Very affordable rate. Staff are so courteous . The elevator needs to be replaced to avoid inconvenience or fatal accident. The buffet is excellent. Walking distance to sm clark.

Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

This hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect.The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal.

We had a great time looking for the elevator to go up on the rooftop once we got up there was well worth the search so much going on up there and front desk was very helpful and the room was spotless !

This is my favorite hotel I go to this city I always chose this hotel this hotel needs to be renovated again it is very old now many things are broken this rooms were very good before but now this hotel rooms need to be renovated and upgraded

Este hotel es lo que buscaba. El Wi-Fi es muy estable y rápido en comparación con otros hoteles que me quedé antes. Sólo falta Netflix. Usted necesita su cuenta. Pero hemos visto YouTube. La velocidad de Internet es realmente muy estable con un router propio cada habitación. No tenemos problema con WiFi. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

Located near the red light district, not a bad thing if that's what you like. There is a large mall @ 5 minute walk away, easy to find. Front staff/doorman were excellent. The restaurant was average at best. Much better food outside the hotel. Went to Tequila grill several times, ordered Grab to the hotel as well. Very convenient. Overall a pretty good hotel for the price. Great swimming pool, although it rained the entire week, it is still a good looking pool. I would stay here again, the balcony rooms are worth the price, can sit outside and drink/smoke while looking out over the city.

Good stay. Used the TV as a large screen extension monitor for my laptop by connecting to its HDMI port. Stocked a few bottles of beer from nearby supermarket in the room's fridge.

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.
