La suite estaba frente al mar como yo había pedido. El personal es muy atento y siempre está disponible para orientar a los huéspedes en sus necesidades, con un gran conocimiento de Salónica. A pesar de estar en la ciudad, pero unas pocas noches, he utilizado el servicio de valet para estacionar en el pasado. Es muy conveniente. Normalmente no una persona de desayuno, el buffet fue tan diversificado, me endulció cada mañana. El personal es la joya del hotel Daios. Desde el escritorio delantero, los portadores, el mantenimiento de la casa y el personal del restaurante, su calor se ven. Están todos atentos de una manera maravillosamente subdued. Atentos pero no intrusivos y realmente elogia el estilo de propiedades. En última instancia, me quedaría otra vez ... ? Oh, sí. Es el tamaño correcto que no se trata como otro alquiler temporal. Están realmente apreciados que estés en su cuidado. Y es un sentimiento especial cada vez que me quedo en los Daios.

It was our first time at MonAsty and we enjoyed the warm welcome by the whole team the moment we arrived. We were showed to our room which was quiet as requested and had a modern interior. During our stay we noticed a small issue with the water temperature which was addressed promptly. There was a nightly live music at the bar downstairs which was not intrusive. I noticed that the small entrance area equipped with a couple of tables was well liked by guests and locals who came here to have coffee which made the scenery more lively. What really stood out was the hospitality of the staff and especially Ms. Vana who went above and beyond to organize a dinner reservation for us at a unique location. Since it was on Dec. 29 most of the places were booked already and it was only due to her that we were able to celebrate with our friends in this memorable spot. As highlighted by others the location in the center of the city is a major advantage for shopping, sightseeing and dining. We highly recommend this hotel and will be back hopefully soon.

Estaba en camino a Haldiki por 3 noches. Nos celebramos nuestro 20o aniversario de bodas,. Inspeccione muy eficiente. Hotel limpio sin lugar a dudas, excelente ubicación, corta caminata a la ciudad. Personal agradable, cortés y útil. El hotel ofrece un servicio de calidad y una buena calidad para los clientes. Nos hemos dado el masaje Ham Mam en el hotel , lo recomendamos muy , muy relajado , disfruta de una experiencia .

Hotel de lujo, histórico en el centro de la ciudad. Nuestro buen tamaño de habitación tenía vistas costeras, una cama muy cómoda y un baño de mármol. Grand Wi-Fi. Calma. Minibar almacenado : bueno ver que el hotel especial Covid paranoia finalmente se ha acabado. El desayuno buffet en el restaurante / bar de arriba era generoso, variado y ofreció una visita espectacular para comenzar el día. (Recuerde pedirle a Americano más que café negro para que usted reciba una bebida barrista). Otros huéspedes: parejas y grupos adultos de todas las edades y nacionalidades.

Not all five star hotels are created equal. This truth was evident from the moment I stepped into the hotel. Car parking - that will be 20 euro a night. Alternatives? No idea (turned out that you can park three blocks away for less than 10 euro a night depending on departure time next day). Room upgrade - impossible - I get that this isn't always possible but the delivery by staff is all important. The room - ok - nothing to write home about (shower leaked from the top - when I mentioned as I left no one seemed to care - which just about summed up my stay). The view - from the back side of the hotel - not worth the money. The breakfast - passible. All in all would I go back? Honestly no - I'd definitely look elsewhere.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this hotel. The location is excellent as it is only a few minutes from the White Tower. Our room was a good size and very clean. However there was no where to put a large suitcase. The shelf where a suitcase could have been put was blocked off by a full length mirror. Whilst a full length mirror is great it is a real shame they have chosen to effectively limit the use of the shelving. We put one suitcase on the desk and had to have the other one on the floor. There was also a faint smell of food in the room. We noticed that the cleaners always left a window in the room ajar and wondered if this was to try and get rid of the food smell. The bathroom was also an OK size but unfortunately it was impossible to have a shower without wetting the bathroom floor. They have an agreement with a local car park operator and we parked our car there. When we first saw the car park we were a bit hesitant. We had to drive the car onto a circular disk and the car disappeared down an elevator. We had never experienced a car park like this but it did all work OK. I had asked for the price of parking when I first booked and I was told it would be 10€. When we arrived it was 13€. I appreciate things do increase but it would have been considerate if they had said this rather than just say it’s 13€. We had intended to take the breakfast option but when we saw the room and spoke to the staff we decided against this for the following reasons: 1. There was no table and chairs in the room to eat breakfast. We would have had to balance it on our lap on the bed. 2. The earliest time we could get breakfast was 8.30am. We wanted to be out and about by this time. 3. We were concerned that the hot food would not be hot by the time we received it. To be perfectly honest we are simply amazed that a 4 star hotel would expect people to eat breakfast on their laps. The female who checked us in gave us a lot of information. In fact, so much that it was overwhelming. We would have preferred detailed information about fewer things. The gentleman who was there when we were settling our bill (the evening before we checked out) gave us good information about leaving the car park. He understood the need for detailed information. I booked this hotel almost 5 months prior to our stay. Just over 2 months before our stay I emailed the hotel to notify them that the credit card I had used to confirm the booking had been compromised and cancelled by the bank and was there a secure way I could update the credit card. They had no options. I ended up cancelling the booking and rebooking. Thankfully the rate was still the same. Whilst I understand their need for a credit card I did not receive such an unhelpful response from any other hotel. We are away for about 2 months and have just over 20 bookings. With some other hotels I could update the details securely online, some phoned me via WhatsApp, some phoned me at home prior to leaving and almost half were ha

Excelente en todos los puntos de vista, entre pasos del largo y muy poco a la Torre Blanca, muy central, nueva y hermosa estructura, amplias habitaciones, dos ascensores, personal más que amable y disponible (me imprimieron entradas de vuelo y llamó un taxi para ir a visitar un sitio, alguien también habla italiano. Garaje muy cerca, no es del hotel, pero quieren llamarlos para reservarlo. Me asignaron una suite junior aunque con booking.com había reservado un gesto superior) muy agradable. La habitación superaccesorios, muy limpia. camas muy cómodas con doble cojín. Air acondicionado ya encendido, por lo que la habitación fresca a nuestra llegada Baño con ducha, toallas, toallas, sabón de dos calidades diferentes. Desafortunadamente falta el bidet. Plano de lavabo amplio, pero no se sabe dónde apoyar las toallas utilizadas. Desayuno: no tantos productos, pero de excelente calidad, traen bebidas calientes. No encontré una sala de lectura. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Its central location is very convenient, as everything is easily accessible. Our room had a good view and it was clean and spacious. The bathroom could use some towel hooks, as we had no place to hang our wet towels. They were changed every day, but we would have preferred to just reuse them, so towel bars and hooks would be a win-win for the hotel and the guests. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The hotel offers no parking, but there are parking garages nearby. All in all, our experience was very positive.

No podría esperar algo mejor, increíble,el servicio muy muy simpático, agradable, limpios, las habitaciones son muy bonitas y limpias, hace tiempo no me sentía tan cómoda, recomiendo estar sitio tanto sea en pareja como con amigos o solo, incluso si estaa solo es mejor venir aquí ya que el ambiente es muy relajante y con buenas vibras. Estaba tan agusto que no quise irme... Muchas muchas ευχαριστώ (gracias)❤!!!
