Location, lovely restaurant and great staff I booked because it’s right opposite the train station ….. but this hotel is so much more. Often ‘right opposite the train station’ means you are sacrificing something in terms of appearance and slight seediness for the convenience - but not here ! It’s a lovely old hotel (with a nice history), restored several times over the years, with a particularly impressive glass-surrounded restaurant for all meals. Location - as well as being on a pretty square right in front of the train station it’s less than 10 minutes’ easy straight line walk from the museums and the historic old town. There are plenty of nicely located hotels in the centre too by the way - just not as good for train access. The hotel restaurant is a real delight. Go for the breakfast buffet with some of the best prepared hotel bacon I have ever come across - crispy, fat-free and warm - plus all the usual egg, cereal, fruit salad and bread options. Standard coffee good German filter not espresso (though that’s available at the bar); orange juice average. Supper was freshly cooked smallish choice (these do go hand in hand, of course) - have a look at the menu in advance and if there’s something you like the look of eat here, quality is excellent. Staff very friendly; rooms moderate size, very clean, toiletries provided (shower gel and shampoo, no lotion or conditioner). Large non-leaky showers. You can claim a free snack if you forego your room servicing (!) ….. Rooms are non-smoking but they provide a smokers’ lounge for *******. To be recommended.

El hotel está algo fuera de Weimar. A través de una estrecha calle Holperstein se acerca a su destino. Los aparcamientos están directamente en la casa, incluyendo actualmente 1 estación de carga. Nuestra habitación -con pequeña sauna- (hemos dado algo) fue muy grande. Un cuarto de estar con sofá (amarilla) y una habitación. Un baño grande incluyendo la pequeña sauna, ducha y ”baño de asiento”. Además, hay un armario de acomodación, en el que también se encuentran los bolsillos y maletas. Lamentablemente, el minibar estaba vacío. El desayuno estaba bien. Coronas tuvieron 3 horas: 7, 8 y 9 horas. La casa está un poco cerca y tiene una silla de paseo, pero también una escalera del segundo piso al desayuno o al cenar. No hemos probado el área de bienestar porque teníamos una sauna para nosotros. El equipo de la casa es realmente muy atento y orientado al servicio. Aunque las damas del servicio de limpieza de habitaciones o del restaurante.

시설이 잘 갖추어져 있습니다. 너무 편하게 있다 왔는데요, 한 가지 흠이라면 엘리베이터가 없어서 짐을 들고 내리는 데 조금 불편했습니다. 하지만 독일의 고풍스러운 가정집을 경험해 볼 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다. (가족과 같이 지내는 건 아닙니다.)
