff were so sweet and helpful. We were told once we checked in we were now family! The lady from the breakfast room got all teary when I told her we were leaving. They gave us great advice as to where to go and even had a handheld scale to weigh our bags! There is no elevator, so be aware of this if you have heavy bags or can’t do stairs. My sister hated the shower, I loved it. The beds were comfy and the room was clean. The only issue, which to me was not important, but might be to you. They are very environmentally conscious in Santiago, so the towels were not a crisp white, but were clean and useable. The bar was also good, but food service took awhile, but when it finally came it was very good. The coffee in breakfast room was fabulous! Water in lobby 24/7. Desk manned 24/7. They buzz you in and out, which I liked. The front desk clerk was going off duty, but waited for me to help me weigh my bags. Would I stay there again? In a heartbeat!! Just FYI tourist areas are mostly closed on Mondays. So no hop on hop off bus and no gondola. But the Funicular was running.

Hotel increíble, me encantó absolutamente todo! Viví en el piso 18 en la habitación 1803, una vista absolutamente impresionante desde la ventana de los Andes y la ciudad, ¡disfruté cada día en el hotel! Limpieza, desayuno excelente, aunque no mucha comida caliente, pero esto se compensa con excelentes quesos y frutas. Ubicación ideal. Cené en el restaurante del hotel. Todo estaba muy rico y había buena selección de vinos. Piscina climatizada en el piso 20, gimnasio. Personal muy amable. Recomiendo este hotel para su estadía en Santiago y estaré feliz de volver nuevamente! ¡Gracias por la maravillosa bienvenida!❤️❤️❤️

J'ai passé une excellente nuit dans cet établissement ! Tout était parfait du début à la fin : accueil chaleureux, chambre propre et confortable, literie de qualité et ambiance calme. Le petit déjeuner inclus mérite une mention spéciale : très complet, varié et délicieux, avec des produits frais et bien présentés. Je recommande vivement cet établissement, un excellent rapport qualité-prix !

It was my Best Stay ever from this 21 days trip in South America, Hilton Garden Inn has the best room design especially the bath room. I have accident in Torres Del Paine and have to fly from Puerto Natales to Chile for surgery, after surgery I was check in to Hilton Garden Inn in other hotels i can't wash my hair due to my hand is only one left, but with in here i will be able to manage shower and wash my hair too Speedy check in and friendly staff actually surprise me, and they speak English too :) In Punta Arenas I was struggles with the language, especially in Hospital, OMG The room is very clean and pillow is perfect with the very soft linen Breakfast also Best, from what I experiences in other hotel in Chile city and Punta Arenas I am back home now, but i still miss this hotel and can't wait to give a big hug and sincerely thanks to all staff I highly recommend this hotel, and i meet lots of socker players stay here too. Wait for my youtube review with many video to show convince my words

La habitación está bien amueblada y la ubicación es excelente, no lejos de la Plaza de Armas y del Palacio Presidencial. El desayuno también es bueno, hay una piscina y el personal es amable. El único problema es que la recepción de un hotel de tan alto nivel no puede proporcionar un cepillo de dientes, lo que parece reducirlo a un hotel confortable.

Dicen que la zona de la estación de autobuses es un caos y que la seguridad es precaria, así que fuimos muy cuidadosos. No nos pasó nada desagradable ni sentimos esa inseguridad. El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de autobuses, lo que hace que los desplazamientos sean súper cómodos, ya sea para ir y volver del aeropuerto (2100 CLP ida, 3700 CLP ida y vuelta, con mucha frecuencia) o para hacer una excursión de un día a Valparaíso (10000 CLP ida y vuelta). El hotel en sí tiene un precio económico, el desayuno es muy bueno, la limpieza es diaria y el personal es amable.

La instalaciones son adecuadas considerando que esta instalado en un barrio industrial en medio de empresas, sin grandes vistas, rodeado de galpones. Estando dentro del hotel es acogedor bien decorado muy agradable para estar y con muchas zonas para sentar, el personal su punto fuerte muy amable y preocupado. La habitacion muy bonita techos altos espaciosa, bien iluminada, alfombra tupida, cortina de techo a piso con aire acondicionado bastante silencioso. Baño amplio y bien mantenido. El restaurant para cenar caro y los platos poco brillo, el desayuno bufet bien surtido con todo lo necesario y con un chef presente dirigiendo y preparando pedidos especiales muy agradable!!. Lo unico malo al dormir en la habitacion se sentia un zumbido de un motor que retumbaba en la habitacion en forma constante mas fuerte cerca del ventanal que me hizo imposible descansar bien, no supe si era de algun generador del hotel o de la industria que esta atras, de noche se sentia mas fuerte.
