I’ll start by saying the hospitality and service from the staff is some of the best I've had in my 2 years traveling Asia, regardless of the hotel quality the staff deserve great praise. Incluso organizaron un descenso de aeropuerto libre para mí, me dejaron comprobar temprano y respondieron a todas las preguntas que tenía con gran actitud.Realmente no podían alabarse su servicio lo suficientemente alto. Para una revisión honesta, necesito mencionar el lado malo que es el estado de los hoteles, es en un poco de estado de desperdicio, desde el exterior y el interior del edificio tiene muchas lágrimas, cracas y estaño. En general, aunque con precio, ubicación y servicio se considera que es aún más que lo suficientemente bueno para una estancia corta en Brunei como yo tenía.

📍Day 3 | 1st June 2025, Sunday The Empire Brunei 🇧🇳 After all the walking yesterday, today was all about rilexing in style—and what better place than the legendary Empire Brunei? ✅ And yes—it absolutely lived up to the hype. 😍 This place is more than just a hotel. It's basically its own little kingdom. Here’s what they offer: 🏀 Full country club (basketball, squash, badminton, table tennis, pools 🎱) 🏊♂️ Indoor swimming pools & jacuzzis 🏖️ Private beaches & lagoons 🚴♀️ Kayaks & bicycles 🎥 On-site cinema 👶 Kids Club 🍽️ 4 Restaurants ⛳ Golf course 🚙 Buggy rides everywhere (the place is huge!) We booked a Dart ride from Jubilee Hotel and arrived around 11AM. Although check-in was supposed to be at 2PM, we were warmly greeted by Hafiz at the front desk. He invited us to explore the facilities while we waited. Then… surprise! Our room was ready by 12PM and we even got a free upgrade to the Ocean King Sea View Room. Influencer perks? Maybe 😎 (Just kidding 😂). Thank you, Empire Brunei! A buggy took us straight to our room—and wow, it was huge, luxurious, and the sea view was something else. 🌊 Lunch was at Pantai Restaurant. My son loves the mini burgers 🍔 while we enjoyed the ocean breeze and relaxed atmosphere. Afterwards, we wandered the lobby and took in the stunning architecture—those iconic golden pillars are a masterpiece. 🏛️ After prayers, we changed into sport/swimwear and headed to the Country Club. I jumped into a pickup basketball game with two lads from the UK while wifey and my son relaxed in the indoor pool and jacuzzi nearby. 🏀🛁 Later, we visited the Kids Club— My son splashed happily while we took a breather. Just before sunset, we found a quiet spot outside. Brunei’s sunset? Absolutely underrated. 🌅 To wrap up the day, we stayed in for dinner (room service KA dendeng 😅). FYI, you need to put down a deposit to order room service. We were way too tired to head out again anyway. Rating? Empire Brunei = ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (7 stars, obviously 😂) Truly a 10/10 experience—elegant, peaceful, and unforgettable. Feeling recharged and grateful.

Reservé este hotel porque me atrajo el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto. Otro factor en mi decisión fue su precio razonable, incluso con desayuno incluido. Mi habitación estaba en el último piso, pero era espaciosa y limpia, y no tengo ninguna queja. El desayuno era más lujoso de lo que esperaba. Puedes ir caminando al centro de la ciudad, pero tendrás que tomar un taxi para llegar al mercado nocturno, la mezquita, etc.

The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer which is very convenient! Also located near to JP theme park and food court! Food is quite yummy , very affordable price even for room service. Overall, a pleasant stay. My son enjoyed swimming in the pool!

This hotel is exceptionally good. From the reception staff to the drivers and cleaners, everyone provides warm and genuine hospitality. They are all very friendly and speak good English, which makes everything easy and comfortable. The hotel offers a free airport pick-up and drop-off service…you simply inform the receptionist of your arrival and departure times. This is extremely convenient. In addition, the hotel provides very affordable tours, costing only 5 BND, covering five nice places using the hotel’s own car. This is far better than traveling independently, as public transportation in Brunei can be quite challenging. Breakfast is simple and standard, but perfectly acceptable. Overall, I truly love Brunei and this hotel. I will definitely come back again.

I think this is one of the newly opened hotels in Brunei this the cleanliness is good. The rooms were super spacious until we spreader ourselves out all we could and still have lots of spaces. There are nice shops surrounding the hotel and there is lots of parking lots in the open area in front of the hotel. Very nice, modern and convenient

Las opciones alimentarias son buenas pero costosas que las demás . Servicio de transbordadores para algunos lugares turísticos. Recomendado para viajeros de negocios y eventos

La ubicación es muy buena en el centro de la ciudad, a las atracciones cercanas son muy convenientes, el entorno está bien, la zona pública tiene oficinas y cargas, aire acondicionado, el precio es más barato.

I recently had a fantastic stay at The Centerpoint Hotel and couldn't recommend it more highly. If you are looking for the perfect blend of comfort and convenience in Brunei, this is the place to be. The absolute highlight of this hotel is its prime location. Situated right in the heart of Gadong, it is within easy walking distance to an endless variety of shops, boutiques, and diverse restaurants. Whether you are looking for international brands or local treasures, everything is right at your doorstep. Most importantly, it is just a short stroll away from the famous Gadong Night Market. Being able to walk over in the evening to sample incredible local street food—like grilled fish, satay, and kueh malaya—without worrying about parking or transport was a massive plus. The rooms are spacious and well-maintained, the staff are incredibly welcoming, and the central location makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. A definite five-star experience!

All staff are very helpful and Good attitude! Great Breakfast! Near location of the stadium!!! Highly recommend this hotel 🌟
