Hoteles con piscina en Ottawa

My family had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Front desk staff were amazing. The Cleaner came to knock  the door at 11:45am and as soon as she knocked she opened the door with her key. She didn’t even wait 30 seconds for a response….keep in mind check out is 12noon so we still had 15 minutes to gather our things still. This was the only down side but that’s the error of one single worker so I would stay at this same hotel again whenever I travel to Ottawa.

Booked this hotel last minute as we had to stay one extra night in the city and it was really amazing! This is a hotel I would definitely go back! The lady at the counter was extremely nice and she spoke Portuguese! She was really happy to be able to speak with us in Portuguese and we were happy she spoke Portuguese! The hotel location is really good, downtown near the parliament, and the room was amazing! Really big and spacious studio with a kitchen and a living room. Bed was really comfortable but the sofa bed was not that good (as in all hotels). Toilet was big and had all the amenities. Breakfast was good and had eggs, bacon, fruits, cereals, fresh waffles, chia pudding, bread, … They have private parking at an extra fee but the entrance is really narrow. There’s also street parking around at a fee.

Stayed 3 nights. Had some problems with the shower, however maintenance came and resolved issues quickly second day. Housekeeping missed our room on the second day. Nice large suite with a kitchen was convenient as well as the noon checkout was great. Very quiet location yet close to many conveniences. The breakfast was lacking as the product quality was on the low end. Should improve with fruits, waffles and better quality: baked goods, sausage and bacon.. i would definitely stay again but would not enjoy the breakfast as it is.

Everything was great specifically the girl at the front desk was awesome, she helped us when we had a problem with the door lock of our room, we tried everything but could not open it I guess the battery was dead. She was very helpful, whenever I would visit Ottawa I would definitely like to stay at the same hotel. Her name is Navneet I want to give her 10 stars, thanks Navneet.

Great stay. Central location downtown. Comfortable bed and pillows. Felt relaxed and revitalized. Room as upgraded at check in by the receptionist so that was a bonus!

Pros: un parking con espacio suficiente (no hay necesidad de reservar en el adelantado). Está cerca de un centro comercial St Laurent. El desayuno está bien. Hay 2 sockets y 2 salidas USB-A en cada lado de la cama. El personal es amigable en general. Cons: A un poco de las atracciones turísticas del centro (a unos 10 minutos en coche). La televisión en mi habitación no pudo ser desactivada (se desactivó automáticamente después de no haber señalado por un tiempo). Había algunas tazas de papel para el café pero no hay otros vasos de vidrio / tazas en toda la habitación incluso para la tostada de dientes, así que tuve que usar tazas de papel para la tostada de dientes (¿Se considera que es ecológico?)

El servicio de recepción fue muy bueno y nos dieron una habitación de gran altura con una bonita vista exterior. La habitación está limpia y ordenada. Debe traer su propia pasta de dientes, cepillo de dientes y zapatillas. El hotel proporciona jabón de baño, champú, acondicionador, toallas y toallas. El hotel dispone de aparcamiento de pago, que cuesta 20 por día sin aparcamiento. Si entra y sale varias veces, se cobrará 20 adicionales. El restaurante del primer piso es asequible y muy recomendable para viajar a Ottawa. La ubicación es buena y el ambiente es bueno y rentable.

El hotel es nuevo, las instalaciones son decentes y las habitaciones incluso tienen gorros de ducha. El desayuno es normal, pero tiene una buena relación calidad-precio. Fue cómodo y práctico para una familia de tres adultos y un niño compartir habitación. Está cerca del centro de la ciudad y el aparcamiento es bastante sencillo. El único inconveniente es que hay un albergue para personas sin hogar cerca, lo que puede ser un poco peligroso para quienes viajan solos; es mejor evitar pasear solo por la zona.

Booked 2 nights for a colleague and he said having nice experience in the hotel. Room was clean and spacious. Good to have the fitness room which met his needs. Hotel location is good and convenient to various places around DT Ottawa.
