La ubicación geográfica de la casa es conveniente, el entorno de la zona es bueno. El propietario es una china muy entusiasta y amable, y el chino habla muy fluido y comunica con el aire!

I had a really good stay at Bliss & Beats Hostel. The hostel has a fun and social atmosphere, with a nice bar and swimming pool where it’s easy to meet other travelers. The place is clean, the rooms are comfortable, and the beds are large enough to get a good rest. The air conditioning works perfectly 24/7, which is a big plus in Phnom Penh. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always smiling and ready to assist with anything. The only downside was that there was no hot water in the dorm bathroom, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, this is something they can fix soon. Overall, I really enjoyed my time here and would still recommend it for anyone looking for a lively and comfortable hostel in Phnom Penh.

Me alojé en Ostro del 19 al 21 de marzo. Tuve una estancia muy agradable. Mis únicas quejas son que no había nevera en la habitación y que la ducha tenía poco caudal. Lo que compensó el servicio fue la recepcionista nocturna de recepción. Fue muy amable con mi amigo y conmigo, incluso nos invitó a una cerveza la última noche. La recepcionista diurna también fue muy amable y siempre nos recibió con una sonrisa. ¡Estos gestos son los que me hacen volver a estos establecimientos! Saludos, Koala

The hotel is just few years old, modern decor with good bed, balcony, fridge, kettle and it is clean. Next door is a restaurant where breakfast is served as well as lunch or evening meal. It is in a quiet location giving good night sleep. If you prefer to eat elsewhere there are plenty of places nearby. Based short tuctuc ride from the airport. Definitely value for money, I will be returning.

The Point Misses the Mark: A Stay That Fell Short The Point Hotel had its moment—a sleek remodel a few years back—but time hasn’t been kind. What’s left is a place that feels worn at the edges, like a once-sharp suit now fraying at the cuffs. The staff? Polite, accommodating, even apologetic. But good intentions can’t paper over the cracks. My first room was a sauna masquerading as a 9th-floor suite. The AC wheezed and sputtered, utterly defeated by the Phenom Penh sun. No relief, no breeze—just stale, humid air and the creeping realization that I’d made a mistake. To add insult to injury, the Wi-Fi was practically nonexistent, turning what should’ve been a quick work call into a farce. Picture this: me, pacing a narrow corridor, hauling luggage up and down an elevator that demanded its own special key (which, of course, I kept forgetting). A comedy of errors—if only it were funny. Then came the housekeeper—efficient to the point of abrupt, offering solutions that felt more performative than practical. When I finally called Trip.com for help, the spotty connection turned the conversation into a game of broken telephone. (Irony, thy name is weak Wi-Fi.) The staff did relocate me to another room, but by then, the damage was done. Too many red flags, too little charm. I checked out early, still wondering what, exactly, ”The Point” was supposed to be. A lesson learned, if nothing else: sometimes, a fresh coat of paint isn’t enough.

¡A las 6:00 cuando llegó en el autobús de noche! Mis dos cabinas fueron llevadas por arriba para mí a mi esperando “pod”! ¡Tenía una luz, un socket de plug & USB socket y ventilador, cama limpia! Me acostaba 5 horas hasta que tuve que irme para mi avión. La cama era cómoda, dormido como un bebé. No tenía tiempo para usar las comodidades, pero vio una piscina, un bar, una mesa de piscina, menús, muchos juegos - parecía que habría sido un buen momento! Arrivé al aeropuerto y me di cuenta que había dejado mi maletín y laptop, etc !!! No se pudo encontrar el teléfono no: pero envió un agarre y el barman ayudó a localizarlo y lo consegui antes del vuelo!

Esta es una opción económica de alojamiento con un desayuno (buffet) normal. El precio es adecuado a lo que pagas. El hotel tiene una buena ubicación cerca del museo S21 (a unos 7 minutos a pie). A unos 30 minutos andando hasta el mercado central o el palacio real. WiFi débil. Personal servicial en el vestíbulo. Comidas económicas en el restaurante.

Not enough breakfast , no swimming pool service , yea management is very helpful and hotel is clean and good . But a decent place to stay at low price .

Hotel was ideal for our short stay, it’s in a perfect location it’s so close to the palace and water front. The room we had was in an apartment so there was another room which someone was staying in but we had separate bathrooms and the door could lock. Bed was a little hard, but everything was really clean and tidy. Public area modern but our room a little dated than the pictures. But staff very accommodating and friendly.
