Exceptional Onsen Experience and Delicious Breakfast My recent stay at this hotel in Japan was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and attended to every detail with genuine hospitality. The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the exquisite onsen bath house. Nestled amidst serene surroundings, the onsen offered the perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The facilities were immaculately clean, the water temperature was just right, and the tranquil atmosphere allowed me to truly unwind after a day of exploring. Each morning began with their amazing breakfast spread, featuring a wonderful selection of both Western and Japanese dishes. The quality and freshness of the ingredients were outstanding, and the presentation was as beautiful as the flavours were delicious. From freshly brewed coffee to traditional miso soup, every meal was a delightful start to the day. The rooms were spacious, elegantly decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was impressive, making my experience truly memorable. I wholeheartedly give this hotel a five-star rating and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Japan. Close to jr station but won’t choose it next time. Stayed there for two nights as no choice of hotels due to the balloon event. the twin room is so small and hygiene was not that good, we saw a cockroach in the lobby, probably due to the restaurant next to it.

The double room was ok. The dorm room not so. Double rooms were sold out so we had to book the dorm. There isnt much ventilation in the dorm room, and its set to 25 deg heater, really very warm. Even 26/27 deg air conditioning wouldve still been better. Quite uncomfortable with the heater.

¡La sala tiene una variedad de instrumentos antiguos, puede disfrutar de Nespresso 㗎 morfina. No hay muchos huéspedes y habitaciones, puede disfrutar de una caliente. El desayuno tiene pan y salsa, aunque no ofrece cena, muchas opciones cercanas.

這裏的服務人員都非常熱情，到達酒店時有人在門口專門迎接，也會主動幫忙拿行李然後送到房間。這次帶孩子出行，所以選了最貴的白金套房，房間面積很大，有一個室內泡池，室外還有兩個類似大缸的東西可以泡湯，對於愛玩水的小孩真的是太爽了。酒店還有公共泡池可以選擇，一共兩個，每天都會互換，可以分別體驗。餐食衹能説因人而異吧，可能我飯量比較大，總感覺吃不飽，品質打個80分吧，比一般的酒店餐食品質要高一些。酒店還提供免費接送服務，如有需要到時可以提前預約。送我們去車站時，工作人員一直會目送我們進站，然後還在一直鞠躬，很完美的日式服務。

非常非常的推薦有預算的都選擇這個酒店！ 房間窗户可以直接看到護城河～距離景點（熱氣球、神社）都非常的近！ 交通：佐賀車站直接坐昭和巴士（唐澤方向）可以到酒店 或者最方便直接打車。 服務：最後一定要誇一下酒店前台的服務人員！真的幫大忙了！由於九州地區暴雨被滯留在了佐賀出不去，然後行動不方便，想把行李直接快遞到福岡酒店。 前台有一位戴眼鏡的女士，特別好的協助我填寫宅急便訊息！雖然最後快遞公司因為大雨的原因，可能無法在我離店之前將快遞寄到我下一個酒店放棄了，但是酒店服務人員還是大大的協助了我！ 餐飲：夏天太熱了，就在酒店一樓的咖啡廳坐下來邊喝咖啡邊看風景吧，也是非常不錯的一種休閑選擇。（年輪蛋糕很好吃）
