El hotel está muy cerca del parque Odori. Puedes pasear a tus hijos por la mañana. Hay un festival de la cerveza por la noche en el que puedes participar. Los chicos que conocí en la recepción cuando me registré fueron muy amables. Las chicas que conocí más tarde estaban relativamente calladas y no sabían cómo saludar. Además, se cuidaban el cabello. Quizás sea mejor que lo traigas tú sola. La habitación es bastante grande y no hay problema para abrir. una maleta de 28 pulgadas👍También está muy cerca de Li Xiaolu y puedes ir de compras. En general, no está mal.

La habitación está limpia e higiénica. El piso sur es más bajo pero muy tranquilo. Puede establecer el período de tiempo para limpiar la habitación todos los días. El transporte se encuentra a cierta distancia de la estación de metro y de la estación de Sapporo. Al lado hay una calle subterránea con varias instalaciones comerciales, lo cual es muy conveniente. El desayuno era muy bueno.

The hotel was exactly as described and the location is very good, close to Susukino. There are also many restaurants and convenience stores nearby, which makes it very convenient.
One highlight is that there is a parfait shop right across the hotel (on the 1st floor ) and a tonkatsu restaurant (ground floor).Both were very delicious — we liked them so much that we went back for two days in a row.
The hotel staff were very friendly and always greeted us whenever we passed by. The front desk also provides various daily necessities that guests can take for free. There is a water dispenser available as well, including hot and cold water, coffee, and tea.
We stayed for 5 nights. The room was cleaned once every three days, and fresh towels were provided daily. The room and bathroom were also quite spacious, so the stay was comfortable overall.

Está muy cerca de la estación Susukino, por lo que puedes ir y venir varias veces al día y el personal es muy amable. Había tapones para los oídos gratuitos, por lo que era fácil conciliar el sueño. Era una habitación solo para mujeres y era muy cómoda ya que estaba provista de hisopos de algodón, almohadillas de algodón, cintas para el cabello y un espejo.

¡Mala experiencia! Es raro encontrar un hotel con mal aislamiento acústico en Japón, y este fue el que encontré.
El sonido en el pasillo es nítido, y el de la carretera al otro lado del cristal también. He estado en Japón muchísimas veces, y casi no hay hoteles con tan mal aislamiento acústico.
La ubicación está bien: salga por la salida norte de la estación de Sapporo y camine 300 metros hasta la tienda Family Mart.
Salvo la ubicación, todo lo demás no es satisfactorio.

Ubicado a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de Sapporo, con dos tiendas de conveniencia a poca distancia.
Como todos los JR Inns, hay una variedad de almohadas disponibles en el vestíbulo.

Al principio, disfrutamos de una maravillosa estancia de una noche, que se convirtió en dos debido a un cambio de itinerario. El hotel es privado y tranquilo. Perfecto para relajarse con la esteticista del hotel y con acceso directo a los baños. Aunque no hay pesas, el equipo del gimnasio es nuevo y está bien mantenido, con suficiente para ejercitar la mayoría de los grupos musculares. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y lujosas. El desayuno era abundante. Me alojaría de nuevo si necesito alojarme cerca del aeropuerto de Chitose una o dos noches.

Good location. Walking distance to pretty much all famous known locations in Sapporo. The room was clean and the bathroom was bigger than most hotels in Japan. I initially chose this hotel thinking it provided free parking but I had to pay about 2000 yen for one day parking which was from 14:00 hrs to 11:00 hrs. Had to pay a bit extra for the few hours outside those hours. Overall, it was affordable and recommend staying here.

The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather.
Check-in
ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process.

Confusion
Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English.
Breakfast
Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future.
Luggage Handling and Car Access
One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather.
Scenery
Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property.
We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

AAhmad MostafaAfter spending six days in MGallery Hotel Sapporo, I can safely say this is not an ordinary hotel. Reception at 5 pm was professional, efficient and friendly. I didn’t have to wait. Well done. Takako and Cindy provided a warm, informative and professional service.

My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

LLern ChongWe faced major comfort problems unique to this establishment. Having stayed in six different hotels during our trip, this was the only one that presented these issues.
The primary problem was the temperature control. Despite setting the room to a cool 18^{\circ}\text{C}, the room remained stiflingly hot. Staff explained that the system was set to heat for the winter, leaving guests without adequate cooling control. We were forced to request a standing fan just to achieve a bearable sleeping environment.
Furthermore, we both experienced significant itchiness while sleeping on the bed. This is unacceptable and suggests a concerning issue with the bedding or mattress hygiene

Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

El servicio de comida y bebidas fue caliente y atento, mejorando la experiencia de comer en general. Además, el departamento de mantenimiento de la casa ha hecho un trabajo fantástico para mantener nuestra habitación limpia y acondicionada.
Es evidente que el equipo y el software (el personal) del Park Hyatt Niseko Hanazono están perfectamente alineados.

UUsuario invitadoAl registrarme en la recepción del hotel, conocí a un chico que hablaba chino, lo que hizo que la comunicación fuera más fluida. Sacó el folleto del hotel y el autobús turístico gratuito del hotel y, con paciencia y detalle, presentó las distintas instalaciones del hotel, los lugares de interés y las rutas y métodos de viaje del autobús turístico gratuito. El hotel es muy nuevo. Cerca del vestíbulo hay consigna de equipaje de autoservicio. La habitación está muy limpia (tenga cuidado de cambiarse los zapatos en la entrada antes de pisar la alfombra del interior). La pared de la base del segundo piso está pintada de forma bonita y presenta comidas y atracciones cercanas. El jabón de manos de la habitación huele un poco a ciprés de LELABO, y las manos huelen bien después de lavarlas.
Servicio: Vale la pena mencionar que la recepción del hotel ayudó a llamar y hacer reservas en restaurantes, ¡lo cual fue realmente genial!

UUsuario invitadoI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
