Accidentally booked this hotel but found it very convenience, spacious room than what we expected and valuable money. However, i booked on semi double but front provided twin bed instead.

the hotel is new, convenient and clean, only that for first night our neighbor room was noisy with kids screaming, but then the staff was quite lost and dunno how to deal with the case when we complaint. we have to propose the solution to her and then to arrange another room for us, so we could enjoy the rest of our stay.

Es un hotel muy exquisito. Después de registrarse, debe quitarse los zapatos para ingresar al ascensor y a la habitación. El hotel también proporciona pantuflas desechables y los camareros lo ayudarán a limpiar las ruedas del equipaje. La habitación tiene el tamaño típico japonés, pero es higiénica y tiene separación de ropa seca y húmeda. También puede sumergirse en las aguas termales directamente en la habitación. El desayuno es rico y el sashimi fresco. Después de bañarse en las aguas termales, se ofrece Yakult por la mañana, helado por la noche y también puedes comer un plato de fideos a partir de las 9:30 p.m., todo gratis. El transporte también es conveniente. Está a unos 15 minutos a pie desde la estación de Toyama. También puede tomar el tranvía y bajarse en la estación de Otote. Enfrente se encuentran los grandes almacenes Daiwa, que también son convenientes para ir de compras. Muy buena relación calidad-precio. Además, el hotel también ofrece un billete de tranvía gratuito, uno por día (uno de ida y vuelta). Un hotel de estilo japonés muy rentable.

El hotel es relativamente nuevo, con aparcamiento en el lugar, y se encuentra en los pocos pisos superiores de un edificio de negocios. No hay recepción en el piso del hotel sólo un teléfono y la entrada es difícil de encontrar si está conduciendo y está en la parte de atrás del edificio. La ventana muestra el sistema ferroviario principal de Nagoya, ya que la estación JR Nagoya está justo en el próximo punto y está visible desde la ventana. El personal del hotel es útil, pero su inglés es mínimo, pero sin duda son amables y cordiales. El hotel está bien situado, pero no se puede hacer nada. El hotel no dispone de ninguna otra instalación, como piscina, horno o lavadoras, y hay una gran martillo familiar en el piso y unos pocos restaurantes en el complejo, pero siempre estamos fuera durante el día y no teníamos opción para disfrutarlos. El desayuno del hotel es delicioso y las opciones son amplias. En general, recomendaría este hotel si desea un poco de tranquilidad y tranquilidad cuando viaja y puede que tenga que caminar más o tomar 1 parada en el Metro para volver al hotel. Este hotel es excelente, pero creo que es más adecuado para adultos.

Pros: 1. Room and toilet is clean. Bed and pillows are so comfortable. Room is quite big and can fully open 2 medium luggages. Amenities is also provided but require to take from the lobby which I feel is good. There are also Nespresso machine with capsule provided in the room. 2. Located 5 mins walk from Toyama Station. If require to rent car, Toyota Car Renting is located directly opposite of the hotel. Tram, shinkansen, JR train and Dentetsu train are convenient to take. 3. As is nearby the main station, has lots of restaurants/eateries, convenience mart and mall surrounding. However, do note that most of the shops close as early as 8pm nearby. 4. Soundproof was actually good to my surprise despite located along the road. 5. I had opted to walked to Kansui Park which is actually approx. 10 mins depending on your walking speed. The view and scenery overseeing the alps was so good. 6. It was raining during our stay, we were able to borrow umbrella and shoes dryer. Cons: 1. Nearby shop closes too early. Not sure if is because of off peak season. 2. Hardly any cons I could think of. Overall, I recommend this hotel. Great location, service, easily to get food and accessible to transport. Not sure if is off peak season but it was definitely lesser crowd and traffic during my stay at the end of November. It is definitely great time to visit this time if wanted a relaxing trip.

Everything is good. I love the Dormy Inn Hotel. Just a staff of the Dormy Inn Kanazawa branch seems a bit more professional and the location for this branch is more far. But all standards is good quality. Free hot springs, hot soba, soft drinks, ice-cream and manga books service. Really recommend!

Honestly, I don't know where to start. I'm completely touched by my experience at this hotel. First, the rooms are clean, big, surrounded by nature, greenery, and a beautiful lake that you can observe for a perfect morning scenery. Secondly, the facilities are top notch! Everything is clean! All facilities are provided to you with great quality; clean floors, perfect white clean towels, the hot spring water is clean, the pools are clean, the shampoo and body wash liquids smell amazing! (Like the baby colon your mother would give you as a child with the blue rounded top!) AMAZING! However, I had a very special interaction with one of the staff who deserves a medal for being so responsible and ensuring that her guest was in good hands. Unfortunately, I got sick one morning while I was checking out. I was having an anxiety / panic attack that made me really disoriented. I didn't feel safe driving afterwards and I requested for the ambulance to be called. The kind and beautiful lady at the front desk handled all my paperwork, and ensured clear communication between doctors and nurses. After getting a physical check at the hospital for 2 hours, the results came back fine. There was no problem at all, however, the lady from the hotel staff was still there to see me out and ensure that I was safe and ok to drive. She was amazing! Thank you a million times for providing a fantastic place to stay, but also for taking great care of me! ( I don't have any pictures of the hotel because pictures aren't allowed to be taken within the hot springs, but trust me when I say, everything looks just as it is in the pictures. ) I hope you enjoy it as much as I did.

The hotel is situated at the very convenient location just next to the Toyama JR Station and there’re a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed very much of our stay in this hotel with the professional services and hospitality from the very friendly and helpful staff.

Amazing location just next to the Toyama main station, easily accessible and it is located inside a shopping mall, very convenient for shopping! Amenities were free flow and facilities were all very well maintained. Rooms are spacious with great view of the city.
