The location is great because the hotel located in city centre. The room was comfortable and the toilet and shower area was clean. The reception staff was lovely and welcoming. There is a functioning lift but I was staying on the first floor so I mainly use the stairs. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here and will surely coming back whenever I come to Leeds.

Lovely overnight stay at Queens for a concert in the city. Location is ideal (attached to the train station). Excellent, friendly staff. Did online check in before arrival which made it quick and simple to collect key card from the reception. The room was spacious and clean with everything you’d need. Limited noise from outside even though the hotel is slap bang in the city centre. Would stay again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights for valentines. We very much enjoyed our stay overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel and rooms were very clean and had all the amenities we needed. When leaving we were able to leave our luggage for just £1 a suitcase which was very convenient. For the price I thought the food was good quality, however if you are looking for more of a cooked breakfast this isn’t the place. The location was very accessible and we were able to walk to everywhere easily. However it did get very noisy from about 5 in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel… I was only using this hotel as I was staying over in Leeds due to work commitments and was looking for somewhere to put my head down for a night and this hotel was very good for what I needed and was definately use this hotel again if and when I need to in the future… Room was clean and bed was comfortable and the room had everything in it I needed to…

Buen hotel en Leeds. Un poco más lento servicio que la mayoría de los hoteles IHG pero muy amigable. Linda habitación, alguna atención a los detalles faltan en la limpieza. Pero en general bueno hotel y sería de nuevo

La ubicación está justo al lado de la estación de Leeds, pero para llegar más rápido (en dos o tres minutos), hay que tomar un ascensor desde el andén hasta el segundo piso, salir por los torniquetes de esa planta y luego bajar en otro ascensor. Si se opta por la salida principal a nivel de andén, el rodeo es considerable. La habitación estaba muy limpia, las instalaciones eran excelentes y muy completas. El desayuno era muy completo y de muy buena calidad.

¡Sería absolutamente recomendable! Tenía una ventana de trabajo, aunque era un poco ruido cuando se abrió pero grande para conseguir un poco de aire en La habitación estaba muy bien, la cama estaba muy cómoda, la luz no era demasiado dura, mi habitación tenía bolas amarillas en lugar de blanco y usted podría tener una luz de lectura si fuera necesario.

Excelente estadía con personal amable Mi esposa y yo nos hospedamos en el Leonardo Hotel en Bradford durante dos noches y, en general, tuvimos una experiencia agradable. La mejor parte de nuestra estadía fue el personal: fueron increíblemente amables, serviciales y atentos a nuestras necesidades, lo que hizo que nuestra visita fuera aún mejor. La habitación en sí era cómoda y tenía todo lo que necesitábamos, incluido equipo para planchar, aunque no tenía una mininevera, lo que podría deberse al tipo de habitación que elegimos. La habitación estaba limpia en general, pero calificaría la limpieza con 4/5 porque noté una pequeña mancha en el edredón (parecía una mancha de lápiz labial). El hotel está convenientemente ubicado, a solo 10 minutos a pie de la estación de tren Bradford Interchange, lo que hace que sea fácil moverse. En general, recomendaríamos este hotel a nuestros amigos por su excelente servicio y su conveniente ubicación.
