Hoteles con parking en Brunéi y Muara, Brunéi Darussalam

Our ocean view room was beautiful appointed, immaculate and extremely confortable, loved the big balcony, the beds, luxurious linen and plush towels made it difficult to leave each morning. Room service was outstanding, lovely presentation, nicely detailed! From the excepcional warmth, kindness and attentiveness of the staff to the impecable service through our stay, every detail reflected true luxury. We only stayed for two nights which simply wasn’t enough to experience everything this extraordinary hotel has to offer!  Hoping to return early next year again.

The room was clean and aircon that was cool enough. Most toiletries were provided except comb, toothbrushes and toothpaste. When I booked the room, I had the impression that no toiletries were provided. The airport transfers, location made this place really attractive. Friendly staff. Internet cuts off sometimes. $10/hour for extending beyond check out time.

The hotel is located quite far from the city center, but it does provide a free shuttle service to and from the airport. It is also not very close to the sea; however, this is not a major issue since swimming is prohibited at the nearby beaches anyway. Additionally, there are no cafes or shops within walking distance of the hotel, which makes the location even less convenient. The prices at the hotel’s cafe are overpriced. The hotel’s design feels somewhat outdated, but nothing critical. What was truly disappointing, however, was the service. The hotel presents itself as a 4-star property, yet it is surprisingly strict about a very basic necessity — drinking water. Guests are provided with only one bottle of water per person per day. There is coffee and tea available in the room, but to boil the kettle you need additional drinking water, which the staff refused to provide. They insisted that water had already been supplied during housekeeping and that no more was allowed. We had to keep asking for it as if they were personally paying for it themselves. That was extremely unpleasant. The tap water is yellow, and there were also issues with the hot water. Only one person works at the reception desk, which is clearly insufficient for a hotel with this many rooms, resulting in long waiting times. The reception staff are not knowledgeable about nearby attractions and do not assist with arranging tours, suggesting that guests find everything out on their own. Unfortunately, the overall service was extremely disappointing.

Great friendly, courteous and accomodating staff from Front Office to housekeeping. Impeccably clean room and bathroom. Good location with regards to food options; coffee and pastry place across the hotel and night market 10 min walking distance
