Hay una de las habitaciones es una habitación de seis pisos de techo. Si le importa que el efecto de la luz de la mañana no sea ideal, no puede dormir bien, no opte por ello. El hotel en su conjunto se siente muy bien, el diseño es muy fuerte, el entorno del restaurante de desayuno es muy bueno, la cena también lo intenté, buena producción. Al comunicarse, el hotel cambió el tipo de habitación el día siguiente, es un rayo de luz completo, y resuelve completamente el problema que afecta al sueño. El servicio general también es bueno. La ubicación es muy conveniente. En la iglesia, cerca de la calle a pie. Muy fácil de caminar a lugares de interés diferentes.

Ive stayed at many Ritz properties in city centers all over the world and this one is by far and away the nicest I’ve ever stayed at, both in terms of service as well as the property itself. When I arrived (on foot) I was immediately greeted by the bellman who offered to take my luggage. Check-in was pleasant and I was offered a glass of sparkling wine. As a Titanium member, I was proactively upgraded from a Deluxe room to a Premier Executuve room on the 2nd floor. I really could not tell the difference, but it was still a very nice room (more on that later). I was happy to see they my room was ready at noon and my bags were delivered to the room about five minutes after I arrived. As a Titanium member, I was also offered a property specific welcome gift that I was able to cash in for a 17€ cocktail at the bar by the lobby. The room was absolutely stunning, and was a nice mix of modern and classic. The ceilings mort have been 15 feet high! Bathroom amenities were by Dyptique. The bed was heavenly as were the pillows and bedding; I never wanted to get out of bed! I loved how all the light switches were labeled with what they controlled. The room had a mini bar, Nespresso machine, and plenty of complimentary bottles of water that were replenished twice per day. I simply cannot day enough good things about this room. One minor issue I had, there was a small leak coming from my toilet that I reported that never appeared to be addressed. It didn’t really bother me, but it did appear to get worse throughout my stay. I was able to dine at all the restaurants during my stay. The food at the steakhouse and Italian restaurant was absolutely out of this world, service was good, and drinks were delicious. Prices were fairly high, but it was a nice splurge, and I think the quality and service delivered were in line with what they were charging. I went for a night cap at DBar, and they have a great selection to choose from. I tried the roof bar, but it was about to rain so I was advised to leave as there was no covering. My rate included breakfast, and there was a good selection of hot and cold options, and I was also entitled to a dish from the menu. The buffet was very high quality, especially the pastries; one of the best pain aux raisins I’ve ever had. I did go to the pool and liked the ambiance of the spa area; I wish I could have spent more time there. I had one service issue, which was that during my stay, it was Vienna Pride. The parade passed by the hotel entrance and I guess it got so crazy that the hotel basically went on lockdown and it was nearly impossible to enter. It took me a while to finally get someone to let me in. Not sure how that could have been avoided, but that irked me a little. Great hotel, highly recommend, can’t wait to return!

Hotel fabuloso. Es cierto que al trat**** de un Marriott de 5* las expectativas son altas, pero claramente las hemos alcanzado. Vestíbulo muy moderno y acogedor, recepción rápida y con todas las explicaciones. Incluso nos dijeron dónde podíamos hacer un test de antígenos gratuito, muy cerca del hotel. La habitación suficiente (eramos 4 personas) y con todos los detalles (amenities, albornoz, zapatillas), con una decoración moderna y un baño también muy moderno. La piscina no es muy grande, pero tampoco la hemos encontrado muy masificada, hemos ido 3 o 4 ratos, es más que suficiente. El desayuno genial, un 10: restaurante grande, con muy buena atención, buenas vistas, zona de buffet amplia y muy variada. En algunos momentos te tocaba hacer un poco de cola en la zona de tortillas y huevos fritos, pero la verdad es que iba rápido. También tienen un restaurante, en el vestibulo principal, en el que ofrecen tartas variadas con precios bastante razonables (entre 5 y 6€ la ración). Probé una y muy bien. Lo que no me gustó tanto fue que por una botella de agua sin gas de 0,75l nos cobraron 9€, creo que es demasiado. En el desayuno estaban esas mismas botellas en cantidad. El parking nos costó 17€ por noche (un precio bastante razonable, teniendo en cuenta la zona), aunque en booking decía que costaba 35. En cuanto a la ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos de cualquier atracción del centro. Es cierto que se podía estar más cerca (el hotel Sacher o el Imperial están más cerca, claro, pero otros del mismo nivel, como Hilton, Ritz-Carlton o Inter Continental están igual o peor situados). En definitiva, totalmente recomendable.

Esta era una de las mejores hoteles que he estado en. La ubicación es perfecta, pero los alojamientos son espectaculares. El desayuno bar incluido se ha hecho para ordenar huevos, no sólo un buffet regular. El restaurante y el bar son hermosos deco artístico, ejemplos de viejo glamour. el personal es muy amable y útil. Es caro pero vale la pena.

Excelente ubicación y estancia en general. Limpieza impecable. Personal muy amable y atento. Desayuno muy bueno tipo buffet con opción de tortilla/ huevos fuera del buffet. Una noche cenamos en el restaurante del hotel pero no nos convenció, la comida nada del otro mundo , tardaron mucho en servirnos y una de las camareras dejo caer la botella de agua mineral (8,50€) y se vertió bastante. Al pagar la cena no nos habían descontado la botella ni nos ofrecieron otra pequeña para suplir lo que la camarera había derramado. No me pareció correcto. A parte de este pequeño percance , sin duda volveria a repetir mi estancia allí.

from the moment we walked in the hotel we were greeted by our name , & brought right up to our suite, everything in the magnificient property has been redone. Traditional beautiful, there wasn't one thing that was not done. concierge made our dinner reservations & told us how to get there. we needed some drugs, right across the street, they even called the pharmacist! Breakfast, everything you could ask for, and if you didn't see it out, just ask it was brought to us. the best coffee & lattes. all the staff helped each other which was nice to see so if we needed something all you had to do is look up. we left early to catch our flight, waiting for us with coffee to take with. I'm telling you when it comes to service, this is a 6 star hotel. the bar is so warm & cozy & a perfect place to rest after a long day of sightseeing & walking. Vienna is a place to come back & so is the Hotel Imperial!
