Self service check in and out. Very convenient. Location is near Feng Jia night market, breakfast buffet is really nice. Room is clean, new, but is just a bit small.

Location is very far from everything apart from Feng Jia Night market- 10-15 min walk. Room are quite small as well. Breakfast buffet was mid. You pay what you get!  Hotel is new, clean and well maintained tho!

Family of 5: We stayed in eco oriental family room and was perfect for us. Big comfy beds, clean sheets, L sofa outside for us to settle down and pack things before bathing & sleeping. Toilet size was comfortable, with a clean bathtub and good shower head for water pressure, racks to hang towels. Clean! Able to have restful stay. Location: 10 min walk to FengChia night market by hotels back gate, so eating & shopping are not far. No human at check-in though, so have to self-check in in the lobby(see last pic) but there’s a phone for you to call if u get stuck. Free parking if you drive. Carpark is good sized. Self laundry service available so that’s convenient too. Hotel buffet on 15th flr, which has glass windows so there’s some view to enjoy. Breakfast selection is not bad, porridge, steamed buns, cereal, cooked food, cakes for dessert even. Will def stay again!

The room is clean and service staff are available when help is needed. However, room can be quite compact even for 2 Adult and 1 child. Interesting thing about this hotel would be the self check in and out service. It is about a 500m walk to Feng Chia Night market. The view from the breakfast buffet is refreshing as it provides quite a good view of Taichung. Breakfast spread is great too. Recommend to get with breakfast.

The room is beautiful: modern, spacious, and tidy. Located nearby Fengchia Night Market (5-7 mins walk). You can also have some views from the restaurant where you have a breakfast (various food).

Very disturbing to arrive in a lobby with NO human at all... Room was ok but carpet while ics showed tiles. Great view on the park and on the far mountains, Just horrible sound proofing, could hear all neighbors sounds. Water boiler, hangers, water running... Horrible! Breakfast is so so, not to say bad, but breakfast view is great

It was a nice stay at Kloud hotel! Checking in was a breeze, fully automated yet simple. We reached relatively early, but thankful for a staff who passed by and help us to store our luggages before our check in timing. Level 1 has an empty lounge which is available 24hrs. You can chill there or microwave your 7-11 meals
