Recientemente me quedé en esta propiedad durante la visita a Mumbai. Se encuentra cerca del terminal de camiones en Vashi-Navi Mumbai. Es un hotel decente con habitaciones limpias, buena comida y personal cortés. El desayuno bufé bien extendido se sirve en el restaurante de piso.

Fue con un toddler, como una familia. Pros: El servicio era bueno. La comida era buena. La gente era agradable. La ubicación era decente. Ha tenido una estadía razonablemente agradable. Cons: El tamaño de la habitación era muy pequeño. El baño también se ha confundido con la necesidad de cerrar una puerta antes de acceder a la otra. Es frustrante. Sé que Mumbai es caro, pero no pude comparar tamaños/valor por dinero. Así que aunque esto fue frustrante, no reduciendo una estrella para este aspecto. Apenas había unos pocos pies alrededor de la cama. En ese espacio, había rejas de vidrio protruyendo, para mantener la caja superior de la televisión. Continuamos heriendo. Debe moverse por encima de 7 pies. La habitación era muy agradable, pero no era muy limpia.

I am giving a rating of 1 only because there is no zero rating. I had to stay there for a night on an official visit and really regretted the decision. It felt like a lodge with nice bathroom fittings. Other that the new taps, nothing was nice about the place. The towels looked as if they had been snatched out of a donkey's mouth. The sheets looked brown as if washed in gutter water. I was scared of getting some disease just by staying the night. The room was so tiny that I felt suffocated and kept the door open all night! There were no windows. Since the room was on the 27th floor, I expected great views and breeze, but instead got four damp walls! Breakfast was included, and it was a unique experience all by itself! the 25th floor is the refuge area, and in that they have placed a few tables and chairs as a ”restaurant”. The servers had no clue when the breakfast will start and what the menu was. There were no fans since it was the refuge area and they opened the sliding doors for air! All kinds of building and fire violations were happening. The lift on that floor could not be called from outside, so I walked down to 25th floor and then brought the lift up. Had to do the same with my luggage while checking out. No one around to ask or guide. Intercom was not working. The staircase had ”servants toilets” which were unimaginably dirty and piled with garbage. Thankfully I only had to spend 8 hours in the place and checked out as soon as I could. To think that my company paid 4000 for this!
