The hotel isn’t that far from the U line on the underground. However, where the location is, it can be a bit far from the city centre for the price of it. The rooms are spacious and clean. They also have things to do in Vienna displayed around reception and tourist booklets on things to do in the room. I would say that it should be made clear on arrival if breakfast is included or not as assuming it was and then when checking out told it wasn’t. This was an added cost and I assumed breakfast was included like many other hotels I have previously visited.

Muy buena recepción con todo muy organizado y atención rápida. Habitación bastante amplia y muy cómoda, con espacios adecuados para una pareja. Cama confortable y ducha tb. Lo único que era bañera, y a mí me gusta más box ducha (por ser más práctico mismo). Buena localización y muy fácil acceder al centro

El hotel está situado al lado de la estación de metro (2 lineas) y de tren que va al aeropuerto. Medidas anticovid por todas partes...desde dispensadores de gel hidroalcoholico, hasta pedir el certificado de vacunación. Habitación limpia y personal profesional. Desayuno muy completo. Vale la pena. Si vuelvo a Viena volveré.

Nos gustaba el Hilton Waterfront en general, pero por favor vea algunas cosas buenas y áreas de mejora: - Leon y Maria en la recepción principal son realmente buenos y excelentes. Hacen todo lo posible para cuidar a los huéspedes y hacer el mejor esfuerzo. Hilton Management debe darles por su excelente trabajo. - Natasha en el Salón Ejecutivo también es muy buena en su trabajo. Mira los detalles del minuto y asegura que todos los huéspedes se cuiden muy bien. Es excelente y Hilton Management por favor tome nota de su buen trabajo. - En general, Hilton Waterfront tiene un problema de agua que ya sea viene agua muy caliente o viene agua muy fría y no es fácil de reparar. - Muchas cosas como teléfono en la habitación, llaves en la zona de sauna, etc no funcionan y alguien tiene que comprobarlas regularmente para asegurarse de que todo es insalubre. En general nos gustaba.

Worse hotel I have stayed in, first when I booked they allocated a room which should be 18 meter square but I don’t think at all, I asked them to change so the receptionist told me I have to pay extra 25 Euro per night so I agreed then after 10 minutes he called and said the hotel is fully booked and we can’t do the change, you should wait until next day. In the same time I checked booking.com to find if there is an availability in the same hotel and I was shocked that there is a bigger room available however I was told the hotel is fully booked, I told the receptionist and he said he will call his manager then he said we will shift you but you should pay 25 Euro per night so I was really shocked, they lied and said fully booked and when I shown them the evidence they said that I have to pay, where I agreed from the beginning and they told me fully booked. The hotel is very outdated, old furniture and it’s not clean at all, even the cleaning service is bad. There is no air conditioner in the room and when I asked they told me that it automatically turns on in a specific temperature. The hotel is far from the center it takes 12-15 mins walking and there is no restaurants or supermarkets around. The room key is very very old and you should drop it in the reception before leaving the hotel. I would never stay in this hotel at all when visiting Vienna and don’t recommend it for anyone, the price I paid is way high for such hotel, never 4 stars, I would rate it 2 stars

Nuestra habitación es muy amplia. El suelo es de agradable moqueta. Servicio de limpieza muy correcto. El salón para el desayuno es amplio con gran surtido de productos austriacos que van reponiendo constantemente además de tener zumo natural. Dejamos las maletas a las 9h sin poder entrar a la habitación hasta mínimo las 15h, en nuestro caso nos fuimos hasta las 23h y no hubo ningún problema por lo tanto es perfecto para llegar y hacer turismo sin preocupaciones. El hotel está un poco alejado de la estación de metro (9 minutos andando).

Cuando reviso un hotel, lo hago en función de lo que estoy buscando en el viaje, en este viaje estaba buscando un buen hotel cerca del centro de la ciudad de Viena con desayuno. Hotel & Palais Strudlhof cumplía todos los requisitos. A 15 minutos a pie del centro de Viena con una parada de tranvía a unos 100 metros. Las habitaciones eran bastante grandes y tenían todas las comodidades que esperarías, el desayuno era variado con comida fría y caliente. La zona era agradable y segura y tenía varios bares y restaurantes cerca. En general, si no quieres pagar los altos precios en el centro, este es ideal. Me alojaría aquí de nuevo y también recomendaría el bar 1090 cercano en Bauernfeldplatz y el restaurante griego Rembetiko a 5 minutos a pie.

Este hotel es un paraíso antes y después de largos días de viaje a la ciudad. El personal del escritorio delantero era tan profesional y me aseguró una noche extra cuando mi plan de vuelo cambió y me modernizó a una hermosa habitación de esquina QUIET #304. El desayuno buffet es un verdadero plato de opciones: huevos, vinos, quesos, carne, yogur y frutas, tortas de café y pan. Melin de las Filipinas fue una gran fuente de conocimiento sobre la ciudad y eventos y acontecimientos especiales.

Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

Mixed bag here. The hotel is walking distance to the Stadthalle, our main reason for booking. Lots of transport links around. Many Ubers and bolts, and about 30/40 minutes to the airport via taxi. Room size was adequate, with a mini fridge, which was unplugged with food and drink inside. It didn't really cool well, when we managed to plug it in. The beds were comfy. The room had tea and coffee making facilities, but no milk. Room had electric blinds which were cool, and room was good and dark when the curtains were closed. Breakfast was ok, pretty standard, nothing special. But still good to start the day with. Rooms on the street side are very very noisy. The hotel is near a shopping mall, so deliveries 5am-10am every morning. Vehicles lloading, banging, noise, men shouting, doors slamming etc. But not really the hotel's fault. At night people smoke outside. So you can't really open windows overnight if you want a decent night's sleep. The room got very stuffy and no real aircon. The cleaning staff start very early, around 9am, so again prospect of good sleep is hit and miss, but they are very friendly and polite. Room generally clean, but there were hairs in the sink and shower. Also hairs on the supposedly clean towels. Staff mostly friendly and accommodating. However, the price of drinks seemed to change every round, (normally increasing). There was one member of staff who had the most appalling attitude. On our last night the shower flooded badly, into the hallway of our room. We couldn't shower or use the toilet. We phoned reception. The staff member claimed he didnt understand what bathroom is flooded means. After 5 attempts at explaining. He said he would send a colleague up. Surprise! Surprise! No one came. We needed sleep due to early flight the next day. We went down to reception, we were ignored, treated with contempt, eye rolls, and he told us he couldn't help, he said he was on his own. So sending someone was a LIE!? He was at the bar pouring drinks slowly, while looking at us blankly and rolling his eyes. He demanded we take a seat, no apologies, no offer of a solution. Basically appalling customer service and no communication. He was quick to check in guests that came to reception, inbetween pouring drinks deliberately slowly to avoid us. The only thing he said was he was on his own and there were no spare rooms. Eventually, he came to our room and saw the problem. With a bad attitude he did try to unblock the drain to no avail. We were lucky enough to have him mop up the floor and give us more towels, upon us asking, no offer. The staff in the morning when we checked out were apologetic when we told them, which we appreciated, and did make us nice coffee's to go. Unfortunately it doesn't take the bad taste away, and we had a poor night's sleep as a result of the stress. No one deserves contempt, utter rudeness and unhelpfulness as a paying guest, especially when we should have been resting, ready for flying
