Es un hotel muy exquisito. Después de registrarse, debe quitarse los zapatos para ingresar al ascensor y a la habitación. El hotel también proporciona pantuflas desechables y los camareros lo ayudarán a limpiar las ruedas del equipaje. La habitación tiene el tamaño típico japonés, pero es higiénica y tiene separación de ropa seca y húmeda. También puede sumergirse en las aguas termales directamente en la habitación. El desayuno es rico y el sashimi fresco. Después de bañarse en las aguas termales, se ofrece Yakult por la mañana, helado por la noche y también puedes comer un plato de fideos a partir de las 9:30 p.m., todo gratis. El transporte también es conveniente. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la estación de Toyama. También puede tomar el tranvía y bajarse en la estación de Otote. Enfrente se encuentran los grandes almacenes Daiwa, que también son convenientes para ir de compras. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Además, el hotel también ofrece un billete de tranvía gratuito, uno por día (uno de ida y vuelta). Un hotel de estilo japonés muy rentable.

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

Great service, clean rooms and location not that far from the station. Room seemed a bit bigger than other similar hotels. The first hotel I've stayed at the lower price range that has a TV with Netflix, YouTube and other apps.

This place is very convenient, 3m walk from the train station. There is a mall opposite and many other restaurants. The room is very clean. I would say bigger than those I had stayed around the same area. If I visit Toyama again, I will select this same place.

Very satisfied with my stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Toyama. The hotel was kind enough to allow a flexible and early check-in, which made a big difference after travelling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with everything I needed, especially in assisting my 72-year-old mum — their care and attentiveness really stood out. The location is only a stone’s throw away from Toyama Station, making it very convenient for getting around. The pyjamas were also surprisingly comfortable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I was very happy with the experience and will definitely stay here again if I visit Toyama in the future.

Toyoko Inn nunca me falló. La estación de tren está a 5 minutos a pie. La F&B está abajo y cerca hay muchos. La limpieza es buena para el hotel de 3 estrellas. Tenga una pequeña vista de la cara para ver los Alpes Tateyama. Con este precio también recibe el desayuno que vale la pena! El check-in n fuera es fácil, y hay gente que te ayuda. La habitación es muy espaciosa.

A la estación de tren, el desayuno buffet era sumptuoso (especialmente panqueque de camarones fritos) y no estaba abundante. Café gratuito y diferentes tipos de té disponibles en el salón. Información gratuita para tranvías.

Before trip, I think this hotel is located close to Toyama station but I walked from Toyama station to the hotel around 20 minutes (However, this was my own fault for not reading the hotel’s location information carefully). For this hotel, the facilities is very well and various such as public bath, electric body massage machine, vending machine. For the public bath, if you use it during the daytime, you’ll probably get a beautiful view of the Japan Alps surrounding the city. Unfortunately, I used it at night, when it was too dark to see the view.

Superb location, right beside the Toyama station and Toyota car rental as well. Perfect choice regardless of transportation mode you prefer. The hotel is new, clean and love the bedding (pillows and fluffy duvet). There are one time use toiletries available at the lobby, and a guest lounge with ice/water, microwave, tea and coffee (latte, black coffee and even cappuccino). Hotel is also connected to Maroot shopping mall which has a good directory of supermarket, pharmacy and shopping and dining options. Definitely a great stay and would love to revisit.

Sentimientos encontrados sobre esto... está a un paseo de la estación jr en el centro del distrito de luz roja, alojamiento barato, no es gran cosa... pero la primera habitación la señal WiFi era mala, el personal fue servicial y nos cambiaron a otra habitación, nuevamente más tarde el WiFi no se podía usar, seguramente el gerente lo sabe, estaba planeando quedarme noches adicionales pero no fue posible, a la mañana siguiente el gerente se disculpó y me reembolsó la tarifa de la habitación.
