La habitación de la habitación era muy buena, pero la habitación era muy buena. El hotel es muy grande, el mejor de Albania. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, junto a la plaza principal, junto a una puerta de un centro comercial y una zona pedestriana llena de restaurantes y cafés. El hotel también dispone de aparcamiento gratuito en el sótano para llegar a su coche sin salir si no quieres usar el servicio de valet. Aunque nuestro paso por el hotel fue tan solo de una noche me pareció un hotel que reunía todas las características de un hotel de lujo: habitaciones, comedor, jardines, atención del personal, ascensores, wifi... Céntrico sin lugar a dudas en una ciudad de construcciones modernas, avenidas, paseos.... Aunque había toque de queda pudimos ir y volver andando hasta el restaurante de la cena. Un paseo muy agradable. Desayuno con todos los ingredientes y bien atendido. Recomendable sin lugar a dudas.

Hotel muy moderno en el centro de Tirana. Habitación realmente espaciosa, el baño es muy grande. Dos botellas de agua gratuitas. Tanto el personal de la recepción, como el del restaurant (Metropolitan Restaurant) super amables. El mozo del restaurant no hablaba bien inglés pero se esmeró en entender todo lo que le pedimos. El bartender conocía muchos de los Cocktails exóticos que le ordenamos. En la entrada, una empleada del hotel recibe a los huéspedes vistiendo ropa típica y ofreciendo una especie de trufas de chocolate. Muy conforme con la limpieza, el servicio y las instalaciones.

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

I would never stay in this hotel or city again; it went from bad to worse within minutes. We arrived at our hotel at 7am as our flight was delayed so got there a little later than expected, we went to the front desk where the man did not even acknowledge us for 10 minutes to be then told they cancelled our room as we were a no show. We told them our flight was delayed and the site says check in at any time. He then made us go to another hotel which he told us was a 3-minute taxi journey away and said he would pay for the taxi. We finally got a taxi after waiting another 30 minutes, and it was over 10 minutes away. When we got to the other hotel the receptionist told us we need to pay for the hotel and the taxi for all 3 of us which never got told to us by the first hotel. We had all inclusive booked and got told we would have the same at this hotel but never got told that I would have to pay almost £300 more when I got to the other hotel even though our hotel was paid for months ago. I just paid for 1 standard night with no extras as this was very expensive and we should not have had to do this anyway as this was paid for. So, I had to pay for the room to then go to a third hotel across the road, which we were also never got told about until after we paid for the hotel. Every person we met at all 3 hotels were rude, abrupt and there was no communication at all. We finally got into out hotel room at 9am after being up all day working, for then a flight to be delayed and then to this happening. We had to pay extra for the spa even though we got told this was included in the hotel. We had to leave our passports with the receptionist at the third hotel, when we went to leave, we had to remind her that she had our passports and then when we asked for them, they were in an unlocked cupboard behind her where anyone could access. She also tried to charge us for breakfast again even though we paid for that the morning before, oh and you had to go across to the other hotel to have breakfast and use the spa. I travel a lot and have never had this happen. I have tried to get in touch with the hotel since then and they just ignore my emails and messages so nothing gets resolved.

El hotel Eurostar tirana en Albania es el peor hotel que he visitado, hice la reserva con un precio pero al llegar me cobra 10 euros a mas por tasas de nose que (he ido yo y mis dos hijas menores) la habitación no era lo que reserve aun asi nos las quedamos porque el idioma es complicado hablar y estábamos muy cansadas, ademas el aire acondicionado hacia un ruido bastante fuerte, la hora del desayuno no tenia ni café ni los vasos limpios para zumos, los zumos no eran naturales, en cuanto a variedad va justa, y para finalizar al salir nos dicen que nos hemos bebido un agua de la habitación (cosa que es mentira porque compramos frente al hotel del supermarkert) quizo cobrarnos 6 euros por algo que no consumimos mis hijas ya no son infantiles saben que no deben de consumir nada de alli porque los precios son exesivos, y antes de salir de la habitación hemos mirado todo y estaba todo perfecto, porque ya a otra mi amiga que también estuvo en el mismo dia le han dicho lo mismo, según pensamos es una técnica que utilizan para los extranjeros, estafan a los clientes, y no te dan ninguna factura al pagar, lo más surrealista que nos han dicho es que cojimos una botella de agua y lo recargamos por agua del water, solo les digo que busquen otro hotel o esten muy atentos porque no vale para ser 4 estrellas y con el personal que te quieren estafar, una verguenza total, nunca mas en ese hotel.

El hotel se encuentra en una zona tranquila de Tirana, hay restaurantes y tiendas a su alrededor, pedimos que nos recogieran en el aeropuerto y todo fue super correcto. Al llegar al hotel el chico que había en recepción nos atendió muy bien incluido nos hablo en español, hay varias personas de recepción que hablan español. La habitación que pedimos fue una doble Deluxe, muy amplia y cama muy comoda, el baño correcto así como su limpieza. Aunque necesita renovación el mobiliario de la habitacion. El desayuno muy bueno y variado. Su restaurante excelente relación calidad/precio, el personal muy atento y amable. Muy recomendable al igual que su cafeteria en su terraza. Hotel muy recomendable, seguro que volvemos.

Había una estancia muy bonita aquí. La ubicación es perfecta. A cinco minutos a pie de la parada de autobús del aeropuerto y la Plaza Skanderbeg. Muchas cafeterías cerca. Área segura. Personal amigable. Shaban tan útil. Desayuno continental pero más que suficiente. Si el café es demasiado fuerte diluido con agua cocida (caja disponible) y luego el café es perfecto. Struttura ottima, sita in zona molto strategica e smart. Si dorme molto bene, forse le stanze potrebbero avere un mobiletto o un tavolino in piu, ma la scelta soft non è male. Bagno molto tecnologico e bello, molto ben apprezzata anche la larga doccia, finalmente un posto dove puoi regolare l'aria condizionata per davvero e in maniera ergonomica ed efficace. Personale molto disponibile, forse solo la colazione potrebbe essere migliorata: si tiene sul tetto e a livello scenografico è accattivante, peccato non sia ricca e quel caffè ad un euro di sovrapprezzo stona parecchio Ottimo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel, considerando che ci sono multe continue all'esterno

Estaba en este hotel la semana pasada. El personal del hotel es amigable, profesional, conocido y útil. Me ayudaron a encontrar un lugar para comer, tienda, etc. El hotel está situado cerca de buenos restaurantes y tiendas. Las habitaciones son mejores que las publicitadas y me dieron todas mis solicitudes (piñuelos y toallas extras). La cama era muy cómoda. Me quedé en la suite Deluxe y el baño funcionó perfectamente. Estaría aquí otra vez si visitaba Tirana.

Estaba aquí 3 noches. Un agradable estancia en general. Mi habitación en el tercer piso no es la mayor, pero limpia y moderna. Algunos pequeños ruidos de tráfico por la noche pero llevaban oídos de todos modos y durmió bien. Los compañeros de viaje fueron generalmente mayores de 35 años y considerados. No hay jóvenes ruidosos aquí. Personal útil y eficiente. Despertar recibido a tiempo. No hay gimnasio en este hotel, a diferencia de alguna información en línea. El desayuno es bueno para una breve estancia, puede estar cansado de las opciones si permanecer más. El hotel está situado en el centro de la ciudad, a una distancia de caminar a la vista principal, y ofrece una ubicación ideal para los huéspedes. A las 10:00 de la Opera House en la Plaza Skanderberg, me fui a la calle y volví al hotel, no mucho esfuerzo. El hotel se ha pedido que reserve un taxi desde el aeropuerto a media noche. Lo hicieron, aunque la policía estaba en el aeropuerto con taxis que se movían con nombres a la salida de la sala de llegadas por alguna razón, tal vez congestión, así que mi me llamó para reunirme cerca de la señal KFC cerca. ¡No hay necesidad de ver el metro!

El hotel no es muy grande, la ubicación es buena, pero el personal del hotel está entusiasta para que nos disculpen, ayudemos a coger el equipaje, veamos que nuestro coche es más lleno, ayudemos a lavarnos el coche y limpiarnos muy seriamente, y nos sentimos muy preocupados por no ir. Es un poco de ”fraternidad 👬”. No importa dónde se pregunte, los albaneses son muy entusiastas y no saben si tratan a los turistas de otros países. El hotel tiene un estacionamiento gratuito. El desayuno es el desayuno más memorable que he visitado en todos los países y en los hoteles nacionales. No es lo rico y alto que es, sino que cada última vez que se come, nos sorprende que no se come el desayuno, es sólo un encanto de cada obra de arte. ¡Maravilloso! No sé cuánto lo que les damos para expresar nuestras emociones.

The hotel, the staff and the over-all experience exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we had a bit of hiccups with the car rental company. But the hotel made up for it. The room is modern, all necessities provided. Parking available. Breakfast was very good and varies from day to day.Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Freddy who is very helpful, kind and always ready to help us. He made sure that we got all that we need when we left for our road trip to Kosovo. WE REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. No hotel stars can compare to the friendliness of this hotel. We will definitely be back here soon.

We weren't guests but stayed here on a couple of occasions for food & drinks. The staff were very friendly. I think if we come back to Tirana Albans we would stay here. You're right in the centre of town also ,great spot for 'people watching' Your also close to the Bunkart2 museum, the castle (nice restaurants) and plenty of bars. The hotel looked very nice in the lobby area when i nipped to the loo.

L'hotel nulla di male, letti comodissimi. L'unica cosa che mi è successa è che una mattina mentre mia madre era fuori dalla stanza che era andata a prendere la colazione, io ero rimasto sotto le coperte (ero quasi nascosto perchè ero coperto fino a sopra) ad una certa sento la porta aprirsi e mi sveglio pensando fosse mia madre e invece no, era una donna delle pulizia che non vedendomi ha iniziato ad aprire tutte le nostre borse e ogni minima cosa di nostra proprietà poi mi sono fatto notare ed è uscita senza dire e prendere nulla, per non parlare di quando devono fare qualcosa che vogliono sempre la stanza libera. Prezzi del frigo altissimi solo perchè eravamo Italiani (1,50€ una bottiglia d'acqua da 100cc quando in un negozio qualsiasi in Albania con 1,50€ prendi due bottiglie da 2 litri.

We weren't guests but stayed here on a couple of occasions for food & drinks. The staff were very friendly. I think if we come back to Tirana Albans we would stay here. You're right in the centre of town also ,great spot for 'people watching' Your also close to the Bunkart2 museum, the castle (nice restaurants) and plenty of bars. The hotel looked very nice in the lobby area when i nipped to the loo.

The hotel, the staff and the over-all experience exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we had a bit of hiccups with the car rental company. But the hotel made up for it. The room is modern, all necessities provided. Parking available. Breakfast was very good and varies from day to day.Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Freddy who is very helpful, kind and always ready to help us. He made sure that we got all that we need when we left for our road trip to Kosovo. WE REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. No hotel stars can compare to the friendliness of this hotel. We will definitely be back here soon.

We spent 3 nights here in a room on the third floor. There are no lifts but this was not a problem for us. We liked the modern feel of our room and the bathroom was a decent size. The location was great for exploring Tirana on foot and close to the local buses too. It felt like the hotel was in a party neighbourhood as there was loud music playing each night when we were there, which we liked. There are lots of nearby bars and restaurants. For breakfast, we had a choice from a menu, which was handy as you could pick what you wanted without excess food wastage. The highlight were the staff. All the reception staff spoke exceptionally good English and were extremely helpful. The hotel manager, Grinda, was super helpful. We would stay here again.

I had booked a single room for 2 nights with last minute.com. When I arrived they could not find it. Ok, not the hotel fault if the provider did not send it. But the receptionist was very rude. She kept saying ”you have to pay or you cannot have the room”. I tried to explain that I had already paid and we should try to solve the issue but she only seem interested in getting rid of me. Luckily I was able to get quickly in touch with last minute, they contacted their provider that re-sent the reservation with the payment. I went back to the front desk and told them that they should receive shortly my reservation but once again she kept telling me ”you have no reservation”. I calmly explained that it would probably take a couple of minutes. I sat down and 2' later the other girl at the reception (definitely more accomodating but she clearly was not the one in charge...). brought me the room key and apologized. The rudness was unacceptable as it wasn't either mine or their fault but being a host they should know how to treat customers who keep their business running. The hotel itself is ok, old but well kept and in a convenient location. The room was clean, vert big shower, comfy beds. No complaints there.

A few general statements about your stay: - when deciding on a room without a sea view, you have to be aware that the view may differ from the pictures (I recommend taking a room with a sea view :)) - there is a swimming pool and a disco on the roof of the building, which results in quite a lot of noise in the evenings and at night on the upper floors of the building (you can change the room if it is a nuisance for someone) - there is only one all inclusive bar (a bit small for such a large facility) - the use of the swimming pool and bar on the roof, the bar on the pier is paid extra I am satisfied with the quality of the rooms at Klajdi Resort. Spacious and well-decorated rooms ensure a comfortable stay. The decor is modern and pleasing to the eye and the beds are comfortable. In addition, the rooms are well soundproofed, which contributes to a peaceful and relaxing holiday. Klajdi Resort's staff is courteous and helpful. Both receptionists and cleaning staff are always ready to answer questions and fulfill any guest requests. Only the pool bar and pool staff could be more smiling and helpful. Cleanliness at the Klajdi Resort hotel is maintained at a very high level. The rooms are cleaned regularly and thoroughly vacuumed. Sheets and towels are fresh and fragrant. In general, the entire hotel is clean and well-kept, which positively affects the comfort and hygiene of your stay. Location of the hotel Klajdi Resort is located directly on a free private beach, separated only by a promenade. The quality of the accommodation at the Klajdi Resort hotel is excellent. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped, and the bathrooms are modern and functional. Regardless of the type of stay, I will find here everything I need to have a good rest and regenerate my strength. The value offered by Klajdi Resort Hotel is undoubtedly very good. I get a high standard of accommodation, professional service and cleanliness, all at a reasonable price. I am convinced that the quality of the service is fully in line with the cost of the stay, which makes me feel satisfied in terms of value for money.

He visitado muchísimos países, y en hoteles de todo tipo, y en alguna oportunidad me ha tocado pedir “late checkout” o lo que es lo mismo “salida tarde” porque mi vuelo de regreso a casa sale muy tarde ese día. En este caso pagué casi 600€ por prácticamente 2 noches, eran 3 noches, pero la primera noche llegué a las 2 de la madrugada del aeropuerto, es decir, prácticamente 2 noches, cuando en Albania los hoteles están muy baratos, pero preferí agarrar una cadena conocida por si acaso, Y AL PEDIR LATE CHECKOUT DE 2h porque mi vuelo salía a las 18:50h de la tarde, ME DIJERON QUE NOOOO, cuando el hotel estaba recién estrenado y estaba prácticamente vacío!!!!!!!! ME PARECIÓ MUY MUY MAL, TUVE QUE ESTAR DANDO VUELTAS POR TIRANA Y COMER SÚPER TARDE, PARA PODER HACER TIEMPO HASTA LAS 16h que me fui al aeropuerto. PIENSO RECOMENDAR EL HOTEL? NO!!!!, PIENSO VOLVER??? NO!!!!, no sólo por esto, sino porque está lejos del centro, el restaurant Terra del hotel es carísimo, y mira que a mi casi nada me sorprende, pero la diferencia de precios con el resto de la ciudad, me sorprendió muchísimo. Pedimos para comer unas mini chuletas de cerdo ibérico y un Angus rib y 2 aguas, y nos cobraron 135€, cuando en el restaurante ERA, que está a 50 metros del hotel, lo recomienda TripAdvisor, y nos costó un risotto exquisito, y 2 chuletones de angus de 1.200 gramos con guarnición de setas y verduras, más pan, más 2 aguas, más una Pepsi max, OJO 53€, de locura!!!! Y estaba todo muy bien, así que no se justifican los precios del hotel. El hotel es bonito?? Si!!!, es cómodo??? Si!!!, está prácticamente nuevo, lo inauguraron hace poco, pero eso no da derecho a que te cobren 5 veces más por comer en sus instalaciones, está a 1 km y medio o más de la plaza Skanderbeg y de todo lo que hay que visitar por la capital de Albania. Estabamos dos noches en Pandora y nos sentíamos bien. Las camas son blandas, las encontramos muy bien. El baño tiene marmo chic. El agradable receptor fue muy útil. Describe la parada cercana, desde donde se puede llegar al centro en 10 minutos (por 0,4 €). Nos encontramos en la cocina justo al lado de Croissants y Berek, nos dio platos y café. Muy bonito. Dejó lavar ropa, lo que fue muy barato y rápidamente hecho. La zona alrededor del hotel es algo pobre, pero inofensivo. Volveríamos a reservar allí inmediatamente.

The hotel, the staff and the over-all experience exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, we had a bit of hiccups with the car rental company. But the hotel made up for it. The room is modern, all necessities provided. Parking available. Breakfast was very good and varies from day to day.Staff very friendly and helpful. Special mention to Freddy who is very helpful, kind and always ready to help us. He made sure that we got all that we need when we left for our road trip to Kosovo. WE REALLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. No hotel stars can compare to the friendliness of this hotel. We will definitely be back here soon.
