It was great had breakfast

Hotel is well maintained and a great location if you’re heading to the Paycom Center! We had a couple of glitches getting in as the line for dropping off cars for valet was stopped for 20 minutes. Once we were able to pull in, the attendant was quick. Only one computer was working at check in, then only one elevator was working- in a large hotel with 15 floors. That caused a long wait after the concert when everyone got back to the hotel. Room was very clean but the bathroom wallpaper is coming off the wall AND the toilet did not flush 50% of the time. We realized it at 11 pm, so we didn't report it until we checked out. I will say they sent a couple of texts to check in- that was a nice touch!

To start, the service felt a bit inconsistent—perhaps the staff were having a particularly tough day. The hotel offers valet parking at USD 20, but if you prefer to save on that, you can park for free at The Oaks Public Parking, which is just a short 2–3 minute walk away. What I found convenient was dropping my team off at the hotel first before heading over to park. Upon arrival, there was no bellboy service available, so we had to manage all our luggage ourselves. This wasn’t a dealbreaker, but it did set a slightly different tone compared to what some might expect. On the positive side, there are thoughtful amenities such as a microwave available in the lobby and complimentary coffee provided daily for guests. The room itself was comfortable and generally well-maintained. However, housekeeping could be more attentive—my glasses and the shower drain area were not cleaned consistently, and the drain eventually got clogged during my stay, which I had to clear myself. That was definitely unexpected. For the price point, I would have expected a bit more attention to these smaller details. That said, the overall stay was still pleasant. The hotel is located near the Oaks area, which is beautiful, and I really appreciated the artistic elements around the property. Each piece of artwork has its own story, and you can learn more about them through a book available in the lobby—a nice and unique touch. Overall, it’s a good option if you’re looking for a comfortable stay in the area, though there’s room for improvement in service consistency and housekeeping attention.

La única baja fue un aviso de tornado, junto con las sirenas. Me advirtió por medio de la aplicación meteorológica. Debíamos haber recibido una llamada a nuestra habitación al menos. Estabamos en el 22o piso! Era una situación muy asustada.

Very convenient location and excellent service!

La ubicación era perfecta para mis necesidades, a la derecha de los Escudos y I-35 en la Ruta de Servicio. Si necesitas ir NB a I-240, tomar es una gran alternativa para volver a I-35, porque el tráfico en esa zona tiende a botella. El hotel está en una zona de 2 km de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. La habitación era grande y muy agradable y limpia, la cama estaba cómoda con muchas pijamas. El baño estaba muy limpio- no hay pinturas ni reparaciones. Me gustaba el paseo- en la ducha. Me impresionó que había pocos botellas de champú, condicionador, loción y pequeños bares de jabón; el último par de hoteles que me quedé en dijo que había sido demasiado caro para proporcionarlos. La única queja, si tuve que venir con uno, era que el ventilador de escape en el baño no funcionó. Todo en mi perro y tuve una gran estancia. Esta será mi motel cuando necesito volver a la ciudad.

It's a good spot you should be the Ramada everything's the same The only thing is like you got to make sure they clean your room if you're still in it sometimes they skip it and that sucks but if they do skip at least you can trade out your towels and stuff and get new towels and everything it's pretty quiet The beds are comfortable the rooms are good some of them have a little bit of defects with the showers but overall in great shape the hot tub is good but the bubbles don't work which sucks that you used to The pool is small but it's cold so I like that they got breakfast in the morning biscuits and gravy and cereal and pancakes and all that goodness they are weight room they got a big giant courtyard in the middle for if you have animals it's all non-smoking but they're pretty relaxed with **** but cigarettes they're not If you ask for a wake up call you might not get to wake up call so make sure you set the alarm on the bedside table other than that yeah it's a good spot I go there a lot and it's a $50 deposit not $100 and do it with cash because if you do it with a car that takes 10 or longer days to get it back and you might have to jump through some hoops to get it like I did the first time so I learned my lesson

El aire acondicionado era demasiado ruidoso e interrumpía el sueño, ya que se activaba y desactivaba constantemente. Lo más importante para mí es una buena noche de sueño. No sucedió. Todo lo demás estuvo genial. El buffet estaba caliente y bueno para el desayuno.

La habitación está muy bien, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Siempre que tenga un problema con algo, tendría algunas preguntas que debo hacer, si vieran que me estoy luchando con ciertas cosas ( mi equipaje cayó en el suelo, Si mis manos están sobrefluyendo una necesitaría ayuda con un par de manos adicionales, etc ) siempre estarían allí para ayudarme. Si hay un momento en el que yo sentiría que mi seguridad podría estar en peligro, caminarían conmigo todo el camino a mi habitación makenf asegurarme de que llegué a mi habitación de forma segura y asegurarme de que nadie me siguió / sabe en qué habitación estoy. La habitación está muy bien, pero no es muy agradable.
