Our stay was amazing at Lov Faralya. We stayed in a room with a private pool it was an amazing experince. They thought of everything to make your stay more enjoyable. The restaurant has an amazing view, food and the service. Classic Turkish Breakfast every morning was such a treat. The staff were super friendly and professional. Its an great escape place from the city. I highly recommend it to everyone. Definitely coming here next summer aswell!

I have chosen this place to celebrate my husband's birthday, honestly this hotel is beautiful, the staff is very attentive and very kind, I have no complaints because everyone treated us very well, the food was incredible, very fresh and organic, I can say that the real view is much better than the pictures. Regarding the prices of the meals, prices are similar to UK restaurants, 2 starters, 2 mains and a bottle of good wine is around 130£ however, if you want to eat for a cheaper price you can go to the Yiğitoğlu restaurant which is on the read, it is a local restaurant and even if the people don't speak English, you can use your phone to translate, we had 2 meals there and very good food and so cheap. Anyway I can say that I recommend this hotel, you pay here for privacy and quality. I’m very happy to stay here.

El hotel está en el lugar más cercano al mar de Fitzgerald, lo que significa que necesita una super buena tecnología para conducir una carretera que está en la montaña, con el paisaje general, los productos y los suministros. El hotel se utiliza en playas privadas, no hay mucha gente, pero está abierto en tiempo limitado. La recepción del hotel ha ayudado a arreglar el disfraz.Hacer disfraz sería como un coche de disfraz, y comer de manera moderada. Great hotel to stay if you have chosen Oludeniz as a holiday destination. Special thanks goes to their restaurant - all meals I ordered there during 2 weeks of my stay were fresh, delicious and fabulously served. Turkish breakfast, shrimp in pineapple and mutton kebab were absolutely gorgeous. They give generous portions and care to impress you with the beauty of serving. Second thing I liked was their exterior, terrace and inner garden. I loved drinking cocktails and coffee there. Your eyes are seeing the paradise (the flamboyance of colors, forged elements, mountains on the background). Plus, the hotel is not huge, and therefore not overcrowded - you will feel comfortable and relaxed there. Last but not least is the staff. They are great. I traveled alone and surely needed company. I made several friends at the hotel, because people working there are easy-going, humorous and interested in communicating. This was also a big plus for me :)

Faulty Towers is a five star rating compared to this. The photos on the website show a well maintained, clean hotel. These photos are incredibly old and not representative of the current state of the hotel. There is no private beach, spa or Turkish bath on site. You walk into the foyer and your heart sinks. You have got it wrong. The carpet going down the stairs is stained. Everything looks worn. The staff are friendly and welcoming. You are taken to your room. The bedding is old, grey and threadbare. There are no pretty towel arrangements, with scattered petals on your bed. The mattress is saggy and well used. The sheet does not tuck under the mattress, just merely placed on top. A light bub is missing from the bathroom, mold in the shower and the filthiest toilet brush I have ever seen. The whole of Turkey has used it. The is no hot running water in the sink and when you run the water it goes down the plug hole and comes up through the floor tiles. The toilet seat has a life of its own. On the first day I contacted reception three times. Finally getting an extra sheet and a light bulb. No housekeeping for three days. The toilet brush is still in pride of place in the bathroom. We finally managed to upgrade our daughters room at an additional cost. The aircon and fridge did not work. The fridge had obviously been left with rotting food in it previously and it smelt rancid. Her bedding had browns stains on. Not sure of the original fluid. Vomit or excrement. She also had mold growing in her bathroom and the taps span around. No upgrade available for us. The all inclusive bar. What a joke. I knew we could expect all local alcohol which I was happy with. There is one beer, two slushies, coke, coke zero, sprite, vodka and then more vodka which has juniper added. This is the gin. Some other red liquor. All spirits, vodka or vodka/gin are served in miniature. Mainly served in a red or green toothbrush mug. Glasses by special request. I understand about glass and pools but if i'm not in the pool. I would like a glass. No whiskey, brandy, baileys or gin. Day 5 an our toilet seat finally broke. So on our way out for the day. We informed reception that maintenance where needed. At 5pm we returned and enquired if the toilet seat had been replaced. No! At 6pm I went to our room and picked the toilet seat up and took it to reception to remind them. An hour later I had to go and find the manager who was completely oblivious to the problem. The sink still leaking and the toilet brush still in place. The food. Nothing is labelled. The hygiene is incredibly poor with regarding to preparation. The young man cooking the pancakes and omelettes for breakfast clearly did not have a clue what he was doing. He would pick out the black burnt bits before serving. Generally there was a shortage of knives, so you played hunt the knife at each meal. De las fotos, esperaba una bonita piscina espacial, con niños/spray piscina, una terraza de techo/zona de sol/relaxación y una mesa de piscina. Parece que se han producido algunos cambios desde que las fotos se publicaron en línea, ya que no hay piscina de escalera ni mesa de piscina y la terraza tejada es un espacio sin bienvenida. La piscina ahora tiene un muro construido en una cara, así que junto con la pared fronteriza, significa que está acompañada de todos los lados y no recibe suficiente sol para calentar la piscina, así que incluso al final de la temporada, después de un verano de sol, aún se congela. El hotel está muy bien situado, pero no hay nada que pueda hacer. Aquí, en el bar de la cama, nos gusta tomar un trago tarde, a menudo regresando de la ciudad por un par más. El primer día preguntamos cuándo se cerró el bar y se les dijo, en principio, cuando queríamos. Nos preguntamos si el bar podía reabrirse y recibimos un apartamento ”no”. Es comprensible, pero no nos gustaba que no se nos dijera que se estaba cerrando o que se nos preguntara si queríamos algo más, acabaron de desactivar las luces, cerrar todo y dejarnos sentados allí en la oscuridad! A pesar de esto, 4 personas estaban en la zona, uno ”guardia nocturna” y otros tres sentados y mirando sus teléfonos. La mayoría de los tiempos nos ignoraron completamente el personal, nadie nos preguntó cómo era nuestro día o si nos gustaba nuestra estadía. Con él una vez en 10 días. Por estas razones, optamos por no dar al hotel ninguno de nuestros fondos y tomaron nuestro personal en otro lugar lo más que podíamos. Contamos con el hotel perdido por al menos £1000 en bebidas de nuestro grupo. El hotel tiene sus defectos, su cercanía a la playa y más que suficiente, por lo que quizás hemos estado de nuevo, la experiencia del cliente ha sido mejor.

Me, my partner and my friends had a 3-nights stay here that was perfect in every sense. The rooms are very comfortable and have extraordinary views of the sea. Actually, every corner of this hotel offers perhaps one of the best views of the Mediterranean. The sunsets are simply exquisite. The buildings are located in a beautiful and peaceful garden- which is ideal for any nature lover. Moreover everyone who works in this establishment, including the owners Murat and Basak, strive to give you the best vacation you can have. They achieve a great balance between caring professionalism and comfortable homeliness. I would absolutely and wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone.
