La ubicación es buena, pero hay mucha gente sin hogar cerca del hotel. La habitación era limpia y cómoda, el desayuno era realmente bueno. Lo malo es que no hay aparcamiento gratuito (ofrecen $59 valet estacionamiento que es super caro). Si tienes suerte encontrarás algunos lugares de estacionamiento gratuitos durante la noche cerca del hotel (es gratis de las 7:00 a las 8:00), así que recomendaría este hotel si viajas sin coche.

After entering our extremely small room, which I found out was called a standard queen I immediately noticed long hairs in the shower and on the bathroom floor, so obviously the bathroom wasn’t clean very well the baseboards, the floor, and just the overall appearance of the walls in the bathroom and in the room are just pretty beat up and well worn. The door knob on the outside of our hotel room was falling off and the TV did not work. When we came back to our room a few hours later the TV was indeed fixed. However, the brightness was on the lowest setting and I thought I could simply adjust it from the remote, however There was no settings that were accessible from the remote to alter the brightness of the picture so no tv that night as I didn’t want someone coming up to our hotel room at 10 PM. Just the overall feeling of the hotel room is very grungy. We were kept awake until midnight when I couldn’t take the noise coming from the neighbors and had to get up, get dressed, go pound on their door and ask them to keep it down. The noise and the slamming of doors all throughout the night is completely unbearable and there’s no chance of sleeping more than 1 to 2 hours at a time before being awakened by slamming doors or people talking so loudly in the hallways. The walls are paper, thin. The hotel lobby, where you can sit and have a drink or a meal is kept absolutely frigid. We just strongly believe for the price there are so many better options of a cleaner, quieter much better maintained hotel. It also appears that most of the servers at the Lobby bar or rooftop bar are so young and inexperienced  and ask the silliest questions and look so perplexed at the questions that they are asked that it lacks such professionalism. While none of them were rude, they were certainly inexperienced. This was our second time staying there thinking that a second visit would provide different results when in actuality the second visit was worse than the first. So that being said, I could not give this hotel a good review at all.

El hotel es un hotel hipster con un carácter único para acomodar la zona central, y mis niños adolescentes les gustaban la habitación y la tienda de café adyacente. Sin embargo, me sentí un poco pequeña, especialmente el baño y la habitación podría utilizar algunas actualizaciones como más instalaciones como toallas y almacenamiento para maletas. La habitación no estaba cerca de ser reformada recientemente, por lo que las fotos pueden ser un poco engañantes. También me peleé con el estacionamiento hallé muy estresante tratar de encontrar el estacionamiento, planeando pasar alrededor de $40 al día en estacionamiento un día si usted está conduciendo mucho. El estacionamiento nocturno que es aproximadamente 10-15 minutos a pie no está en el sitio y es sólo $20 por noche, pero no se siente seguro después de las 10:00 para caminar por el problema sin hogar en la zona. No creo que vuelva a este hotel. No me siento como si este fuera un hotel de 3 estrellas, le daría un 2.5 de 4 o 5 estrellas. El desayuno era un continente al mejor. Pasteles con jugo o café y fruta. A veces proporcionan yogur o harina de ovejas boxeada y leche de ovejas pero nada especial y llegar allí antes de las 9:00 o allí puede salir de los artículos. Nos decepcionamos mucho descubrir que no había elementos esenciales de la cocina, supongo que no estudiamos la impresión de buena para entender eso, pero honestamente .....no incluso una taza para obtener una copa de??? No hay hielo en el hotel, y no hay manera de hacer hielo en el congelador en la habitación? La cama de tiro no tenía camas ni cucharas. Había un rollo de papel higiénico para tres de nosotros por tres noches. NO TOWELS DE MÁNDA es ridículo!!! Cuando les pregunté sobre ellos, el agente dijo que debíamos usar nuestra ropa de lavandería. Las toallas de baño eran pequeñas y inadecuadas. Pero, por mucho ...., la peor cosa sobre este lugar era que no había agua caliente en el duche!! Se dejó claro que el helicóptero había sido ajustado deliberadamente para parar en posición recta, sin permitir que el helicóptero se girara a la izquierda hacia el lado del agua caliente. Después de que todos tuviéramos que soportar una ducha caliente, me pregunté en el escritorio y se nos dijo que tendríamos que salir de la habitación para que la repararan. Así que lo hicimos. La mañana siguiente? Aún más frío!!! Sólo eso, creo que justifica una devolución completa. OH.......y para arribarlo fuera ....a locura dama gritando profanidades estaba en el estacionamiento y el agente de escritorio resuelto el problema al ... traerla al hotel para estar con todos nosotros. ¿Cómo es esto correcto? ¿Cómo es esto cualquier manera de ejecutar un nuevo hotel de marca. ¿Cómo es este lugar digno de la marca Choice Hotel? No es. Espero que un representante me contacte por un crédito parcial. Los duches fríos no son lo que me pagué. Gracias.

.The hotel left a mixed impression. Despite the excellent reviews and not being the cheapest option, we were overall disappointed. Starting with the positives: A very convenient location in a pleasant, green, and quiet neighborhood not far from downtown. There are plenty of great cafés, small shops, restaurants, and wine bars nearby. Polite and friendly staff at the front desk. Interesting room design. Spacious parking available for hotel guests. Large rooms. Now the downsides: Thin walls and creaky floors made it very difficult to sleep. The soundproofing is basically nonexistent. The young couple staying in the next room was clearly enjoying their time together, which unfortunately meant a very uncomfortable experience for us. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was extremely noisy — not only did it hum loudly when running, but it also made constant knocking sounds. The breakfast was exceptionally poor. The only “hot” items seemed to be the coffee and a dishwasher, which, oddly enough, was placed right in the middle of the breakfast area. There were two small TVs in the room, both positioned very inconveniently for viewing, and neither had streaming services available. The housekeeping staff was intrusive — within a 20-minute period, they knocked on the door three times (and even tried to open it once), apparently trying to hurry us out, even though it was still before checkout time.

Pros: Spacious and clean rooms. Conveniently located just off the highway but far enough to avoid most traffic noise on 97.. The breakfast was enjoyable, featuring scrambled eggs, potatoes, and a self-make waffle station. Cons: Severe, disruptive room noise. Throughout the entire night, an intermittent, guttural, rattling wheeze—sounding exactly like a struggling car engine—kept us awake. What made this particularly frustrating was the lack of proactive management. I submitted a quiet-room request upon booking (which went unanswered) and reiterated it at check-in. Around midnight, unable to bear the noise, we asked for help and a friendly staff member kindly provided us with extra earplugs, but they weren't enough to block it out. When we reported the issue to a third staff member during checkout, she gave an emotionless response, said she would ”take a note,” and immediately walked away. The hotel was not at full occupancy; the upper floor was completely dark, and the parking lot was less than half full at both 10 PM (check-in) and 8 AM. We travel extensively—both globally and locally in places like Bend—and have never encountered this. Had the hotel simply given me a heads-up or accommodated my request, I could have brought my industrial-strength earplugs from home. A little communication at no extra cost goes a long way.
