In front of the central entrance to the hotel there is an old fountain, which is therefore turned on in the evening, as a result, even on the 4th floor you cannot enjoy the view from the balcony during a pleasant conversation - the fountain is so noisy that you can hear it even in headphones - my sympathy for the guests of the 2nd and 3rd floors. The pool is small and shallow, the umbrellas by the pool almost do not create shade, and the sun loungers are always occupied by towels and books thrown on them - this clearly demonstrates the poor work of the staff - in any decent place it is the staff that fights this in order to avoid conflicts. The staff at the reception is demonstratively reserved, the feeling is that you are at an official's reception, but not in your hotel. But the biggest disappointment is their beach. Firstly, it was not stated anywhere that it was paid for guests, but ok, they call it a beach club, and such establishments are usually worth their money, but not in this case - here for money you get an old sunbed with an umbrella and a paid shower, it seems there is no toilet at all. The umbrella is very small and almost does not provide shade. They have a system for guests - but it constantly hangs, at the reception there is an old cheap computer, which costs less than 1 day of their services. We tried to order food and drinks through their system, the first time it is difficult to do, you can change the goods in the basket only by going to the reception, which was what I had to do, after which I sent the order there, 19 minutes later they told me that the kitchen was closed, it was noon!!! The beach itself is more like a lake beach: black sand gets dirty easily, plus the pebbles are unpleasant for your feet, and it gets so hot that you can't go to the water without shoes, even the neighboring clubs have solved this problem and made decks, the Panorama Club doesn't care about guests, but you can smoke here, which is what mothers with babies do, not really reacting to comments. It is stated that the beach club is open until 8 p.m., but yesterday, July 17, a certain Vincenzo, in a red lifeguard T-shirt and cheap glasses, announced to the entire beach that the beach was closing at 6:15 p.m., explaining that he was tired of working. 숙소 위치 정말 최고입니다!! 👍🏻👍🏻 해변 바로 앞에 위치해 있고, 숙소 바로 앞에는 music bar도 있어서 공짜로 좋은 음악까지 들을 수 있어요. 포지타노에 이보다 좋은 위치의 숙소가 있을까 싶은 정도입니다. 에어컨, 냉장도 모두 구비되어있어요. 체크인 할때 숙소 입구찾기가 조금 힘드실 수 있는데, 노란색 큰 건물이 숙소이고, 숙소를 바라보고 왼쪽에 있는 레스토랑과 숙소 사이에 입구가 있습니다. 그 철로 된 문으로 들어가시면 나오는 곳이 숙소입니다! 호스트는 rossa 라는 할머니이신데, 영어를 엄청 잘하시진 못하지만 최대한 친절하고 쉽게 설명해주시려고 노력해요. 체크아웃날 porter 서비스 이용하고 싶다고 하니까 예약도 다 해주셨어요. 후기 안좋은 내용이 많아서 걱정했는데, 정말 좋았습니다. 너무 아름답고 좋은 최고의 숙소였어요. 저희는 방도 업그레이드 해주셨습니다. 다들 숙소 예약하세요 :) 친절했던 rossa가 보고싶네요. Reservamos sintiéndonos un poco nerviosos mientras leíamos las diversas críticas, pero también dudamos con poca experiencia en una casa de huéspedes B&B. Parecían haber muy pocas opciones en Nápoles (distrito de Chiaia), una zona privilegiada y más segura; tener una suite con cocina americana y un precio muy razonable. Nos recibieron calurosamente en nuestra suite estudio, espaciosa, bien organizada y con mucha atención en la ubicación del diseño de accesorios y muebles; asientos para tomar el desayuno, escritorio de trabajo o relaj**** en el sofá. Habitación muy iluminada con grandes ventanas insonorizadas que se pueden abrir o opción de utilizar el sistema de aire acondicionado. Las vistas de los apartamentos residenciales cercanos realmente nos ayudaron a sentirnos como en casa (aunque no pudimos disfrutar de la vista al mar de Nápoles) La cama, el colchón, la ropa de cama y las almohadas estaban bien (para aquellos que requieren acabados más finos y específicos no deberían ir a una casa de huéspedes) El baño era práctico y tenía todo lo que uno necesitaba, con ducha de mano y ducha de lluvia instaladas. La cocina americana tenía vitrocerámica, cafetera, hervidor, nevera y utensilios. De nuevo suficiente para una estancia de 4 noches. En cualquier caso, un horno o una tostadora hubieran sido buenos para calentar el pan. Lo más destacado que vale la pena mencionar, como lo hacen la mayoría de las reseñas, es Massimo, quien nos ayudó con recomendaciones, nos guió con un mapa local, reservó una excursión de un día a Pompeya, nuestro taxi y mucho más. Honestamente, aquellos de nosotros que hemos tenido la suerte de hospedarnos en hoteles de 5 estrellas sabremos que no siempre se obtiene este tipo de hospitalidad discreta, profesional y confiable que Massimo nos ha mostrado. Si no le importa aloj**** en una casa de huéspedes, lo cual puede parecer desalentador, o si la entrada del edificio puede estar un poco alejada de la calle lateral, pero después de leer esta reseña le asegurará que los guardias de seguridad las 24 horas y las instalaciones cerradas lo lograron. Siéntete como en casa lejos de casa. gracias masimo y equipo por mantener nuestra habitación súper limpia, todos los días cuando realmente no esperábamos el servicio. Asimismo agradecimos los pequeños detalles de recibir impermeables desechables en caso de fuertes lluvias en nuestro recorrido.

Las instalaciones son nuevas y están muy bien mantenidas. Está a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren. Todo el entorno es realmente bueno. Sin embargo, el problema grave es la actitud del personal. Especialmente el empleado que aparece en la foto, no tiene una actitud de servicio básica y actúa como si fuera el dueño del hotel. Cuando fui a la habitación que me asignaron inicialmente, encontré a otro huésped. Volví y le pedí que me cambiara de habitación porque parecía que se había equivocado. Se enojó y me dijo que subiéramos juntos. Sin disculparse, me dijo que usara otra cama que estaba vacía. Pero el problema era que esa cama que parecía vacía mostraba signos de haber sido usada y no estaba limpia. Le pedí que limpiara la cama o que me asignara otro lugar. Se enojó conmigo y me dijo: 'Solo úsala', mientras tiraba la llave a la cama y se marchaba. Llevo casi un año viajando por el mundo y el comportamiento de este empleado es sorprendente y muy frustrante. Si el gerente ve esto, creo que se necesita capacitación o acción con respecto al comportamiento de su personal cuando nadie los está mirando. Este es el único inconveniente de este hotel.

Me encantó hospedarme allí. La gente del hostel es increíble, en especial Maritza una argentina súper linda. La habitación muy limpia y el desayuno muy bien. Se puede cocinar por si no hay mucho presupuesto para comer afuera. El sábado hicieron un compartir para conocer a la gente de hostel…una super increíble iniciativa. La ubicación del hostel es estratégica, está cerca a todos los lugares necesarios para moverte en la ciudad (centro histórico, estación de tren, de bus, de metro). Si regreso a Nápoles definitivamente me volvería a hospedar allí.

Tuvimos una experiencia terrible con este hotel. Después de confirmar la reserva y llegar a la zona, el propietario desapareció durante horas, no respondió a los mensajes de texto ni a las llamadas telefónicas y no dejó a nadie en la propiedad para registrarnos. Tuvimos que rogarle a los lugareños que nos ayudaran a conseguir el número de teléfono del propietario. Además, cuando hicimos el registro, tuvimos que tratar con personas que no hablaban inglés (¿cómo se alquilan propiedades a nivel internacional sin poder comunicarse?) y también exigieron el pago de impuestos en efectivo a pesar de que no tenían cambio, por lo que terminamos pagando más de lo necesario. La propiedad en sí es muy bonita y limpia, pero recomiendo mantenerse alejado.
