Una habitación acogedora con un ambiente acogedor, aire acondicionado fiable y amplio espacio para colgar abrigos y chaquetas. La cama era muy cómoda, sin la distracción de un innecesario cubrecama decorativo. El desayuno fue excelente y la ubicación muy conveniente. El personal de recepción fue amable y servicial.
Sería útil añadir señalización adicional para pedir a los huéspedes que eviten hablar por teléfono en voz alta en el pasillo, especialmente alrededor de la medianoche, ya que no todos son considerados ni conscientes de los niveles de ruido.

Transporte conveniente, cerca de la estación de metro. Hay muchas tiendas y restaurantes en la planta baja del hotel, y está cerca de la calle Tanukikoji y del mercado Erjo. Las tiendas y restaurantes también son muy convenientes. El hotel no proporciona servicio de limpieza, el cual sólo se proporciona si la estancia es de más de 4 noches consecutivas.

El hotel está muy cerca de la estación de tren, que está justo a lo largo de la calle. Si no hay nieve, es muy fácil llegar allí, literalmente sólo cruzando una luz de tráfico. Sin embargo, en condiciones de nieve, incluso cruzando la luz de tráfico se vuelve amargo. Si tuviera otra opción, tomaría el JR Hotel justo en la estación para no tener que arrastrar mis bolsillos en la nieve.
En el lado positivo, nuestra habitación tenía una gran vista a la estación, tenía todas las instalaciones básicas y estaba limpia. No es el lugar más cómodo para quedarse debido a la pobre insularidad sonora. Las habitaciones laterales son todavía lo suficientemente ruidosas para molestar su sueño personalmente tuvo que quejarse 2–3 veces sobre los vecinos que hacen ruido a las 11:00. No estoy seguro de cómo asignan habitaciones, pero parece que los extranjeros pueden estar juntos, y algunos huéspedes pueden ser extremadamente ruidosos.
En general, usted puede querer pesar los pros y cons antes de decidir si permanecer aquí.

Stayed here for 3 nights and overall had a really positive experience.
The location is super convenient, about a 5-minute walk to both the train station and MTR, which made getting around effortless. There are plenty of convenience stores right nearby.
The hotel has a nice quiet vibe, which was perfect after busy days out exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay.
The room itself was a standout, surprisingly big and spacious by Japanese standards. It was spotlessly clean and tidy, and there was still plenty of floor space even after we opened two large suitcases (something that’s almost impossible in most other compact hotels in Japan).
The only downside was the bedding. The duvet (?) was way too thick and heavy for my liking. It made the bed feel quite hot at night, and I ended up sweating a lot despite the AC.
Otherwise, this place was near perfect. Would definitely recommend it to others, especially if you’re okay with cranking the AC lower. Solid choice!

The hotel was really clean and in a great location!! Most of the attractions are within walking distance, except Goryokaku Tower, which also can easily reach by bus~ It’s also super close to the bus station, so getting around was very convenient. And the breakfast was really good!!! Me and my mom like it✌🏻💙💙💙

We stayed here from January 22 to 29, and I can say for certain that this is an amazing hotel for couples like us (or even solo travelers!) Their rooms are spacious enough to open a check-in luggage, with great ventilation and heating. They have a toiletry rack in the ground floor to help yourself to daily essentials, and have a convenience foreign currncy exchange machine. On the second floor, they provide a spacious vending and laundry machines for thise to pack lightly.
The location is so close to Nakajimakoen Station. During heavy snowfall, you can cut through Sapporo Park Hotel to the station to avoid slippery ice on roads. The nearby station is one of the prettiest sights in winter and is definitely a must-see. There's a Family Mart, Lawson, 7-eleven, and Seicomart just a few blocks away, so you needn't worry about food as well.

Affordable hotel. Conveneint location. The nearby tram connects you to many places of interest around the city. You can take the airport transfer bus to this hotel with affordable fares to New Chitose Airport (13,000 yen). Reasonably good breakfast and very simple noodle supper provided for guests. Overall, the hotel offers great value for its price. Approx 1km walk to fish market and Hakodate JR station.

SUCH AN AMAZING HOTEL!! Coming from an airbnb in tokyo to here is an absolute 180 degrees change. We just book the standard twin room but it is quite spacious and very clean!! And the toilet is very spacious using the bathtub is alsoo veryy nice!! The staff is very very nice and when they notice from my passport that it is my birthday they kindly offer to decorate my room. Above all the hotel is just RIGHT BESIDE the station so it is very convenient. PLUS POINT that the hotel is absolutely GORGEOUS in the winter per my pic below. All in all WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again!

The location of Auberge Ninguruforet is a bit remote and far from the main town center of Biei. There are no nearby convenience stores like Lawson or Family Mart, so guests need to plan ahead for their meals and supplies. This can be inconvenient, especially for larger groups with elderly or young children who may have difficulty walking long distances in the cold winter weather.
Check-in
ProcessTo improve the check-in experience, it would be helpful if the hotel could request guests to provide their passport details in advance. This would allow for a smoother and faster check-in, without the need for guests to go back and forth to their cars in the freezing temperatures just to take photos for the registration process.

Confusion
Even though the hotel had implemented the CCTV audio system to provide clear instructions, the language barrier appears to have caused some confusion for me during the check-out. This can be a common challenge, especially in more remote locations where the staff may not be as fluent in English.
Breakfast
Since our group requires halal food, it's understandable that we did not include the breakfast option in our package. The hotel could consider offering more diverse breakfast options to cater to different dietary needs in the future.
Luggage Handling and Car Access
One of the key issues we faced was the need to transport our luggage from the parking area to the unit using carts, rather than being able to drive our car closer to the entrance. This was especially challenging given the freezing -10°C temperatures at night .To improve this, it would be greatly appreciated if the hotel could allow guests to drive our cars closer to the entrance, even if just temporarily, to drop off the luggage. This would avoid the need for guests, especially those traveling with elderly or young children, to struggle with pushing heavy carts through the frigid weather.
Scenery
Despite the challenges, the stunning winter scenery at Auberge Ninguruforet seems to have made up for it. The -8°C temperature that morning must have created a true winter wonderland, with the beautiful snow-covered landscapes and crisp, clear skies. This picturesque setting is surely a highlight of your stay.Overall, with some improvements to the location accessibility, check-in/out procedures, and guest services, Auberge Ninguruforet could provide an even more enjoyable experience, especially for larger groups traveling with families. The breathtaking winter scenery, however, remains a major draw for this property.
We will surely come again to Auberge Ninguruforet, this time leaving our larger luggage in the car and only carrying the essentials we need for our stay in our backpacks. This will allow us to avoid the hassle of transporting heavy bags through the frigid weather, and instead focus on enjoying the stunning winter scenery.By packing light and only bringing what we need for the duration of our visit, we can easily move between our car and the hotel entrance without the struggle of pushing carts through the snow. This will make the check-in and check-out process much smoother, especially for our group with elderly and young family members.Despite the minor inconveniences we experienced previously, the breathtaking winter wonderland at Auberge Ninguruforet remains a major draw for us. We look forward to returning, better prepared to handle the cold temperatures, and immersing ourselves in the serene, picturesque setting that this property offers. With a few adjustments to our packing and luggage management, we are confident our next stay will be an even more enjoyable and memorable experience.

UUsuario invitadoI recently stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Sapporo and had a wonderful experience. The hotel feels brand new, with a modern and elegant design throughout. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and thoughtfully laid out, with very comfortable bedding and great amenities.
The location is convenient, close to Susukino and within easy reach of key attractions, yet the area feels calm and relaxed. The staff were attentive, professional, and always ready to help. Breakfast offered a good variety of both Japanese and Western options, and everything was fresh and well presented.
Overall, it’s a stylish and comfortable choice in Sapporo, perfect for both leisure and business stays. I would definitely return on my next visit.

My room was as requested, 524. I booked a king room and it met my expectations. The design is lovely. The bathroom is not huge, but is well appointed with a bath and a separate shower. The room is very quiet and I had a very pleasant sleeping experience.
The hotel and my room are in excellent condition, with a high standard of decor and presentation. Clearly recently renovated. The design is first class. It combines a beautiful Japanese style, with classical and traditional designs. The result is very pleasant - Chic!
WiFi worked well. The room airconditioning was a little too hot for me, so I turned it off, and that was fine for me. The two guest’s lifts are fast and worked well over the six floors.
House keeping is also of a high standard as you would expect from a high end Accor hotel. This is especially so in Japan where service is an art form.
I had access to the executive lounge. It was a good experience. It provides a comfortable and cosy atmosphere, and the food quality is nice. The chefs are friendly and caring, thank you James. The lounge staff are first class. Thank you very much to Yokiku, Kaumini and chief Minoru for your attentive and excellent service. I appreciated your kind service.
The only negative I am sorry to say is the occasional noisy foreigners who don’t appreciate the quiet, polite, refined and subtle Japanese culture.
The location is convenient, and is about 15 minutes easy walk from the main Shinkansen station. Being in a built up area there aren’t any views of parks etc, but rather the city landscape. The hotel is 5-10 minutes walk to a variety of wonderful shopping areas.
Additionally, there are major shopping malls in the Shinkansen station area. Nearby, you can find many restaurants that should suit most people’s cuisine, budget and type of food.
Taxies are available at the hotel entrance. Buses and subway stations are nearby and provide access to various parts of the city. There are several attractions within 30-60 minutes of the hotel such as temples, museums and regional attractions. Ms Takako provided excellent suggestions.
To be fair, I read the Hotel’s web reviews. I noticed that the negative comments were from years ago, before the hotel became an Accor hotel two years ago. I noticed most of the more recent reviews are positive.
A special thank you to all the other warm staff for their excellent and polite hospitality. Having experienced hotels in every continent, this one stands out. The service and attention to detail is in a class of its own. Clearly, this is a special Hotel - undoubtedly, due to the hotel’s leadership.
Finally, a heartfelt thank you to the General Manager, Mr Ted Kitahara, and his management team. Mr Ted introduced himself to me by chance. He made me feel very welcome, and was most kind to enlighten me about the hotel’s design and its interesting history. I hope to meet the Japanese architect one day!
Overall, an extremely pleasant and first-class experience. I look forward to visiting again.

LLern ChongWe faced major comfort problems unique to this establishment. Having stayed in six different hotels during our trip, this was the only one that presented these issues.
The primary problem was the temperature control. Despite setting the room to a cool 18^{\circ}\text{C}, the room remained stiflingly hot. Staff explained that the system was set to heat for the winter, leaving guests without adequate cooling control. We were forced to request a standing fan just to achieve a bearable sleeping environment.
Furthermore, we both experienced significant itchiness while sleeping on the bed. This is unacceptable and suggests a concerning issue with the bedding or mattress hygiene

Rrosie_qiqiRoom is spacious with a private garden & outdoors onsen.
Welcome puddings were very yummy and yet the buffet in there was very insipid. Frankly speaking, the only two good foods there are sashimi and rice, what a shame.
Others: Very close to the lake, 1-2 minutes walk; a large and cozy lobby with good jazz music from an antique JBL sound system; live music performance every night; lots of books; fireplace and roasted marshmallows; lovely shop on the 3rd floor (prized reasonably). All is well except the buffet. Did not try the Japanese one (needs to book and pay a lot) hence a bit regretted.

MMikamommaWe think this is the best hotel in this area for ski in ski out, hotel is big with many restaurants.
We had good service from May at the China Kitchen.
Check in was so so as they told us no late check out whatever the level of our Hyatt membership, we stayed at the residence side with an Onsen in the room. Great views of the ski.
Our friends stayed at the hotel side and they got late check out.
But all in all great for us since our little girl likes this hotel for the multi food experience and the playground plus the wonderful ski lessons by Daisuke, we will be back again

YYizhouEs un hotel muy nuevo. Las habitaciones son de colores brillantes. Lo más destacado del hotel es que el baño público cuenta con aguas termales naturales, tanto interiores como exteriores, lo que puede brindar a los huéspedes una experiencia diferente. La zona de descanso fuera del baño es amplia y cómoda, pudiendo incluso comprar cosas por cuenta propia. A la mañana siguiente fuimos al mercado de mariscos y volvimos después de las once, por lo que no recibimos la llamada recordatoria de recepción y llegamos más de media hora tarde para el check-out. La chica taiwanesa de recepción habló por teléfono con el supervisor y finalmente no nos cobró dinero extra, lo cual fue toda una suerte.

UUsuario invitadoI absolutely love Hanabishi Hotel — I had the best 2-night stay here. The hotel is quiet with no large tour groups, and I really enjoyed the traditional feel and relaxing vibes. I tried all of their room types, and my favorite is the futon room with a private onsen. The futon is very comfortable, and the room itself is incredibly spacious.
The staff are friendly and helpful, even assisting me with arranging taxi service. The location is convenient, only about a 10-minute drive from Hakodate Airport. I also loved both the breakfast buffet and the dinner set — they truly pampered me like I was the queen of the world.
The public onsen is beautiful and huge. I will forever choose to stay here whenever I’m in the area.
