The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

酒店位置挺好的，交通便利，公交地鐵都有，吃飯也很方便。意見有兩點，我住的是雙床房感覺設定有些不合理，桌子凳子在去廁所的路上，來來回回都會撞到椅子腿，尤其是晚上起來上廁所的時候。還有一點就是這個智能影院了，沒有一個電影是免費的，全都要買，那設定這個智能影院房有啥必要呢？還不如普通的電視看看電視節目呢

The staff is incredibly kind, helpful and friendly. The rooms and common areas felt super clean - particularly the beds. Some places just have a pleasant clean feel to them, and this is definitely one of those places. Additionally one is provided with a free toothbrush, hair comb, disposable towel etc. The washing machines and dryers are also free to use - a travellers dream come true. However: If you have ever used to bathroom at Stansted airport in the United Kingdom, you know how bad toilets can smell… At least that’s what I thought before coming to this hostel. The stench in the bathrooms (the male bathroom at least) was on a whole new level, I couldn’t even have dreamt of in my worst nightmares m. Never in my life have I had such fowl air enter my nostrils. I shall not proceed to describe the smell because I simply lack the words to do so. You will yearn for an oxygen tank in there. When I arrived, in their defence, there was a sewage issue. However, the smell continued to haunt the bathroom (and me) even when sewage issue was fixed. Perhaps part of it can be attributed to some of the guests having difficulties using the squat toilets - and the infrequent cleaning of accidents. Often times there is fecal matter on the floor - be it hard lumps by the side of the toilets or in liquid form exploded onto the floor and walls. Watch out you don’t slip in it! Besides this quite substantial issue - and the consequent inability to shave, dry my hair, brush my teeth and quite frankly breathe in the bathroom , I had a pleasant stay. A hostel with so much potential.

Although from outside the hotel does not present an attractive face, the room was very nice and the very plain small lobby very friendly and efficient. Hotel location is however excellent being less than ten minutes from metro station and one stop from Grand Bazaar, where there is so much to see, do and eat. I went there every night! Unfortunately the metro does not yet go to the main Urumqi fast train station (I arrived from Turpan) even though station signs point to the metro station it is not yet open. It was though very easy to reach the airport by metro in 45 minutes. I found that the best way to get to the excellent Xinjiang Museum is to take metro four stops to Nanhu Square, and after enjoying Nanhu Lake Park, get a taxi / Didi to the Museum. It takes 15 minutes and costs about ¥20/25. The museum is free and I did not need to queue or pre-book for a ticket. There is no power switch inside the door where usually you place your key card. So not clear how to cut off room electricity when leaving unless firmest switch off in more than ten switches around the room! Bed was very large and comfortable and huge TV had all the channels…once you discover that - among the many light switches on both sides of the bed - there is one labelled TV and without this neither of the two remotes will switch on the TV! The shower was a little out of date but effective, though the hot water was not really that hot. The breakfast on the top floor was a really good Chinese buffet although coffee was from a machine and very average. One morning fresh wanton were prepared by a chef.

這家酒店新開的，因為自己家在裝修，所以昨天住這個酒店，榻榻米房雖然空間小，可是特別温馨，房間衞生特別乾淨，前台服務熱情，服務態度特別好，房間設施也新，馬桶還是個智能馬桶，反正各方面都好，特別喜歡，對了，還有投影，可以看各種電影喲

Convenient access to Nanmen metro station. Variety of shopping and dining options available near the hotel despite the hotel not offering meals. Rooms were modern and clean. The view from the room was quite nice as well. WiFi was however not available for clients without a Chinese phone number, which is incredibly annoying especially for foreign guests. The WiFi network also only allows one connection per phone number, which is a baffling design decision since I can't connect my phone and my laptop on the same WiFi network. Laundry is self-service and free using a machine near the lifts. Detergent was provided. There was a lingering cigarette smell in the corridors and in the lifts. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with major issues with the WiFi network.

這次入住體驗太棒了！從前台辦理入住時，工作人員就帶着真誠的微笑，耐心解答所有問題，還給我推薦了附近好玩的旅遊地點還有新疆特色美食，主動幫忙提行李。房間打掃得一塵不染，連角落都透着整潔，晚上逛完街回來，發現客房服務貼心地多留了幾瓶礦泉水，瞬間被這個地方暖到！下次來這座城市，絕對還住這兒！

WiFi is very poor and you cannot access China mobile signal in the room too . There is only one elevator which always problem during my stay . Отличная гостиница в центре города. Только называется она Musbox - не удивляйтесь! Кровать удобная, номер довольно большой, в номере есть чайник и чай/кофе, вид из окна неплохой - иногда появлялись горы из-за смога. Завтрак разнообразный, правда исключительно китайский. Цена за проживание отличная! Есть и минусы - не работает телевизор, ви-фи требует китайский номер телефона для подключения. Если ещё раз буду в Урумчи - с удовольствием остановлюсь в этой гостинице!

El servicio de recepción es entusiasta, muy profesional, el entorno cómodo, el cuarto es grande, la red WiFi rápida, la puerta tiene un estacionamiento, las instalaciones están completas, la casa está bien ventilada, el agua caliente es muy cómoda, la cama está limpia, la ubicación es obvia, muy tranquila, no hay ruido! La ubicación es buena para encontrar un precio muy alto, ¡esto es muy bueno para el precio tan barato!

El hotel es muy agradable, casi la estación de tren es conveniente para los empresarios, pero un poco lejos del centro de la ciudad. Un cálido bienvenido a la recepción y muy útil gente. Tengo un cheque temprano sin problemas. Muy espaciosa habitación y baño. Excelente lavandería. El desayuno está bien.

I recently stayed here and had an amazing experience! The place was absolutely wonderful, with clean and comfortable rooms, and the ambiance was very relaxing. What made our stay truly exceptional was the friendly and helpful staff. I especially want to mention staff at the reception. She assisted us always with a smile, and made us feel very welcome. Her exceptional service truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area! Don’t miss the breakfast an amazing experience!!
