El hotel Eurostar tirana en Albania es el peor hotel que he visitado, hice la reserva con un precio pero al llegar me cobra 10 euros a mas por tasas de nose que (he ido yo y mis dos hijas menores) la habitación no era lo que reserve aun asi nos las quedamos porque el idioma es complicado hablar y estábamos muy cansadas, ademas el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido bastante fuerte, la hora del desayuno no tenia ni café ni los vasos limpios para zumos, los zumos no eran naturales, en cuanto a variedad va justa, y para finalizar al salir nos dicen que nos hemos bebido un agua de la habitación (cosa que es mentira porque compramos frente al hotel del supermarkert) quizo cobrarnos 6 euros por algo que no consumimos mis hijas ya no son infantiles saben que no deben de consumir nada de alli porque los precios son exesivos, y antes de salir de la habitación hemos mirado todo y estaba todo perfecto, porque ya a otra mi amiga que también estuvo en el mismo dia le han dicho lo mismo, según pensamos es una técnica que utilizan para los extranjeros, estafan a los clientes, y no te dan ninguna factura al pagar, lo más surrealista que nos han dicho es que cojimos una botella de agua y lo recargamos por agua del water, solo les digo que busquen otro hotel o esten muy atentos porque no vale para ser 4 estrellas y con el personal que te quieren estafar, una verguenza total, nunca mas en ese hotel.

You can’t do much better than this place. We thoroughly enjoyed it. It has a great city center location, only about 1 km from Skanderbeg Square and 1 km from the Grand Park. All around the hotel are busy streets filled with shops, cafés, bars, restaurants, etc. – it seemed to be a very nice neighborhood. The gals at reception were super friendly and helpful. We were given a 10th floor room with a decent view across the city. The room was spacious, bright, and clean but we noticed that there were a few maintenance issues that needed to be attended to, like all the paint peeling off the window sills. The Wifi worked great, but we struggled to find any decent English programming on the TV. There was a good little fridge and a great shower – but watch the very, very slippery tiles on the shower floor, definitely a hazard. The room was well sound-proofed – almost no street noise. The free breakfast was superb – an amazing array of pastries, cakes, and breads and a small variety of hot dishes, and some fresh fruit. We had a look at the hotel bikes, but on close inspection they didn’t look all that reliable so we opted to rent some good bikes from the bicycle shop just down the street. Overall we had an amazing stay and loved the service at this hotel. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers looking for an affordable place in Tirana.

La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel es muy grande, el mejor de Albania. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, junto a la plaza principal, junto a una puerta de un centro comercial y una zona pedestriana llena de restaurantes y cafés. El hotel también dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano para llegar a su coche sin salir si no quieres usar el servicio de valet. Pero en términos de valor, es un gran negocio. Y usted obtiene el nivel de servicio que usted esperaría de un hotel 5*. Muchos hoteles de Albania tienen las instalaciones adecuadas, pero no el servicio polido o la experiencia sin soldadura que encuentra en la Plaza.

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

As requested by receptionists I post the review- unfortunately it cannot be positive. We arrived on Thursday afternoon (SEP 8 2022). First of all we were disappointed by impolite service in the restaurant that we used twice- for the lunch and for the dinner. During the lunch we were served by the waitress (black pony-tailed hair) who was impolite, impatient and angry. She was confusing the price of house wine several times- once she was saying the price of 800 LEK, shortly after the price increased to 8000 LEK, then 800 LEK again and suddenly she showed her disapproval that we dare to ask of the price of house wine as ”it is so cheap as 80 EUR”. Maybe 80 EUR for the house wine is cheap for the well-paid waitress but we do not consider it to be adequate price. During the evening we were lucky not to be served by Her. Restaurant manager came, took the order and professionally delivered pastas and drinks we ordered. Then nightmare started again as angry, stressed and tired (the same) waitress came and stated that ”she does not know if / and what kind of/dessert is left and we can go to the other bar and ask them”. Seriously? You have desserts in the menu and when I ordered panna cotta and tiramisu I must go to different place to ask it it is still available? This is not a treatment I would expect in a cheap meat shop, not in an aspiring 4 star hotel. This situation forced me to write the review. Hotel itself is pathetic with urgent need of maintanence- in our room nr 101 shower hand holder was falling apart whenever I was trying to move it, fridge did not produce any cold, water did not drain from the bidet and shower gel was so small that was not enogh to take even one shower, for one person. Plenty of insects in the outside pool, water needs impovement too. There is plenty cheaper hotels literally a few steps away where price- quality ratio will be much more honest. And perhaps their staff will not treat the guests as intruders who dare to ask for the price of ”house wine that is that cheap as 80 EUR”. Atmosphere in Best Western Ark at Rinas Airport is dense and the staff treats the guests condescendingly. There are jumping around the people who come for a dinner well-dressed (pretending to be much posh than they really are) serving them free shots whereas ignoring the people who come in casual clothes and telling to go for the desserts elsewhere. It is really strange that from all the guests ordering from the same menu only some get special treatment, even free shots and the others are not even served properly. The staff should definitely improve English. For us Best Western proved again that they are below standards or their much better competitors.

We weren't guests but stayed here on a couple of occasions for food & drinks. The staff were very friendly. I think if we come back to Tirana Albans we would stay here. You're right in the centre of town also ,great spot for 'people watching' Your also close to the Bunkart2 museum, the castle (nice restaurants) and plenty of bars. The hotel looked very nice in the lobby area when i nipped to the loo.

La habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy agradable, la habitación era muy agradable. Recomiendo que el escritorio delantero sepa si quieres desayuno, no me di cuenta que tenía que hacer esto, pero todavía me han alojado en el último minuto que aprecié tanto. El desayuno no está incluido en el precio. ¡Café lindo en el nivel inferior y en la ubicación ideal! Espero poder visitar de nuevo algún día.
