Staff of the hotel were generally nice (except for an elderly gentleman of the hotel). I especially thank Francesca for getting me a quiet room. I liked drinking cocktails and food at the vistro of the hotel, especially when it was snowing outside, which made me have drinks at the vistro every night while I stayed at the hotel. Views from my room and the vistro were also very nice. Two ski lifts are just a few minute driving distance from the hotel.

Es mi segunda vez en menos de 4 meses, cuando vine la primera vez me parecio espectacular y decidí que quería cumplir mis 40 cumpleaños en un sitio así y lleno de nieve. Que mejor manera que pasarlos en un lugar donde te tratan fenomenal rodeado de naturaleza, buena comida, trato inmejorable y un spa que te hace desconectar por fuerza, te tratan como si estuvieras en familia y Giovani el director es asombroso con su amabilidad, buen hacer y siempre pendiente de todos los detalles, con gente con tanta energía da gusto. Yo solo digo que no hay 2 sin 3 y espero que sea pronto. Lo recomiendo al 100x100. Un beso enorme desde España sois un equipazo!!!!!!! Nayra L.

In gita con gli amici abbiamo trovato quest'albergo quasi per caso, location bella con camere pulite e luminose, il personale è molto cortese e professionale e ci ha accolto soddisfacendo ogni necessità anche se sprovvisti di prenotazione. Ottimi sia i cocktail che la colazione varia e articolata. Sicuramente ci tornerò con la famiglia.

No me malinterpretes, el hotel de la imagen no es grand hotel misurina, y el hotel está enfrente de él. También fue engañado por la foto al principio. Afortunadamente, hay dos residencias al lado de este lago (no hay otro bnb claro). La noche del check-in coincidió con una fiesta del club de motociclistas, que dio mucha emoción a la tranquila ciudad. Tan pronto como abrí la puerta del restaurante, me acerqué a tanta gente. Cena en el hotel Scared ... Es difícil de comer en una palabra. . . El hotel no tenía agua caliente esa noche y no lo solucionó durante mucho tiempo. Llamé a la recepción y le pregunté si podía cambiar de habitación. Mientras haya agua caliente, no puedo hacer nada.
