Muy acomodante, tuvimos un poco de uno con nosotros y se fueron más arriba y más allá para hacer que se sienten cómodos.

Buena ubicación, cerca del gran centro comercial en la pequeña ciudad de Charlotte, la habitación y la salud son generales, hay tres hosts de aire acondicionado afuera de la ventana que retumban toda la noche, las ventanas no pueden detener el sonido, el desayuno es normal.

Nice breakfast. Good location, the only issue was the bed, it was of poor quality and makes noise when lay down. They should not be using metal bed frames which is of low quality

There was a patron who was in a heated argument with front desk staff when we first arrived about them not refunding him his $50 damage deposit. The patron was belligerent with the staff. He eventually was taken away in a taxi. This all happened as we were just arriving which gave us a bit of a feeling of uneasiness on whether we had made the right decision on staying at this hotel. The staff were very professional and accommodating to us though. In the end, everything was fine.

Hotel is about 10 minutes drive from charlottetown city centre. A 2 minute drive will get you to a few food outlets and a Cows Creamerie which is a must try ice cream when visiting PEI. Hotel itself was very clean and comfortable with plenty of free parking. The breakfast area is large and comfortable with plenty of seating. Staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay at this hotel again if I visit PEI again.

El viernes- domingo necesita alrededor de 1700. El entorno es bueno para la higiene del hotel. Erróneo conducir 20 minutos del centro de la ciudad. El aire exterior es bueno. El camarero de la recepción es muy profesional y muy entusiasta. El desayuno es generalmente un día. No hay cambios en los doce días.
