Bonito hotel urbano a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad de Graz. muy recomendable

El hotel está en una ubicación muy central. La habitación está decorada con algunos muebles vintage, lo que le da un encanto único. El baño está situado abajo de una escalera corta, es espacioso y muy limpio, aunque tendrá que ver su paseo a la noche. Next to Main train station and 1.5 kms from old town. Very nice and sunny room with private bathroom. Spotless kitchen with microwave, kettle and fridge. Very nice staff. Sadly there were no lockers inside the dorm, everything else was amazing!!!

La ubicación es buena, cerca del casco antiguo. La habitación da a la calle, pero la insonorización es buena después de cerrar la ventana. El aparcamiento está detrás del hotel y es muy pequeño. Hay siete u ocho escalones desde el aparcamiento hasta la recepción, lo cual es muy incómodo para los turistas con maletas grandes.

Muy cerca de la estación, la ubicación es fácil de entender, la entrada de la habitación es un tipo de código PIN, por lo que no tienes que llevar un pañuelo con usted, es muy conveniente. La recepción de la habitación y la salida también son amables, fáciles de hablar y agradables. Tal vez porque he reservado antes, así que en Austria el precio es muy barato, alrededor de 7.500 yen por noche, pero la habitación es extraordinariamente amplia y limpia, la presión de agua en el momento no tiene problemas y es muy cómoda. No tengo desayuno, pero hay un Billa Plus en la carretera, una estación de trenes con un ahorro, así que si compras pan y bebidas el día anterior, no hay problema. Bueno, incluso si no está satisfecho, lo más puede decirse, así que, teniendo en cuenta la conveniencia, creo que la repetición es muy alta.

Sehr gut: Frühstück ( sogar Kaffee halbwegs trinkbar, was unüblich ist in meisten Hotels ) / Rezeption Lage: eingeklemmt zwischen Bahn ( es fährt selten ein Zug und es gibt 3 scheiben Gläser ) und stark befahrener Straße, Anfahrt auch mit Straßenbahn Linie 4 möglich, diese fährt nicht ”dauernd”, d.h. ggfs. ein paar Minuten richtung jakumini gehen, dann gibts auch die 5er zur auswahl Messe ganz nah, ggü. auch Spar, McDonalds usw. Zimmer: Türen dämlich - die muss man superlaut zuwerfen, anders gehts nicht es gibt keine Badezimmertür - auch etwas unüblich - vermute Platzsparkonzept, empfehle Zimmer zur ruhigeren Bahnseite Wenn man öffentlich unterwegs ist -zu bestimmten Zeiten kann man sicher superflott zum Hauptbahnhof fahren, denk aber nur 1x stündlich

Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).

I recently stayed at [Hotel Name], and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The customer service was absolutely terrible—staff were rude, abrupt, and completely unhelpful when dealing with issues. Rather than resolving concerns professionally, they argued with guests, even when they were clearly in the wrong. Additionally, the hotel’s website is misleading. It states that parking is free, but upon arrival, I was charged €10 per night without any prior notice. The parking spaces are also far too small, making it difficult to park properly, especially if you arrive late at night. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. A hotel stay should be stress-free, but the lack of communication, poor service, and hidden fees made this an unpleasant experience.

Bonito hotel y excelente relación calidad-precio. Los hoteles interconectados de Ibis son excelentes y están muy estandarizados en todos los aspectos. La desventaja es que está un poco lejos de la estación de tren, pero relativamente cerca del casco antiguo.

Einfache und unkomplizierte Buchung. Sehr sauberes und relativ neues Hotel. Sehr kompetente, nette und zuvorkommende Angestellte. Frühstücksbuffet- einfach alles da was das Herz begehrt, das Auge erspäht und der Frühstücksmagen verlangt. Wirklich sehr weiterzuempfehlen. Wir werden bei anderen Österreichischen Städtetrips, bei der Buchung wieder harry´s home Hotels einplanen.
