The first time for me. The room is so clean and nice. Breakfast is Buffet. I like Chicken currency. I enjoyed. Staffs are so friendly and excellent experiences answering to me for all my questions. Booking Taxi from hotel is the best to Airport. Fragrant Thai Restaurant is nearby hotel. I enjoyed Lunch and Dinner at there. The price is not so expensive. I enjoyed. Thank you so much. Excellent location right in the middle of the action. Very nice pool. Staff always helpful with any issue you may have. The only negative I can talk about is the water pressure in the shower…Cold water it’s fine …Hot water it’s a dribble. If that was changed I would score orchid inn 11/10.

Fantastic hotel, great friendly staff. Always eager to help. The location is about a 3 min walk to all the nightlife and restaurants/ bars. Too bad about all the nasty garbage on the side of the street the hotel is located. That's my only complaint, the nasty stinky garbage along that little street.

This hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect.The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal.

We had a great time looking for the elevator to go up on the rooftop once we got up there was well worth the search so much going on up there and front desk was very helpful and the room was spotless !

My regular choice in Angeles. The old school hotel with spacious rooms and a great pool. The hotel restaurant serves good food. This time only the waitress disappointed by requesting to show her ID when paying the lunch bill by a bank card (and that from a hotel guest!!!): Visa and MC strictly prohibit merchants to demand ID from customers, but the Phils live in their own legal environment...

Este hotel es lo que buscaba. El Wi-Fi es muy estable y rápido en comparación con otros hoteles que me quedé antes. Sólo falta Netflix. Usted necesita su cuenta. Pero hemos visto YouTube. La velocidad de Internet es realmente muy estable con un router propio cada habitación. No tenemos problema con WiFi. El hotel está en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad.

I really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.  Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.  The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this. For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

Excelente limpieza. Entregaron café filtro gratuito. El agua estaba llena de aire que nunca había terminado. A veces huele. Temía que el calefactor de agua se rompería de las agitaciones y los vertidos de aire. El agua se cortó dos veces, pero sólo por media hora. Estos problemas no me dejaron continuar mi estancia aquí

Pros: location, parking, valet parking available with fee, front desk service, slide on the pool, friendly staff, great bed, AC is working well. Cons: No exhaust in our bathroom so the whole room smells when use. No spa So little toiletries given The breakfast buffet situation. The worst part of the day is having to wait to get your breakfast. I understand there was a wait. Maybe offer a coffee or a glass of water for the people waiting outside. We got there at 9:07, and saw bunch of guests waiting. So I asked if they can text us once the tables are available (it’s hot outside) Declined. Lady said that we have wait and if we’re not here, then we can’t eat breakfast basically. Finally got in at 9:30. What do you expect? Either cold food for the ones that people don’t like or empty tray for the ones people like to eat. You know, that’s okay. It can be improved. It’s not the staff’s fault. All of them are functioning. But I guess the space cannot accommodate the number of guests.
