En general, es bastante bueno. El ambiente y la ubicación son muy buenos. El servicio del hotel es bueno. El servicio de aparcacoches también es muy conveniente. El tiempo de espera para recoger el coche es muy corto.

Hi , YHA Fremantle Prison, Wow! What an amazing experience and im so glad i stayed here, and thankyou so much for being so accommadting and understanding , and well for letting me book with late notice and guided me to after hours checkin, and well the guy who was working after hours on the 31st May Sunday night,...... 💯👌🙏❤️ so welcoming and was down to earth, and made me feel good about the whole.stay and just a very calming presence and over the phone also , very understanding and reassured me to not stress and be safe and to get here when i get here. He was thankful i got there at reasonable hour, cosidering it was after 9pm , was travelling from the city and through the storm so it was 10.30pm maybe a little after 10.45pm,...... and so he was very grateful but very good about me being a late check in , as i rang to make sure i was able to stay without a passport. I.was very happy to find that i could book without passport 🙏🥹💯❤️👌 I had the best night sleep, the best shower before bed, the facilities were amazing and the whole experience was beyond my expectations and exceeded all my thoughts of what was to be. I cant thank you guys enough! I will be back! Im staying longer next time so i can explore the Fremantle Prison as i have wanted to now for many.of years and the canal tour also ive wanted.to always do. The grounds, the care , the information on history , on every wall, evey building, everything was to standard and presentation that was 11/10 👌💯 brillant! I am and was well impressed! And cant wait to stay again and with a little more pre planning and booking earlier on and having a bit more a plan next trip. As my stay at YHA was very last minute , and because i missed my TransWA bus back to Kojonup.....😏 And well my decision to go up to Perth was very last minute and decision made only 2 days prior to going , and so as it was last minute decision and well i had an idea of a plan of where and who to see while up there, as being last minute things always dont go to plan and so when those moments happened i just rolled with the punches and went with the flow of things, and trusted my gut instinct and trusted my journey and the journey in life i am and well was on while in Perth and so all roads had led me to where i was meant to be , and well all fell into plaxe and worked out in the end and so im grateful beyond words! Truely and honestly 🥹🙏❤️💯😊 Thanks again , and wow amazing stay! And highly recommend! Thankyou so much for the feeling of saftey also being a single female traveller on her own. Great location in Perth CBD Staff is amazing friendly kind ever! The room view was incredible and clean and tidy. Definitely Im coming back to this hotel as everything is perfect to stay in city.

Stayed a few times and never disappoints. The layout of the rooms and how dark makes for the best nights sleep as well as how big and comfortable the beds are.

Nice and tidy - friendly helpful staff. I missed dinner but lucky that has some really yummy sandwiches in their snack fridge was very grateful. It’s not on the cheaper end so I only stay when they have deals but it’s a good quality joint and always get a good night sleep.

We booked it to catch a complimentary shuttle bus for an early flight next morning. Only afterwards did we find out its not available on the weekend. It was also noisy during the night from revellers but it was a Friday night. Will not come again even for the great location. Also looking in part a but tired but could accept for the convenience to airport.

staff were really lovely and polite, they upgraded us to a deluxe room! its a 10min walk from the station and not fully sheltered. with a car its fine, just a little hard to find free parking. the bathroom was really bad for 4 star standards... the shower sprayed everywhere but me and the temperature fluctuated often. the bathtub was nice but the hot water wasnt really hot either, and theres no shower head. we only stayed 2 nights so it was not so bad for us.

The location is convenient, and the price was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. I paid less for three nights here than I would have at many other properties. However, parking is a major issue. The property appears to have more than 50 apartments but only around 20 parking spaces. Finding a parking spot is a matter of luck, and even when a space is available, the parking bays are very small and difficult to maneuver into. I stayed for four days, but housekeeping did not come to service the room or replace the towels during my stay. Another downside was the air conditioner, which kept turning off every couple of hours, seemingly due to a timer setting. This was quite inconvenient, especially at night. Overall, this is a budget-friendly option with a good location, but the parking, housekeeping, and air-conditioning issues affected my experience.

Disfruté mucho de mi estadía en Oaks Hotel. La ubicación es excelente, a solo unos minutos a pie de la estación de metro de Perth. Justo en frente del hotel, el autobús gratuito (Red Cat Bus) para y recoge pasajeros. Perth tiene estos maravillosos autobuses de la zona de tránsito gratuito (FTZ) que son convenientes y, lo mejor de todo, son GRATUITOS (rojo, morado, azul, verde y amarillo) y cubren las ubicaciones básicas de la ciudad y los lugares de negocios. El autobús turístico también para aquí. Se puede reservar en Trip.com y los precios son más económicos. El hotel es de 4 o 5 estrellas, muy limpio y con un personal de recepción amable. El único problema es que no responden a las consultas por correo electrónico. En general, buena relación calidad-precio, excelente ubicación, personal amable. Gracias Lena
