Hoteles en Kuytun con aparcamiento

The location is off-central with restaurants downstairs, car is required to go to the more busy area. My room smells like a cigarette tray but the manager offered room change / fragrance spray immediately. My friend’s room faced towards the restaurant and the noise is disturbing at night even with windows closed. Service in general is meh, feels like a family-ran hotel to me.

New and clean hotel. Facilities are complete. Service is good. Breakfast is excellent, western and Chinese style. Lot of variety. Will stay again.

Overall good value for money in terms of location and service. Breakfast was good, especially for freshly brewed expresso. However, personal experience was not good: the shower head has a sharp edge and I had 2 scratches from it, fortunately after applying antiseptic no infection occurred. The staff was kind enough to offer room change and promised to make repairs.

The reception was on second floor. It was a building shared by 2 other hotels. The receptionists were very helpful. The room was nice and clean. Hot water with good pressure. Aircon was good. We stayed for 2 nights, they didn't make up the room on second day. We asked for fresh towels when we came back at night, they changed it immediately. Free washer.
