7.5/10 Location: Outside of “central” Athens but easily connected by metro & buses. Kifisia is gorgeous, safe, filled with high end boutiques, restaurants + cafes. Room/Ambience: Hotel itself is stunning + very relaxing vibe. Decor details incredible as expected of a boutique hotel of this nature.  Food: Very good selection of hot + cold, plus actual barista coffee. Do not expect American style breakfast - this is Europe after all. We did not eat lunch or dinner but the menus looked great and was filled with locals in the evening. Service: Although reception staff were sufficiently friendly, service very lacking for a high end boutique hotel. It was 26 degrees celsius every day while in Athens. Not prior to our stay, nor during check-in did anyone advise us that the pool was closed likely until end of May. This is not advertised on any booking platform, or on the hotel website, which was very disappointing. We sat in the pool lounge chairs for over two hours (staff saw us as the restaurant is immediately adjacent). Nobody offered us pool towels to lie on, or if we wanted to order any drinks or food. My partner had to get dressed, go to reception and ask. They didn’t even offer to clean the pool given the hot weather made it ready for use. It really put a downer on our stay, and why we opted not to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. Similar experience at breakfast; nobody offered us coffee orders, we heard someone else order and realised it was available.

This place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example). The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible. Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log. Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense. Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

Desde el momento en que llegamos, nos sentimos realmente bienvenidos el equipo golpeó ese equilibrio ideal de profesionalismo y calor, y inmediatamente nos sentíamos en un espacio LGBTQ ‑amigable donde podíamos relajarnos completamente. El hotel está muy bien diseñado, moderno, elegante y cuidadosamente curado sin sentirse pretencioso. El despertar a las vistas de Atenas y salir a la ciudad en minutos hizo que nuestro largo fin de semana se sintiera insatisfactorio. El hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado, y el hotel está muy bien situado. Es raro encontrar un hotel que mezcle estilo, comodidad y inclusión tan naturalmente. El servicio, como era de esperar de los griegos, fue excelente y servicial. La ubicación del hotel está cerca del centro y fue bastante satisfactoria. El primer día tuvimos un problema con el agua de la ducha, que se filtraba por la puerta y mojó mucho el suelo del baño, pero lo solucionaron de inmediato. Teníamos mosquitos en la habitación y, tras quejarnos, nos proporcionaron una trampa para mosquitos. El problema con los mosquitos es crítico, ya que la piel de mi hija es muy sensible y cualquier picadura puede provocar una inflamación terrible, que fue precisamente lo que le ocurrió. El último día no había agua caliente, así que tuve que ducharme con agua ligeramente tibia.

Posizione buona del hotel, servizi scarsi, pulizia ottima, ad ogni orario, e staff molto gentile, colazione abbondante, però mai variabile, sempre le solite cose, dopo 3 giorni stufa mangiare sempre le stesse cose. Parcheggio non disponibile in loco come riferito!!! Questa cosa da cambiare assolutamente siccome un cliente può essere alla ricerca di qualche hotel con unicamente un parcheggio privato disponibile in loco!! Per essere un 4 stelle mi aspettavo perlomeno, i spazzolini usa e getta e un rasoio usa e getta…… Però forse è chiedere troppo (?) Per il resto ottimo qualcosina da migliorare! Però ci ritornerei.

Esta es una característica típica de las casas griegas. La apariencia es ordinaria, incluso lúgubre, ¡pero el interior es exquisito! El desayuno es de estilo tradicional griego. Especialmente el desayuno del domingo es increíble, la ensalada tiene verduras de hojas verdes. El yogur y la miel son deliciosos. ¡La vista desde el restaurante de la azotea es incomparable! ¡Los platos principales de ternera y cordero en el restaurante de la azotea son deliciosos! La piscina está cerrada en invierno. Hay una puerta en la habitación que solo se puede abrir en ángulo para proporcionar ventilación. La habitación hace mucho calor en invierno y, a veces, el aire acondicionado está encendido. La bolsa de agua caliente mide aproximadamente 0,5 litros. Si es demasiado pequeña, puedes traer la tuya. Hay un supermercado de 2 pisos al sur del hotel que vende productos de estilo griego. (antes Carrefour) El helado de Beneth's Bakery, enfrente del hotel, es delicioso. El restaurante y los pasillos del hotel están llenos de elementos chinos. Me pregunto si habrá inversión de capital chino en él. Si tuviera que encontrar algún defecto, sería Después de salir del estacionamiento subterráneo de tres pisos, debe caminar 100 metros para llegar al lobby del hotel. La tarifa del aparcamiento es de 17 euros por día. Después de aparcar, coge la tarjeta y paga el día en la recepción del hotel. Acumulación de agua en el suelo de la ducha del baño - causada por la pendiente del suelo

El personal fue muy atento y respondió de manera muy profesional y eficiente. Resolvieron todos los problemas y fueron muy amables. Hermoso restaurante en la azotea con una maravillosa piscina. El único problema que tuvimos fue que el cabezal de la ducha de nuestro baño estaba en el centro, por lo que salpicaba agua contra la cortina y goteaba en el baño... una solución sencilla.

La habitacion pequeña pero muy bien, limpio , renovada recientemente, el desayuno buffet estupendo y la terraza con unas vistas maravillosas, lo peor piscina muy pequeña y pocas tumbonas

The hotel was sleek. I like the minimalist style of the hotel. Looks very new. The receptions area was bright and shiny. Classy. The hotel has a rooftop restaurant and a swimming pool (do not know if you can swim in the summer). It is not that big. From the rooftop you can see the parthenon. It was nice! The staff there are friendly and helpful. The food is okay and drinks were good though hotel price as we all know, is pricey. The room was spacious enough but they had no telephone to use to call the receptions if ever you need anything. However, I like that they had a nespresso. The location though is not that near to Plaka and Acropolis. It’s almost more than a kilometer away but it’s a straight line. If you are a walker, that would be a good warm up. They could call you a cab any time and they had all the information that we needed. Downside: Elevator was slow and noise from the hallway and the road could easily be heard. Wish they would do something to make the rooms sound proof.

¡Me encantó mi estadía en este hotel! La pasé genial, la piscina era increíble, el restaurante en la azotea era increíble, la vista más emblemática que jamás haya visto en Atenas y un entorno precioso. ¡No podría haber pedido más! Me encantó y definitivamente volvería :) También me encantó la decoración, todo el mármol, el vestíbulo y el personal fue increíble conmigo y el equipo del restaurante realmente hizo mucho por cuidarme a mí y a mis sensibilidades alimentarias. ¡Muchas gracias a todos los que me cuidaron y muchísimas gracias!
