第一次來新疆旅遊，從網上預訂的，總之沒有讓我失望，酒店的服務人員無論是店長、前台、保安、保潔、還是廚師，每個人都像親人一樣，由於帶着父母出來旅遊，父母年級大走路不是很利索，每次出門保潔都會主動攙扶，走到大廳小姑娘熱情的打招呼，有事情給她們打電話，總是能第一時間幫忙解決。酒店的外觀看着不是很高大尚，但是房間的衞生工做的很乾凈，保潔每天都幫忙換床單，每次進門衹要插卡進門“就能聽到”“歡迎您入住百世昌東泉酒店”聽着很温馨，房間小度能控制窗簾，空調，點外賣機器人都很快送到房間。酒店的隔音也非常棒，連續住了幾天，都很安靜，早餐在7樓，每天都能吃到可口的飯菜，入住期間酒店還為我們注備了歡迎水果，很貼心在這入住了幾天感覺很温馨。
