Hoteles de 5 estrellas en Phnom Penh

長期旅居柬埔寨，這次陪老婆到金邊出差。因為平時比較喜歡體驗酒店，偶然發現鑽石島摩根大廈裏新開了一家施柏閣酒店。摩根大廈是當地的地標性寫字樓，出入管理和安保都比較完善，住起來也讓人放心。瞭解到施柏閣是一個擁有近百年歷史的德國酒店品牌後，我們便決定體驗一下。 原本訂的是大床房，辦理入住時，前台得知我們結婚週年紀念日快到了，主動升級為豪華河景套房。工作人員還陪我們回房取行李，並幫忙搬到新房間，整個過程很貼心，服務也很到位。 大床房和河景套房的環境都不錯，尤其是河景套房。酒店位於約220米的高空，可以看到金邊城區以及三江匯聚的景色，白天視野開闊，晚上夜景也很漂亮。房間寬敞整潔，設施齊全，住起來很舒服。 因為到得比較晚，46樓餐廳的早餐已經結束，工作人員便帶我們去了酒店的日本料理餐廳。我們點了戰斧牛排和壽司套餐，味道和品質都不錯。餐廳由擁有米其林三星餐廳背景的主廚掌勺，用餐環境和高空景觀也很好。 整體來説，這次入住體驗超出了預期。無論是房間景觀、餐飲還是服務都給我們留下了不錯的印象，也刷新了我對金邊酒店的認識。以後再來金邊，應該還會選擇這裏。

Room was a family suite and it was cozy for family of 3-4 but note that there is only 1 bathroom. So for family with older kids may not be the best. Otherwise facilities are amazing. Staffs are super attentive and friendly. Service is promopt. Food is delicious in all restaurants!

As the name suggests this is a Chinese centric hotel as is the immediate surrounding environment. The Hotel is business oriented, the rooms spacious, well appointed with a comfortable king size bed. The reception was efficient. My room was clean with separated lavatory and shower. Good water pressure. The TVs are not the “Smart” variety so one cannot cast from personal devices, although there is a channel from which one can select English speaking movies. The electrical fittings were showing signs of wear but Housekeeping was prompt in resolving shortcomings. Inter floor sound insulation isn't strong. The rear hotel room balconies directly face balconies of an apartment building with multiple racks of drying clothes. Any walkable shopping outlets or restaurants were unremarkable. The breakfast focuses on Chinese appetites. There is a potentially useful “clean the room” switch in each room which illuminates a corresponding panel outside the door but this becomes useless when withdrawing the room entry card to go about one's daily business. The hotel had a high occupancy rate end January 2026.

The location is lovely and as you arrive there’s a real wow feeling.  The service is excellent and the whole team are delightful. The pool was beautiful and the gardens were really lovely.  It was really quiet when we were there so the restaurant was often empty besides us which  felt a bit strange. The food was fine but could have been hotter, it felt that presentation took priority over heat. The prices in the restaurant seemed quite high. I love the idea that this place is eco friendly however if guests are expected to top up water bottles the water stations should be clean and inviting. The gym was a bit scruffy and not inviting but then I wasn’t there for that!  The place is relatively new however there were definite signs of the rooms being tired  but I think if cleaned more would make the place look spectacular - which I guess is the desired effect. Eg. Our courtyard was very scruffy and not welcoming. The TV wasn’t working and the windows in the apartment desperately needed cleaning.  Some little touches and attention to detail would bring this back to the 5* glory that it should be.  Overall we enjoyed our stay and hope that the management team take my comments on board because I think it could be fabulous.

We booked 3 rooms for my family trip, manager seyha really helpful and did upgrade for us, we are enjoying to stay skoha, definitely will come back again!

Es perfecto. No esperaba alojarme en un hotel tan fantástico en Phnom Penh. El hotel está situado detrás de un centro comercial, con muchos restaurantes y supermercados cerca, y está muy concurrido incluso de noche. El vestíbulo del hotel es muy grande y exclusivo, y el personal es muy cálido y amable. Cuando nos registramos, la señora local de la recepción conversó con nosotros con fluidez en inglés. Realmente nos trató como amigos y nos dio sinceramente consejos prácticos para viajar. Ella era súper animada y linda, tan buena que me gustó tanto que ella personalmente nos envió desde el lobby del primer piso a la habitación de arriba. Me he alojado en tantos hoteles y fue la primera vez que la vi enviarnos. a la habitación cuando nos registramos. Me conmovió mucho. Hay un salón de desayunos muy moderno y una piscina en el segundo piso. El desayuno se sirve de 7 a 10 en punto, con una rica variedad y mucha comida china, lo cual es muy satisfactorio. El chico indio de la recepción también estaba muy entusiasmado cuando salíamos del hotel. Él personalmente nos envió al autobús de enlace en la puerta. Solo nos tomó siete minutos desde el hotel hasta el aeropuerto. Llegamos rápidamente. El conductor era chino y nos presentó muchas cosas en Phnom Penh con entusiasmo y conversador. En general, estuve muy feliz de quedarme aquí. Espero que el hotel mejore cada vez más.

Beautiful place. Great hospitality by the staff. Big room and clean. A good place to relax after a long day. Don't forget the breakfast. It has a variety of choices. Try some local foods also surrounding the hotels. Must visit

Este es un hotel invertido y desarrollado por chinos. El personal de servicio del hotel habla un poco de chino y el servicio es entusiasta. La decoración del hotel definitivamente se considera un hotel de alta gama en Camboya. El desayuno en el hotel está bien y puede. Satisfacer las papilas gustativas de los chinos. El hotel está muy cerca del centro comercial Aeon 2, que es muy conveniente para ir de compras y viajar. El punto clave es que no es fácil para los chinos invertir en el extranjero, especialmente para un proyecto de apartamentos hoteleros tan grande con una gran cantidad de inversión, las dificultades y presiones encontradas también son muy grandes. ¡Debemos apoyar a los inversores chinos extranjeros y recomendar encarecidamente este hotel para quedarse!

Firstly the hotel is like 20 mins ride from airport , but opposite side the bustling town. It’s just across from Mekong river. Mobility to reach hotel were hassle free. As a diamond member i was able to do early check in and had my welcome drink and cold towel at reception. We booked bassac suite and as per photo it has bathtub , however when we checked in to my surprise it’s not. I ring to FO to check about and I were instructed to pay $20/ night if want but tub. However they had discussed this with their senior management and come up with free upgrade to high ceiling 16th floor room. Not sure what it called but such a grand fabulous room with Mekong river view too. Staffs are super friendly and welcoming, English speaking, overall the price I paid for my stay was worth it. If I ever coming back Phnom Penh I choose this hotel.
