Courtyard St Paul Woodbury

La primera habitación que tenía era un baño sucio que había usado piso de jabón viejo, tenía pelo y no había microondas cuando reservé específicamente uno que sí, luego me dijeron que no sabían qué habitaciones tenían microondas, están dispersas, así que para bajar y calentar la comida. si es necesario, cuando estuve en el tercer piso, luego me trasladaron al segundo piso a otra habitación con el pelo por todo el piso del baño y la alfombra sucia junto con las toallas que se veían usadas, luego procedí a moverme a la habitación al otro lado del pasillo con un barra rota en la ducha, la ducha no tiene puertas corredizas o que se cierren, así que tuve que pedirle varios juegos de toallas porque el piso se empapó de cada ducha, tenga en cuenta que el piso todavía tenía pelos de personas anteriores, así que tuve que limpiar eso y el ducharme solo y limpiar todo porque estaba polvoriento, lo único bueno era la televisión porque tenía Bluetooth y Netflix y prime y los dos hombres *****s con rastas fueron extremadamente útiles y agradables también se veían como si estuvieran cansados Si esta no fuera la primera queja, puedo decirles que no será la última que necesiten para mejorar el servicio de limpieza porque en general fue ridículo. No me quedaré allí de nuevo y no se lo recomendaría a nadie más que esté solo yo lo experimentaré por ti mismo si quieres.

It was close to the area where we shopped and dined. Place was clean and up to date, staff were courteous and accommodating.

I love this place. I now regularly stay there with my baby. The staff are always friendly and helpful and there’s a Starbucks coffee bar! The facility is clean and rooms are nicely furnished. This is my GO TO staycation.

The TV screen was dark blue and hard to watch. The bathroom sink was draining very slowly. No continental breakfast and they charged us over two dollars for coffee. Will not stay here again.

It was a frustrating and irritating stay. Terrible customer service. Poor cleanliness. We will never stay at this hotel again. We were there for a 2-day meeting for our 7 year old daughter. We registered several weeks in advance for the larger suite with 2 queen beds and a sofa. We did this because we have 2 small kids and my son has a medical condition where he must sleep sitting up. The sofa helps him do this where he can sleep while stretching out his legs. We arrived early. Where we were placed was a much smaller room with 2 queen beds. After talking with the staff, we were told they were full up - they did not have the room for which we registered. They told us our only option was to find another hotel for the 2 days we were there for the meeting going on in this hotel. I asked to talk to the General Manager and was told they were not there nor was the Assistant GM - even after several tries to visit with someone in management. I contacted ******* who tried to help us and even they were not able to contact management to help us. We ended up staying there out of convenience and because we could not locate another close-by hotel with a room. About the Hotel: although the hotel looked new, there was definite wear and tear - things like broken tiles and tears in the bedding). The staff was generally cordial but I never saw a smile. The hallway outside our room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was trash in the hallway that sat there for our entire stay.

Walk in shower with only 1/2 glass door did not keep water off floor. No washcloths. Terrible toilet paper. Snack options were half empty. No continental breakfast included. The plus is hotel was close to everything.

Nice clean room. A new employee checked us in & that went pretty well. The odd thing for a 2 night stay is that yesterday no attempt was made at all to touch up the room- yet today, when checkout is noon, we had housekeeping knocking and knocking and knocking on our door by 8:30am. That was a little frustrating.

It was nice. Person who checked us in was so nice to let me check in 2 hours early because it wasn't feeling well. She wasn't very helpful otherwise. We also had an issue with the toilet seat being very loose and told the front desk but they said maintenance left so they couldn't help but would move us to another room. Never heard from them again. Beautiful hotel. Rooms are lovely and bathroom was a great size.

Tv in the room was broken. The shower head was broken. The sink wasn't draining. They double charged me for my stay. Definitely going to a different hotel
