Para pasar por el GR 34, hemos elegido quedarse en este hotel situado lejos de las zonas urbanas y en el centro del golf del mismo nombre. ¡Qué agradable sorpresa! On y jouit d’un environnement particulièrement calme et d’un grand confort pour un prix maîtrisé (nous meilleur hébergement lors de nos six étapes). Las habitaciones son amplias y ofrecen el mejor que se pueda esperar de un hotel en términos de comodidad: - WC separado; - una puerta sas, el verdadero lujo para estar aislado del ruido del corredor; - un pequeño sofá para dos; - de muy numerosos asentamientos; - una gran ventana que da sobre la verdura, la tranquilidad y la canción de las aves. En cuanto al desayuno, se realiza en una gran sala de cristales en el primer piso que sobrepasa la campana. Es tan mejor que todas estas habitaciones de desayuno sin luz y encantadas. Por último, el restaurante del golf es agradable y ofrece una fórmula de una buena relación calidad-precio. Recomendamos este hotel para aquellos que quieren ir a la región: es un placer volver a la tranquilidad por la noche y disfrutar también de la piscina. Sólo esperamos que cuando se renoven las habitaciones, la puerta sas, los numerosos asentamientos, la oficina... todo esto no pasará a la trampa, sustituido por iluminaciones sofisticadas y mal diseñadas, sillas originales, pero incómodas...

El restaurante es delicioso

A lovely hotel in a great location just steps away from the beach, bars and restaurants. We had a superior room which was compact but well appointed with an inward facing balcony. The bed was extremely comfortable and a bright modern shower room. Breakfast was included and there was a vast choice from scrambled eggs to pastries, fresh fruit, cheeses and cold meats. The staff were all very pleasant and Camy was great in her communications with me regarding the upgrade to a superior room (this was a Brittany Ferries deal). The only reason for the 4 stars is the hairdryer in the bathroom. Ladies, bring your own! We would definitely stay here again.

We much enjoyed our return after 5 years. Still the same impeccable staff, and the wonderful view of the bay. The decor has been recently freshened up, much to its advantage, but with the art-deco vibe maintained. Inevitably, prices have risen, and value for money is a little more challenging than it was. The restaurant has moved further upmarket, with just a choice of 3 tasting menus (admittedly very fine, but not for every night). Location is just about perfect, with shops in town in easy reach (but not too close), and the beach easily accessible too - if you can manage the 100+ steps back up to the hotel! Easy onsite, under cover parking, with a number of charging points. Wi-Fi reliable. Bedrooms are very comfortable, but not large (floor space at a bit of a premium). Absence of air-conditioning might be a problem for some, but not during our stay this time - large windows do open and give good ventilation. I have a feeling we'll be back!
