This hotel provided excellence service, great facilities with very reasonable room rate. This hotel provides free airport pickup and drop-off service. The hotel supposed to pick 6 Of us that arrived Urumqi airport at 2.30pm, we have made 4pm visit appointment to the Museum at 4pm. Unfortunately, our flight was delays nearly 1 hour, the hotel pick up team helped to call the museum on our delaying and direct send us visit to the museum and arrange our big luggage sent to the hotel, we checked in the hotel after our visit to the museum and dinner. Everything is well managed by the team and without additional charges, the manager/staff very friendly and gave sincere advice where to visit and eat at Urumqi.
The room are clean, comfortable with great layout, breakfast provided also have lot of choices with good taste. We had 23 days trip in XInjiang and stay in more than 18 hotels, this is the only hotel provide free snacks in the room. :)
I strongly recommend this hotel to whoever visit to Urumqi, we will pick this hotel again if we revisit to Urumqi next time.

Very Good and supportive staff. Price is a bit high but it's worth it, Rooms are very clean. personally when ever I travel Urumqi always choose 百世昌hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying for a night during a layover, and it was a fantastic experience. The room was impressively spacious, providing ample space to relax and unwind. One of the standout features was the voice-controlled lights and other amenities, which added a modern and convenient touch to my stay.
The location is another big plus—it's situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, making it easy to grab a good meal without venturing too far. Additionally, its proximity to the airport is incredibly convenient for travelers like myself who are catching connecting flights.
The hotel amenities were top-notch, further enhancing the overall experience. Despite my short stay, I felt completely comfortable and well taken care of. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, convenience, and modern technology. My brief stay was perfect, and I would definitely choose this hotel again for any future layovers.

Value for money. Spacious and clean room, welcoming snacks and all the drinks in the room are drink, comfortable bed and pillows. Special thanks to 小李, the receptionist, for her excellent service. Overall, highly recommended.
