La ubicación es muy buena 🏨, el hotel debe ser uno de los edificios más altos de la orilla de oro, así que la vista del paisaje de la habitación y del restaurante que come el desayuno son excelentes y tiene una sensación de altura. No había vivido este hotel antes, pero lo busqué en línea. Es una marca alemana de cien años, el servicio global y la higiene están bien 👍. Tendrá la oportunidad de volver la próxima vez, especialmente cuando salga, para saber que hay un Sky Bar más alto en el piso del hotel, que vale la pena volver a pedir tarjetas ✌️

What a tressure . After the renovation in 2022, Raffles keep the historic charme of the building and the rooms, the retaurants and of course the iconic elephant bar. The staff in each part of the hotel been friendly and a very charming way. Its a fully pleasure to stay here on this quiet place in the middle of then town. I stayed 3 nights and its been great every moment. Looking forward to come back.

Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. Service is promopt. Food is delicious in all restaurants!

Definitely Number 1 Ultra Luxury Property in Cambodia! Everything is superlative, accessible location, great views, best rooftop in Phnom Penh, many FB outlets. Amongst all what Rosewood does really well is impressive personalized service from line staff to Managers. Great culture of luxury hospitality indeed. Highly recommend and definitely will return. I doubt you can stay at a Rosewood anywhere in the world at this value. It's a must experience!

As the name suggests this is a Chinese centric hotel as is the immediate surrounding environment. The Hotel is business oriented, the rooms spacious, well appointed with a comfortable king size bed. The reception was efficient. My room was clean with separated lavatory and shower. Good water pressure. The TVs are not the “Smart” variety so one cannot cast from personal devices, although there is a channel from which one can select English speaking movies. The electrical fittings were showing signs of wear but Housekeeping was prompt in resolving shortcomings. Inter floor sound insulation isn't strong. The rear hotel room balconies directly face balconies of an apartment building with multiple racks of drying clothes. Any walkable shopping outlets or restaurants were unremarkable. The breakfast focuses on Chinese appetites. There is a potentially useful “clean the room” switch in each room which illuminates a corresponding panel outside the door but this becomes useless when withdrawing the room entry card to go about one's daily business. The hotel had a high occupancy rate end January 2026.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

The hotel is immaculately clean and has a very modern, impressive appearance throughout the common areas. My guestroom was a highlight—well-designed, comfortable, and maintained to a very high standard. Additionally, the internet connection was fast and reliable, which made it easy to stay connected during my stay. Overall, a very high-quality environment.

Es perfecto. No esperaba alojarme en un hotel tan fantástico en Phnom Penh. El hotel está situado detrás de un centro comercial, con muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca, y está muy concurrido incluso de noche. El vestíbulo del hotel es muy grande y exclusivo, y el personal es muy cálido y amable. Cuando nos registramos, la señora local de la recepción conversó con nosotros con fluidez en inglés. Realmente nos trató como amigos y nos dio sinceramente consejos prácticos para viajar. Ella era súper animada y linda, tan buena que me gustó tanto que ella personalmente nos envió desde el lobby del primer piso a la habitación de arriba. Me he alojado en tantos hoteles y fue la primera vez que la vi enviarnos. a la habitación cuando nos registramos. Me conmovió mucho. Hay un salón de desayunos muy moderno y una piscina en el segundo piso. El desayuno se sirve de 7 a 10 en punto, con una rica variedad y mucha comida china, lo cual es muy satisfactorio. El chico indio de la recepción también estaba muy entusiasmado cuando salíamos del hotel. Él personalmente nos envió al autobús de enlace en la puerta. Solo nos tomó siete minutos desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto. Llegamos rápidamente. El conductor era chino y nos presentó muchas cosas en Phnom Penh con entusiasmo y conversador. En general, estuve muy feliz de quedarme aquí. Espero que el hotel mejore cada vez más.

We booked 3 rooms for my family trip, manager seyha really helpful and did upgrade for us, we are enjoying to stay skoha, definitely will come back again!

El hotel está a 20 minutos en coche del aeropuerto, pero al otro lado de la ciudad de la azotea. En el hotel, el hotel se encuentra en una zona de la ciudad, donde se encuentra el centro de la ciudad. Llamaré a FO para comprobar y me ordenaron pagar $20 por noche si quieren, pero se lo habían discutido con su jefe de dirección y se habían puesto en el cuarto de piso 16 con un alto techo gratuito. No estoy seguro de lo que se llamaba, pero también una gran fabulosa habitación con vistas al río Mekong. El personal es muy amable y bienvenido, hablando inglés, el precio total que pague por mi estancia fue lo que vale la pena. Si vuelvo a Phnom Penh, elegiré este hotel.
